It took seven weeks and even more lies for my appliance's to be deliveredI will never deal with this company againAnd suggest no one else do eitherIf they continue to treat people the way they treated us they won't be around much longer any wayJust take a few minutes and read other reviewsThe only thing consistent with them is their poor customer service

Revdex.com: They called me Friday Septand said they would replace the TVMy credit was at hhgregg the next day, where I purchased a new TV and it was delivered TuesdayFYII to hhgregg, I would not purchase a protection plan on a TV anywhere again (not just at hhgregg) unless it was a "replace only" plan, for this reason: The TV less than years ago was $on sale, and I think the regular price was $or approximatelyThe protection plan was $and if the TV had been repaired it would have taken a month so that's about $for a rental TV, making my cost $The current model of the same size TV is now $regular priceSo if the TV had been repaired, I would rather have put that $towards the new TV, which always get better such as the refresh rate, rather than fixing an old TVIt worked out in the end only because they replaced the TVI upgraded from the inch to inch which was $ Regards, [redacted] ***

I ordered a washer in Aventura, FL on Saturday, 12/3/from a lovely man named James D [redacted] It was scheduled to be delivered today, 12/13/The driver arrived this morning without insuranceI called HH Gregg, and they told me that I should have filled out a "COI" form (I learned that's a certificate of insurance form)They told me to go to the store to do soHow would I know their policies, I asked? Then the driver told me not to worry, that the regularly scheduled, insured driver would come with the machine tomorrow, 12/14/To be sure, I recalled their number, and was told that what the driver said was not correct, and that I had to go to the store and fill out a COII got upset, and the woman (Monique) offered to do it for meShe said, as had the driver, that the insurance would need hours to take effect, which meant I could get delivery tomorrowThen I called the Aventura, FL office directlyThey told me that it would take - hoursThey put a rush on it with the warehouse, but they would make no guaranteesI asked why it was in a warehouse when the driver had just brought it to my building? I cleared time from work to be home for the deliveryNow I am like a firefighter holding the net, waiting for them to show up whenever they feel like itReading all the bad reviews that HH Gregg has for customer service, I would not purchase from them againIf they make this right by tomorrow, 12/14, I will reconsider
