We are VERY UNSATISFIED with there service department that we purchased through Warrantech of Bedford TexasWe purchased the extended warranty appliances washer & Dryer front load and and a french door fridge all Samsung brandThey took an entire month to replace my front load washer was it was less than year old and did replace it with a brand new one because they claim they could not find a service center for my areaWe only live miles outside of Baton Rouge that is not rural area!! And now my only year old Samsung fridge is displaying a code and the panel is frozenThey called said same story could not find anyone to service it in my area so was sending a new one and I would be notified,,,as of June 6, and have not heard anythingI called them and now after weeks they are telling me that the same service repair people are waiting for me to call them and that I dont have to pay up front, but this was after I called them to check on it and after weeks!! So first they say they cant find anyone to service and they are sending me a new and they would call me in days to set up a delivery day and now after another week passed by on June 6, 2016, I call to check and they say they now found a place to service your fridge....sorry that no one called you to tell you this.....here is the number you can call to schedule itI asked to speak to a supervisor and they gave me a team leader instead named Latijtra and a real supervisor has to call me within hours.This started on May 21st and as of June 6, my fridge that I bought extended warranty with is still UNRESOLVED!!!

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Prior to the cancellation of the warranty with hhgregg, there were service problems on the refrigerator that were addressed but did not resolve the issues we encounteredOnly after not getting any satisfaction from hhgregg's warranty, did I decide to switch warranties and go with frigidaire and the issues still have not been resolvedAnd since I have lodged my complaints, all I have received from anyone is passing the buck and no one is helping or even attempting to help So, does this mean that I am stuck with a poor quality refrigerator?
