CITIGROUP (Goodyear's promotion handler) refused to refund the fine. And mentioned nothing about helping to restore my severely damaged credit.If CITICORP had put on the account statements that monthly payments are required as part of the promotion next to the other promotion statement,this would never have happened.

My name is [redacted] and I am giving written consent for citibank to realease information concerning my account to the Revdex.com. I was told verbally and via email which I have a copy of. That I did not have to make any payments on my [redacted] credit card until a issue concerning a refrigerator that was purchased and some unauthorized purchases . I was told that the payments would be deferred until the problem was resolved . I didn't pay like instructed. I later was hospitalized but called Jan to make a payment thats when I was told that my account was behind now all I need is for this to be resolved I can and will pay each penny I owe my [redacted] account was in excellent standing before I got ill. I was written a letter from citibank that they will assist and I am ok with paying my bill and salvaging my credit I was lied to and deceived by [redacted] then Citibank My daughter told me citibank turned me into a collection agency without allowing me to call my daughter called twice after I received the letter and Citibank refussed to discuss the account with her for some unknown reason. I have tried but I have been in a medical induced coma for over 2 months please help me I have been treated unfair yes I have documentation from citi kenya blackwell and letter from Sear saying my account was froze due to fraud and damage fridge I need my credit fixed by Citi

charged twice for these plane tickets. The charges are no longer pending. This is all because of Citi's "fraud protection program'' which only penalized me. This system is flawed and needs to be fixed. I am still waiting to have more than $2,000 in unauthorized charges removed from my account.

Here]citis response letter stated that I should contact the merchant and try to resolve the matter. I explained to them that I have tried with no return call from the owner. Also citi stated that their policy states that I only have a 100 mile radius from home for any disputes. So you can never use this card on any travel but they have travel notifications for travel. This is crazy. when does citi stand by its customers???

 There is nothing here for me to respond too as a letter is supposedly in the mail.  After I filed my original complaint the card was again deactivated and failed to work.  The manager could not tell me why this happened and stated that it fell out of protocol.  She would "follow up" but I would receive no further information from them in this regard.  The card was re-activated again but no one knows when it will be shut off.  In essence, the company does not care about its patrons as they continually refuse to fix this.  No one can explain why the card continually gets deactivated and the only response I get is "we worry about fraud every day".  It doesn't even make sense as the card was deactivated for a 40 dollar charge in my home state!
