I was in there program acceptance now where you can make payments on an item, mine was a computer and after days you pay it off and it is yoursThey also told me that on the 1st and the 15th that they report to the credit bureau and it would raise your credit rating because you paid it off earlyThey didn't do that and I filed a complaint with the credit bureau because it still showed that I owed them after the 15th when they were suppose to tell them that the account was paid off, also it didn't raise my credit ratingThey finally called and said they didn't know what happenedIt was finally taken off but my credit score was lowered because of them not doing what they said that they would do
