Hello, this $promotion is what I saw on the website and it was the only reason that I applied for this cardI took a hard inquiry to my credit score to do it and I am asking for Citi to honor the promotionMany other people on the internet and two who I personally know saw the website display

They are not co operating and admitted they automatically increase credit limits and I can request to have it turned off but I have to basically deal with hard inquiries I did not ask for for yearsI'm furious I'm about to close my *** *** cardIt can be as simple as this remove every single hard inquiry off my credit report and I'll agree to close the credit card I have with them and I'll take my business else where and they can lose out on me and I spend a lot at ***I'm not satisfied and I will not close this claim things have gone south since citi took the *** *** credit cards from capital I also proved I never requested a credit limit increase back in and my credit limit was lowered as well all hard inquires were to be removed my credit limit went from I believe $up to $I complained about it because I did not agree to that and they lowered it.

that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I believe that "corresponding directly" was referring to the two brief and generic messages I received from customer support when closing my account.I filed a Revdex.com complaint because the reasons regarding the closure of my account had extraneous circumstances that I believe deserved a more in-depth response and research from the team at CitiTo re-iterate my initial request, I was wanting Citi to 1)explain how my new card's security was breached before I even used it, 2)explain what measures are in place for detecting fraudulent charges, and 3)provide some commitment towards fixing the plethora of issues affecting their website.The responses I received from Citi customer support (attached) when closing the accounts do not address any of the above issues and I am still awaiting a response through this Revdex.com complaint

[The business did correspond with me and all their representative offered me was three tenths of one percent on the over 48,dollars worth of points that I have They offered me a dollar credit, which is quite honestly insulting considering one percent back is the minimum that almost every credit card company is offeringI feel I am deserving of at least one percent backIn fact Citi offers a card right now where they offer 2% back on all purchases unlimited I feel I am deserving of this because Citi did not adequately notify me that they were changing my points program and instead allowed me to accrue over 48,dollars worth of point before I found out on my own that the points are pretty much useless In order to redeem the points you have to buy more merchandise through Citi's partner website and the points only get you up to to percent off that merchandise I really feel like Citi is ripping me off and taking advantage of me and they did not notify me of this new type of reward program they were switching me in to Under my old reward program I could just turn in my points for gift cards or cash back and I did not have to spend any additional money]
