Absolutely horrible company, I placed an order on Nov and the money was changed to my account the same dayOrder never shipped till Dec, I keep trying to send company emails and try to contact them, no response at all I am thinking to file a report against the company, buyers beware!

We purchased a Samsung FT French Door refrigerator from HHGregg in Bel Air, MD It was an open box with a few dings in the door, but we got a GREAT buy When it arrived I found the fridge door seal was kinked over I contacted Samsung for Warranty replacement and I included pictures of the seal (and the dings) I asked only to have the seal replaced and stated we knew about the dings prior to purchase (I was sort of hoping they we just take care of that too!) Quite the opposite, we exchanged emails where they claimed this was physical damage and did not fall under the warranty I even said, the dings are not but the SEAL? They then called me and with a Korean accent informed me that "Samsung Warranty clearly states any physical damage voids the warrantyThe warranty on this refrigerator is void." I am pretty sure they are just saying they wont fix either of these items and there is a language problem, but I can't take the risk I returned to HHGregg and the General Manager could not have handled it betterHe just said "Well, that is wrong, but please pick another and we will swap them or you can just return it." Of course the one we selected was the LAST GE Profile ft, so it was an open box They reduced the price to what we paid for the open box Samsung PLUS an extra $PLUS free delivery and pick up of the old one I checked [redacted] for the exact same model and got a price almost exactly TWICE what we paid (ignoring [redacted] 's $delivery), except we added a $year warranty at HHGregg This is my ONE STOP shopping store for Appliance [redacted] **

Hhgregg was the worst experience I have ever had with regard to their resolution of a poorly installed refrigerator They attached a faulty water kit for the icemaker, which flooded my basement and cost $1,for the deductible When I tried to get them to come look at the broken water source kit, I got the run-around I purchased a worthless year warranty, who claimed the issue was the fault of the installation team I was called by someone in the insurance department asking for information from my homeowners insurance, which was sent, but I was told that the insurance company should have conducted a subrogationand they never sent anyone to look at and repair the broken faulty water line kitwhich I have not touched since it broke, hoping to show them and have them at the very least repair They do not call back, and lip service you to death you are transferred or referred off to other areasand when the upper management in california reaches out to youit is during my business hours and I cannot get back to them I will NEVER purchase an Hhgregg appliance or electronic ever again Buyer beware

I bought a refrigerator from hhgreg on outer loop for $and paid $dollars to have it deliveredWhen they dropped it off after leaving I noticed the door did not seal I called hhgreg back and after talking to them about times they finally sent out a service techOnce he got to my house days later he looked at it and said that was the best he can doHe didn't even do anythingI called hhgreg back and told them if they couldn't fix right or replace I wanted my money back so they sent me a new one out days laterThis time the guys who dropped it off pinched my brand new floor I just out downI called yet again to complain about my floor and they took my information and said they repair company would contact me with in days that was about weeks ago and I still never received that call so I replaced the pinch myself so there's more time and money out of my own pocketThe only help I got was I called back to the store to complain that I was never offered a warranty when I bought the refrigerator so the manager offered to give me the year for the price of the year but I have not been able to go back yet because half the money I had to buy the warranty I had to spend on repairing my floor
