We responded to the customer on 06/**/2015. The customer should allow 7-days to receive our written response. Should the customer have additional questions or concerns, they can direct those to the address listed in our response

Please find a copy of our response attached. Separate letter is going to client with issues addressed in that correspondence. DH

There was no response attachedIt says they will respond within days (which I assume will be by mail again) and I only have days to respond to this complaintTherefore, I will reject the business response until their actual response/letter is received in the mailThey should be required to attach the response digitally instead of just responding that they will respond in daysThey are basically trying to get the time to expire and give the run around

These people are crooks and the public should know: beware...stay away from Citibank Go with *** *** much more reputable I have learned my lesson Never again

I have been a Citi member for over yearsClearly they see their card holders as fee generating opportunities only and could care less about customer satisfactionThey continue to raise my rates, unjustifiably, and do it across the boardI will be paying the card off as quickly as possibleCiti should be fined for their poor practices!

We have responded directly to the customer via [redacted].  They should expect to receive our response within 7-10 business days.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. I followed up to CitiBank fraud department on Sunday at 8am. I was advised that my account would be credited and the investigation hijack to my checking account will take 45 days...

to resolve.  A  new ATM card is expected to arrive to my home address within 3 business days. I currently do not have access to my accounts and was told that if I require any transactions to be completed, I will need to visit a bank teller for support.

Once again, we need to reject Citicards since they have not made an attempt to resolve this issue.We have proven to them that we returned all goods that were purchased to the only Adore outlet that would take our call or respond to us. Citi has said that our return somehow didn't count because we didn't return the items to the proper location - although their customer service department never attempted to contact us or return our call.At this point, Citi is unwilling to stand by their customer protection guarantee because they erroneously rejected our claim; and they are unable to receive compensation from Adore.Citi and Adore, at this point, are both unethical companies who attempt to wear down their customers until they give up.Very sad.

talked to us and refuse to do anything about it.  There has to be a compromise somehow.  Please do what you need to do to resolve this in our way.  This big company can adjust but they are refusing to based on a black and white policy.  This is not acceptable to us. [redacted]

my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

The company has provided no evidence showing that the rental car was in my possession at the time of the traffic citation (the car was returned before the citation occurred).  Also I contacted the Washington DC DMV (as instructed by Citi) and they confirmed that the actual fine amount for a speeding ticket 16-20mph over the limit is in fact $150.  The charge to my card was $300.  Indisputable proof that this charge is fraudulent.  The DMV directed me to the site below for this information:[redacted]
