I had surgery scheduled Dec 23rd and wasw told I needed to sleep reclined for weeksDecided to go to HHGregg to purchase a Tempur-Pedic King Electrical Base (twins for a king) that would allow me to sleep reclined for this specific reason
From the second we walked in the service was terribleThe salesman count not answer any questions we had and kept having to go ask the manager and at one point sat on one of the couches and was on his pone browsing Facebook for about 5-mins while we sat there waiting for the Manager (how unprofessional)Finally, the Manager Andy ended up helping usHe was knowledgeable and professionalNeedless to say we purchased the base and was promised the base would be delivered December 20th BEFORE my surgeryWell, 20th came and no deliveryWe called at 6pm to find out what happenedWe were told "there was no scheduled delivery" and that would we have it delivered Saturday December 24th(Christmas Eve AND the day AFTER my surgery)We slept on our NEW mattress on the floor from the 20th to the 23rdI had my surgery the 23rd with no bed which resulted to having to sleep in a recliner in my living roomChristmas Eve came and went we still do not have our base, as promised, once againSo, I continued to sleep in the recliner the following weekEventually, the base arrived a week and a half lateThe put the (2) bases in the room and through our King mattress on topDid not set it up properly: Left all plastic wrapping on the bases still, did not strap the two together as instructions called for, nor did they program the two bases to one remote (which they should have because we did not have split mattresses)When my boyfriend came home from work, he was left with the task (since I just had surgery and cannot lift anything heavier than lbs) of setting the bed up properly removing the plastic wrap from everything and programming the remotesHe then discovers we are missing metal bars that should be at the foot of the base to prevent the mattress from sliding off the foot of the base when the head is reclined us
Long story short we have made several attempts to contact Andy the store Manager to resolve this issueHe offered $store creditThis does NOT resolve my issue and have yet to get a call back as promised- We are STILL waiting for the parts to be delivered!!!

A gift was purchased for myself, a 40" smart LED TV, on inv.# ***, at the W Cermak Rd, North Riverside, IL Once I opened the tv it was missing the tv stand I got the receipt info from the person who gave me the gift so I may contact the store When contacting the store they stated their was nothing they could do and to call the manufacture I asked to speak to the store mgr.and I was told he was busy and I could try to call him back Not asking if I would like to leave a message and he would call me back I asked for the corporate office number which I called and was hung up on after hikding for over an hour I called the corporate office number again and had to wait over another hour at which I finally spoke to a gentleman name *** *** was very nice, he called the store and spoke to ***, who I was told was the GM *** was suppose to be looking to see what he could do to hep and then email *** back *** called me back later that day and *** had gon home for the day w/o responding What type of customer service is that *** explained to me to call *** the next day I called *** again on 1/14, I was told he didn't come in until 3p I called at 3:45p, spoke to a lady name ***, she told me he was busy and asked if I wanted to leave a message, which I did I called back at 4:50p and *** answered the phone again and asked if this was Ms*** I stated it is, she said I gave *** the message, he will call you back *** still never called me back I called *** on 1/15, I asked for ***'s boss, he transferred me where I left a message for *** *** and he still as of today 1/to call me back I have been trying to work with the manufacture and I am getting the run around all for a tv stand I work in retail and have share my experience w/friends, family, and customers that I deal with on a daily basis not to purchase anything from HH Gregg bc the don't care about there customers

I told the company when I filed the claim water was spilled on the chairI made it very clear about thatIt's not wear and tear, it cracked due to the water damageI want resolution on this materI don't want to be told I didn't go through the proper channels when I did and even the manager in Apex NC Josh said it should be covered I want this company to stand behind there productI bought a washer and dryer and microwave from this company and makes me want to rethink future purchases from them if this how they conduct business and word of mouth is very powerful

Five weeks ago I called for serviceThe repairmen came out a week later and without any tools or touching the fridge decided what was wrong
I have been waiting for three weeks for partsWe call every day and they give us a different reason why we are still waiting
I still do not have a working refrigerator
