the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:Citi is a joke, I received a letter in the mail, that the Sears card application was made in February, which is clearly a lie, and it has not been over 60 days since I made the application. I made the application back in May 2016, and Citi does not to want to be bothered, and they are worthless, and the worst bank I have ever had to deal with in my life.

Complaint # ID [redacted] was not resolved to my satisfaction. The last communication that I received from CITi on ** April, it said that they received the complaint and will respond to the customer when their investigation is complete. Please reopen the case and get me a resolution with CiTi to the negative reporting to the credit bureaus that I owe $10383. When I actually owe $1851.
Research this account # [redacted] and this one # [redacted]. I only had one citi card since 2004, it is over 7 years old and should be removed

We are in the process of responding to the primary cardholder in regards to this complaint.

I have not received any documents from credit card company , she said , your purchase receepit will be mail I have not received yet and we sent you an email I asked send me proof you sent me an email I am still waiting, If they resolve the issue will be fine other wise I have to have my attorney handle it because of this two company let me down that give me mental depredation cant sleep at night.

Citi sent this vague letter stating they have the right to close my account and that they do not have to respond to the Revdex.com. I feel their way was underhanded when I did make payments they just didnt like how I...

was paying. I was in touch with their customer service regularly and prior to closing the acct. I am clueless about what I am to do. There remains a balance that I will continue to pay. This negatively impacts my credit for 7 years. They deny any fault and do not care.  Not resolved for me but for them...case closed. [redacted].

The complaint from 12/2015 is not the same of today's complaint. The previous complaint was resolved with Citi after Revdex.com helped me. Today's complaint #[redacted] is with another Citi credit card.

If the business has been sincere enough, this issue should have been resolved long time ago. What they have done so far is to send me letters acknowledging my complaint and asking me to call their customer service, at which time I was rerouted to their collection department, who would ask me to send my complaint in writing. There were two letters I had written and numerous phone calls I have made over the past 7 months or so, but nothing is resolved so far. And what started as less than $50 late fees and charges now grew up to be almost $300. I don't think the business has any intention to admit their internal errors and just try to pass it on to a customer.  If the business has any reasonable solution, they can share it with Revdex.com as well.
