I have been called by Scott and Johana from Citi, they told me that in a few days the problem will be resolved but it has been months and still nothing. I am still waiting for my $95 annual fee credit in my account and my 25,000+ [redacted] points or the equivalent in cash which is $350 (according to the Citi promotional offer).

 I have not heard from anyone in regards to my complaint. I don't know why they stated they have contacted me because they have not.

that aims to provide a positive cardholder experience, we endeavor to resolve all cardholder issues in a thorough and satisfactory manner.   [redacted] describes an ATM balance inquiry fee being assessed to her account, which she was told by a Citi Prepaid Services agent that as an accommodation, this fee would be reversed but was never completed.   After researching [redacted]’s complaint, it was confirmed that the balance inquiry fee was valid and in line with the fee schedule that was provided to her when her Citi Prepaid Card was issued. Based on the fact that she was told by a customer service agent that it would be reversed, we have made an accommodation and have reversed the fee, totaling a credit of $0.35 back to her account.   In addition, [redacted] states that the balance inquiry function on the ATM she is utilizing is predominate on the screen.  Unfortunately, Citi Prepaid Services has no control over any ATM machine functionality. thorough and satisfactory manner.[redacted] describes two holds on her account in the amount of the $45.75 and $47.70,
respectively. These
holds on [redacted]’ account resulted from two attempted purchase transactions
at Boost Mobile on October **, 2015.   The transactions were
authorized by Citi Prepaid Services but were never completed by Boost Mobile,
for reasons that are not known to us.  As a result, [redacted] did not
have access to these funds until the holds were released in the ordinary course
on October **, 2015.  From that date, [redacted] had access to these
funds.[redacted] may contact a dedicated service agent at ###-###-#### between the hours

We responded to the customer via the U.S. Postal Service on July **, 2015.  The customer should allow 7-10 days to receive our written response.  If the customer would like to share this information, they can provide a copy of our response to your office.

Our response to [redacted] was sent to our mailroom today.  It is in route to her via U.S. Mail and should be received within the next 7-10 days.  Upon receipt of our response, [redacted] can determine if her issue is resolved and share the information with the Revdex.com if she deems appropriate.
