 I never received any response from Citi.  Also I was out of credit card for 3 days, so could not go out for my personal and business needs.

As we stated previously, we are no longer responding to this customer, we consider the issue resolved.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Citi regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:my mother was unable to hear the company representative.  I phoned back a number of times so that I could assist in the conversation, and each time I...

left a voicemail requesting a day and time that could be arranged so that I could take off from work.However, no one from Citibank ever responded to my voicemails.  There were several voicemails that they left, but no one answered the phone when I called back, no matter what time of day I returned the call.  I took time off from work in the morning and afternoon to call the company, but no one was ever at the contact number they left.  My mother still has the scam charges on her statements.  Note that she even went to the Citibank office in Mclean, Virginia in December to resolve this, but the representatives did not speak English and could not help her.   My mother still wants those scam charges removed and the credit card cancelled.  It is unacceptable that the company is unable for someone to arrange a time and day for a teleconference to resolve this matter. I request your assistance. Thanks,[redacted]

I spoke with...

the representative about the outlandish interest charges incurred. She stated that they were valid and would stand. I respectfully disagree and will cancel this card and going forward. I will also avoid doing business with this company in the future. It is my opinion that this practice constitutes predatory lending that is harmful to families such as mine. I will also follow up with Costco as this is their branded product. They need to know how their customers are being treated by Citi.

Citi obviously CHOSE to only listen to one of the many calls that I made to them.   They did nothing on their end to resolve this matter amicably.  They allowed the 8 days to pass, which required 0 effort on their part.   However,  I have moved my direct deposit from this lackluster institution to one who truly cares about customer satisfaction so this case may be closed!  No Thanks to Citibank.

This is in no way...

being resolved in my favor. Nothing has been done to alleviate any damage. I received the letter which states there is nothing you can do despite the fact that the company has neglected the agreement with my mother and I. They never intended to provide the services they promised, and they have had little to know communication with us. The proof of that was provided. Citi has completely ignored the proof and is in favor of the company that has taken our money. Very disappointing seeing as I am the Citi customer.
