Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The response from Citi after Revdex.com is nothing new but restating their decisions, including will not refund the annual fee charged on my credit card the month of closure (and this part is particularly shameless even if you are a Citi employee); will not refund my EARNED mileage points and cash backKeep in mind that I had been a customer with Citi for eight years and had never had a late payment or a payment not made in full, and yet Citi refused to explain the reason it closed all of my credit cards account when my spending habit had been the same for yearsAt this point, it is more than clear that the reason Citi closed my account is merely an act of irresponsible and arrogantAnd I will keep pursuing my PRE-CHARGED annual fee and my EARNED mileage points and cash back, as they are my opportunity cost of not using other credit cards like ***, BTW, Citi customer service always encouraged me to use their cards more as I had been a reliable borrowerAnd the fact that company as large as Citi are doing things so low is funny In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: At The time of the payment arrangementsI have phone Records of phone calls that Citi has made to me over calls during that period of the payment arrangementCiti claims that payment arrangement was done online that they could not find ANY records of any Phone calls MadeI saved all the Cell phone records of the phones calls some lasting up to minutesThe letter from the Executive office stated there were no phone calls that discussed payment arrangementsMy question to them was what else would the Citi Collections representative be talking to me about if it wasn't talking about how to get current on the accountThose + calls in that day time period, each time, was what can they do and I do to get caught upThe programs were discussed with me at least times but hadn't decided yet, because I had just started new jobOnce I decided I jumped on the Live Chat and then online to sign upI can forward all of the Phone Records to Citi if they need proof that the phone calls did existAlso the Response says that I asked for a Complete Cease and DesistThat is incorrect againI asked that they stop calling me times a day and do everything in WRITING since they seem to misplace phone recordsThey transfered me to the Escalation department and they said I will stop receiving phone calldays go by ,and back to the phone calls a dayAgain talked to the Escalation Deptthey said that I did not tell them to stop calling (again more lies)This time they said they will stop all of itI explained to her that everything needs to be in writing since Citi seems to misplace Phone Conversations and agreements to payment plans as well as asking no not callI though the days of Silence they did but then back againI finally figured how to block the number because they still continued to callAgain those records are available for Citi to review which noone has said "Yes", they would like to see them! I do not have the paper responses from Citi Bank The responses said that they submitted to the credit agencies once a monthThey did not respond when [redacted] inquired about the status of my loanThis is a standard business practiceThis caused a delay in me getting my home refinancedThe delay was almost a full point in interest differenceThis over a year span (term of the loan) will be nearly $20,I dont really care about that because I am going to sell the house over the next few months, but otherwise the neglect of Citi Bank would have caused a serious financial burdenIn addition to that, I missed out on purchasing a house I was very interested inLong story short, they have not addressed the issue of them not responding directly to the credit agency's direct request for my credit informationThis is a standard business practice and I have been wronged in their neglectI just want someone to acknowledge that they have made a mistake and their actions have caused damage in an individual's lifeI have received nothing that addressed the issues that I have brought up hereThe only response I have received was "We report monthly." and "we consider this issue resolved"Nothing whatsoever that addresses the damage done

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.I would like the following added to your website for future individuals that deal with Citi Bank.I am okay with the resolution and would still question their response It took phones calls for me to speak with a Manager that explained the true issue Then they had me fax my receipt to them Why would I need to fax them the receipt for something they already have in their system? It cost $to fax it which I was not reimbursed for just cause they gave me the interest charges that does not make it right I would not have paid the interest had they credited me the $ Plus who uses a fax anymore that is so old tech? Even the Staples guy was surprised I was using a fax machine I used their card and their link Then in the letter from them they say I did not use the link I have image captures from their website of every step taken because I was not fully trusting their process Due to the other dealing with Citi Bank They also imply the address I provided was different? How is that possible when they send me a bill and card to that address? The only difference was I had to fax them my receipt from a Staples Their customer service while nice gave me the runaround for three months asking me to wait the two to three billing cycles when my friends and family got their statement credits going through the same process in one billing cycle It took me asking for a Manager before they explained what was going on It sounds like they give you the runaround to get the interest up on the balance Sincerely, [redacted] ***
