Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: The text of their response states that they will be contacting me, but they have not contacted me yet and there is no guarantee we will connect prior to my 6-day deadline to respond Moreover, their response is a little confusing: They end with a question that doesn't make sense My concern is they mis-wrote their response as I did contact them about my complaint prior to issuing this Revdex.com complaint and tried to resolve it that way, but they were not able to do so (see my original complaint description, including results I wish to see) All that is necessary is for them to undo the closure of my account and return it to its prior status without further inconvenience to me, a customer in good standing for 20+ years with 800+ credit Again, unfortunately, I need to reject this response because they have yet to contact me and there is no guarantee we will connect prior to my day deadline to respond In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

They continue to stand by their reason as to why they opened another account under my name without my permission. They refuse to reopen my original account and I feel they are trying to force me to do business under the unauthorized account number. I want my balance to be reinstated as it was back on 11/**/and I will pay in full that balance under me original account number and I will pursue what other actions can be taken so others are made aware of what I feel is against consumer rights.

CitiFinancial spoke to *** *** today and requested more information from him regarding the letter he received. *** *** stated he will send a copy of the letter to CitiFinancial. Once the letter is received CitiFinancial can further investigate

I spoke with a representative from Citibank who called meShe told me that the refund of the points was in progress, and that I'd see my points refunded within (approximately) 1-weeksThe "1-weeks" figure is approximately the same time frame I was given by representatives I spoke with before as to how long it would take for me to be sent the gift card I ordered or receive my points back for the cancelled order.At this point, I still have not received either the gift card I ordered nor been refunded the pointsI am still waiting for Citibank/ThankYou to actually refund the points, and am not certain how long it will take to happen (or if it happens)Therefore I cannot consider the issue fully resolved at this point.
