Hello,I have a attached a scan of the letter that I received from Citibank. The part about a message advising of a credit report is entirely untrue. I was never advised that a credit report would be required, and I never consented to an inquiry.Thanks,[redacted]

completed. When full reimbursement can be viewed and agreed upon terms of (zero percent interest until 12/2016) for the

resolution is satisfactory to me, however, the problem is not yet resolved and should not yet be closed.  The company stated that they will contact the credit reporting agencies on 7/**/2015 to remove the delinquencies.  If this is true, then the matter will be resolved on 7/**/2015.  If the matter remains unresolved after that date, I will contact Revdex.com to assist in the resolution.

I got a call from [redacted] executive office and was told that the 20,000 bonus points will be added to my account. Though I'm still waiting for those points to be reflected.

I did finally receive the letter they sent, but it's clear no one even read my complaint, because their response is that they can't complete my request, because I was the one that filled out an application. That fact is not being disputed. The problem is, I couldn't complete the application because they refused to send the form I needed to fill out to the proper address, after I verified the address with the credit bureau and offered proof to Citi. They refused and just said, "not our problem," except, it is. Please, make them read the complaint and stop dismissing it. They messed up, now they need to fix it.
