I am highly dis-satisfied with the service I received from Weldon, the sotre manager at the HH Gregg location in Naperville, ILIt started with the delivery team who delivered a Samsung side by side refrigerator into my measured and approved spot and to my demise, after the installation the refrigerator door would not open due to the kitchen wall When I called the store, Weldon, the store manager, told me that the installer, who would install my microwave and dishwasher would also would come out the next day and move the refrigerator and install my water line The installer came out, but he said he was not told about the previous issue and he could not move the refrigerator by himself He said the store's protocol should have been to make sure they sent two men out to do that In the meantime, I lost a great deal of money on food that could not fit into the refrigerator or freezerA Friday job turned into a Monday job It was a lot of confusion and calls back and forth to the store and to the delivery departmentUnfortunately, my refrigerator was not installed until after 9:(beyond the 6-pm) time window the gave meMy refrigerator and water line finally got installed properly and in a different location in my kitchen My advice is that HH Gregg needs to hire qualified technicians who know what they are installing and where the product will be installed I believe the technicians that came out were only following the backwards procedures that HH Gregg teaches them However, I found out after this incident that other appliance stores like [redacted] and [redacted] ***, for example, have floor plan layouts that they go over with the customer to make sure that their product will fit correctly in their home However, with HH Gregg, they only are concerned about selling the product and making the profit Consequently, this leaves the consumer with a product that doesn't fit or is inoperable to usage standards This was my case when they put the side by side refrigerator in and the refrigerator door would not open Who does this? Overall, Weldon seemed to quickly get me off the phone and did not properly handle my concerns, nor did he call back to make sure I was completely satisfied He has poor customer service skills and in my judgement, he is not qualified to be a manager in any capacity! Therefore, I will not ever, buy anything from HH Gregg again! You have lost a customer for life HH Gregg!

My husband and I recently had a problem with Store in Glen Burnie, MD and we have never come across a business full of incompetent, unprofessional, unknowledgeable people from the customer representatives up to managementWe purchased a floor model treadmill (Pro Form Power 995c) from the store on 6/16/ Initially, we were very pleased with the salesman and the acting supervisor that day that so we ended up purchasing the extended warranty with the treadmillWe originally were told that we would be able to purchase the treadmill off of the sales floor with the warranty and free deliveryThen another staff member called us a couple of days later and told us that there would be a fee for delivery We were then told to wait a couple of days until the manager chimes in on how to handle the situation We understood this information and said we would wait additional daysWe waited days to pickup this item, but in actuality, we wasted days waiting for them to tell us they need more money in order to get the productThen, the store performed a return on the item without our consent, which angered us because we wanted the item not the return After speaking with the manager [redacted] ***, he explained that " He thought we told him to return it, therefore the return was made and a check along with the refund of the gift card would be sent in the mail"We paid a total of $of which $was on a gift card and none of the money was returned This is truly an inconvenience and an unacceptable way of doing businessWe then decided to write HH Greg Headquarters and we were told someone would assist, but we never received a call from our appointed representativeOur intent was to begin our new workout pan with the new treadmill, however we never received the productAs of 07/09/14, we have yet to receive our promised refund from HH GreggWe were looking forward to using this treadmill in our new home but, it appears we must purchase it somewhere else

I am supposed to live with just being able to use a cook top that also gets too hot? This is a hazardous appliance and that is all they have to say? No, I am not satisfied and like to know what other options I haveThey know the oven overheats and is a problem if I would use the self cleaning which the repair man told me NOT TO! Or I have a problemThey know and sold me the oven anyway!I posted prior to contacting you this bad experience on facebook to warn people and to get my complaints heard as I was not given any repsonses to my requestsI will continue to tell all my friends and anyone that want to listen about my bad experience with HHGregg and the hazardous not self cleaning stove/oven I was soldThat is advertisement!
