disputing with customer service and having checks dishonored. I'm going to pay the return check fees and credit monitoring myself due to Citibank forcing me to give my account information over the phone over a dozen times as well as including it in over 20 emails. This is the first time I have ever paid a bill late in my life and I will now deal with a lower credit score since Citibank would not allow me to pay my bills on time with my fully funded checking account. I now deal with a bruised reputation in my community as Citibank refused to honor my check for my water bill even though I had enough funds to cover ALL my bills. Let this be a lesson to everyone if you want to share your bank account information with dozens of people, lower your credit score, ruin your financial reputation, and have all your funds blocked so you can't pay your bills join Citibank!

They did not send a response to my last statement. What you have was there original response. What they mailed to me was the response they gave you. I am waiting for the response from my last statement. They said they responded but they are using their original statement. They have failed to answer the second. They seem to not care about the phone logs or any other documentation that backs up my issue.

[redacted] They have responded but to date, there is no resolution to the problem of adding my wife to my account as a person that can call and make changes or get any information she needs. I was able to add her as a user to the account by using the online tool. However, she still can not call and get information or ask for help regarding late payments or fees. I was told by their customer service agent that all I had to do was to send a letter asking for this to be done. So I did that. I included my account number and my signature and I mailed it to the address they told me to use. After I did exactly what I was told by one ** agent, then a different agent told me that I need a Power of Attorney in order to do this. Each person will tell you something different. At the time I applied for the card, they approved us because [redacted]'s income is added in. We are married and I want this to be a joint account. I want my wife to have equal rights on the account. To date, none of this has happened. They send me letters now telling me to call their legal department during their business hours. Those hours are the same as my hours when I am at work and I am not going to take time off just to call them. I did exactly what they said to do and now they are making it difficult.  There was no resolution offered to [redacted] regarding his complaint. Just a statement that he has been a valued customer for many years. The $85 original charge is now $185 with late fees. The bill was paid because my parents are so anxious about the continuing increase in charges.  This is financial and emotional abuse in my opinion. I received a phone call from a Citi representative only to explain why nothing further can be done with my dispute.  The agent offered nothing to resolve the complaint.  I still disagree with the explanation presented and I was made aware that no further attempt will be made to reach my satisfaction.

from Citi after Revdex.com is nothing new but restating their decisions, including will not refund the annual fee charged on my credit card the month of closure (and this part is particularly shameless even if you are a Citi employee); will not refund my EARNED mileage points and cash back. Keep in mind that I had been a customer with Citi for eight years and had never had a late payment or a payment not made in full, and yet Citi refused to explain the reason it closed all of my credit cards account when my spending habit had been the same for years. At this point, it is more than clear that the reason Citi closed my account is merely an act of irresponsible and arrogant. And I will keep pursuing my PRE-CHARGED annual fee and my EARNED mileage points and cash back, as they are my opportunity cost of not using other credit cards like [redacted], BTW, Citi customer service always encouraged me to use their cards more as I had been a reliable borrower. And the fact that company as large as Citi are doing things so low is funny.

At no point in this process did I consent to a credit inquiry. If a credit inquiry was required, I should have been alerted. The request form on the Citi website was highly misleading, and the business has not adequately addressed this.

An individual named [redacted] or Carson from Citibank called my phone number and attempted to speak to my mother, but she was unable to hear him (she is hard of hearing and I don't have a captioning phone). 2.  I called the number he provided at least 5 times, asking for a time and day when we could call him to reach him because I work weekdays, and have to take time off from work to call him. I intended to join the conversation, to make sure my mother could hear what he was saying.  No one ever answered the phone number he provided, nor would he give a time or date when he would call, so I never spoke with him.  My mother is heart of hearing and had requested my help with the phone call.3. "[redacted]" called several times after his original phone call, but would not arrange for a day or.time for my mother and I to talk with him.  His message said that he observed the scam charges and agreed that they were not authorized, but needed more information to be certain my mother was the account owner. The situation has NOT been resolved and my mother remains concerned that there are numerous scam charges on her account.REQUESTMy mother is now at home and has a captioning phone there that she could use to converse with him, but "[redacted]" would have to call her and give her a number where she could call him right back, since she cannot hear the captioning phone ring and answers on another phone, then calls back from the captioning phone.Or he could have Citibank send her a letter and require her to respond by mail. But "[redacted]" needs to be more accommodating to my elderly mother.Thank you for your assistance.v/r,[redacted]
