Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] I followed up to CitiBank fraud department on Sunday at 8amI was advised that my account would be credited and the investigation hijack to my checking account will take days to resolve A new ATM card is expected to arrive to my home address within business daysI currently do not have access to my accounts and was told that if I require any transactions to be completed, I will need to visit a bank teller for support

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Citi regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:my mother was unable to hear the company representative I phoned back a number of times so that I could assist in the conversation, and each time I left a voicemail requesting a day and time that could be arranged so that I could take off from work.However, no one from Citibank ever responded to my voicemails There were several voicemails that they left, but no one answered the phone when I called back, no matter what time of day I returned the call I took time off from work in the morning and afternoon to call the company, but no one was ever at the contact number they left My mother still has the scam charges on her statements Note that she even went to the Citibank office in Mclean, Virginia in December to resolve this, but the representatives did not speak English and could not help her My mother still wants those scam charges removed and the credit card cancelled It is unacceptable that the company is unable for someone to arrange a time and day for a teleconference to resolve this matterI request your assistanceThanks, [redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
