I ordered a sofa from hhGregg on 9/3/ The estimated delivery dates were 9/9-9/13/ It is now 9/and I still do not have my sofa and will likely not get the sofa until the end of the week I have called and emailed hhGregg numerous times to get a status update and/or understand their cancellation policy because the delivery time was the main reason I decided to purchase the sofa from them The only real response I have received was to check with Demar Logistics, who will be delivering the sofa The hhGregg representative I spoke with on the phone could not tell me the status of my order and informed me that Demar is the vendor I purchased from and would be who charged me for the sofa and who I could cancel the order with She also informed me that she was unclear as to why they gave the estimated delivery window and confirmed that she saw a similar window online while we were on the phone This to me is advertisement because there are not special notes about exceptions on the delivery dates or that the estimate could be off by days When I finally got hold of Demar, I was informed that they did not charge me for the sofa that would have been hhGregg (who charged me according to my credit card statement) and that the reason the sofa was still in the process of being shipped was because they did not receive the order from them until 9/7/ My main issue with hhGregg is the lack of communication I realize it usually takes a few weeks to have furniture delivered, so I would have been fine with the delivery time had someone communicated with me The lack of communication also transfers to the multiple times I tried to contact them to understand what was going on with my order They really had nothing to tell me except to contact Demar who was much more helpful although they could not explain the delay in delivery on hhGregg's part (which makes sense) I still don't have a reason as to why my order on 9/was not submitted until 9/and I still don't know what the cancellation policy is because Demar could not tell me who the vendor was other than hhGregg and according to hhGregg, Demar is the vendor I feel like I was just made to run in circles as hhGregg urged me to contact Demar with questions Demar could not answer Next time, I would rather go into the transaction knowing upfront that I would wait weeks than order from hhGregg Better communication in this situation would have made a world of a difference to me

On 09/23/I signed a contract for a CU FT wall oven for $2,and a yrwarranty for $ Model number LWD3063BD The sales person was Christopher B*** (2V35) He stated the oven would be in store in approximately weeks and would be delivered to my home address after a call was made to inform me of the item was in store The contract was forwarded to *** BANK and on I received a statement from the financial institution closing statement 09/28/stating $was due and the payment due date would be 10/21/ I called the bank (* ***) and explained I had not received the merchandise (which was a little past the week deadline) To make a long story short; I have called numerous times, been to the store and today spoke to a rep at the Meterie, LA HH Gregg and she stated all items come to Meterie then to Baton Rouge and they have no oven for me I made the November payment to the *** BANK and a December payment will soon be due When I visited the store (NovI was given a print out from their special order display screen that indicated the scheduled date for delivery would be 11/19/and the ETA date would be 11/30/ To this date I have no idea when the oven will be delivered I need professional assistance We lived in Spencer, Indiana and I have purchased numerous items from HH GREGG in Bloomington, IN and never had any trouble with any merchandise or delivery

I would not recommend purchasing anything from HH Gregg at Sandhills in Columbia SC They repeatedly lied to me about the delivery dates They confirmed the night before that they are coming and then I waited at home for the delivery but they never came This happened twice, missing two days of work and canceling with the electrician, plumber and contractor After calling the hh gregg warehouse so many times and about five hours of phone calls, the manager of one of their warehouses drove miles to personally deliver it The Sandhills store did not care if I received my order They are poorly run and they do not know anything about customer service I am thankful for the warehouse manager in Fort Mill

I am a Renter that recently had a Washer/Dryer Combo needing to be replacedMy landlord order the replacement through HHgregg.comthey delivered it on 8/and installed it and the drivers were quick to leaveafter running the washer on the min cycle to clean it I started my first loadafter it ended I moved the clothes to the dryer and push the start button and it will not startI called hhgregg right away and they tried to tell me that it was a manufacturer warranty issue and that they will not do anything about itI am very *** that they deliver a broken unit and then do not take responsibility for itI call upper management and after being on hold for a long time they finally pick upAfter pleading my case and not taking no for an answer they finally setup a rescheduled delivery for replacement for today 8/they said I would get a phone call the night before with the time windowToday Is 8/and I never received the phone callSo I called them this morning and they tell me that they are delivering the unit to my Landlords addressSo I ask them to correct the address and with it being before 9AM in the morning and the other address being less than minutes away you would think they could easily just deliver it to the correct addressBut NOthey fought with me over the phone and would not do anything to make me happy and deliver this unitinstead the rescheduled my delivery for the 11th I will never purchase anything from this company and they have lost all respect from meI used to love them and bought all of my electronics from them but not anymore and I encourage you to not purchase from them as well!

I ordered a Whirlpool fridge from HH GreggI was told they would call minutes before they arrivedThey never called
Eventually they installed the fridgeWhen they left, I opened the door and it rolled several inches forwardI called Whirlpool and they said it was a problem only the installers could fixI called HH Gregg and was told I would have to wait TWO days before they could send someone out to fix itI explained how it was dangerous to have a rolling fridge and they seemed unconcerned
I will NEVER do business with them againIf I had checked their Revdex.com rating before I went shopping for a fridge, I would never have gone to their store
I tried to submit a complaint to their website and their forms are not working

I WAS NOT CONTACTED BY THIS STORE, I HAD TO CONTACT THEM MULTIPLE TIMES FOR THE ISSUEMY CHECK WAS SUPPOSE TO GO OUT ONCE IT NEVER WAS UNTIL I RECALLED A WEEK LATER AFTER NOT RECEIVING ITTHE STORE NOT ONCE CALLED ME DIRECTLY I MADE ALL THE ATTEMPTS AT CONTACTING THEM WITH THE ISSUE OF MY FURNITURE NOT BEING ON THE TRUCK, THEN SET UP FOR DELIVERY AND A REFUND CHECK AND WAS TOLD IT WAS RESCHEDULED AND THE CHECK WENT OUTA WEEK LATER ON THE DUE DATE OF MY FURNITURE I CALLED THE STORE AGAIN AND IT WAS NOT RESCHEDULED TO BE DELIVERED AND THE CHECK WAS NOT SENT OUT! THIS STORE IS LYING ABOUT CONTACTING MEMY TABLE THEN WAS RESCHEDULED AND ON THE DAY IT WAS SUPPOSE TO ARRIVE I RECEIVED A CALL IT HAD NEVER ARRIVED TO THERE WAREHOUSE! WHY WAS I SOLD AN ITEM THAT WAS NOT IN STOCK AND I HAD TO WAIT WEEKS FOR! ALSO STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY $REFUND CHECK FOR FURNITURE! THIS RESPONSE IS NOT A GOOD RESOLUTION FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY I SPENT IN THAT STORE AND THE NUMEROUS TIMES I HAD TO CALL AND HAD NO RESOLUTION WITHI WANT STORE CREDIT, I WANT MY REFUND CHECK AND I WANT TO KNOW WHY I PURCHASED AN ITEM THAT WAS NEVER IN STOCK TO BEGIN WITH!

I was going to get in touch with the Revdex.com after because I wanted to make sure that it is the right one and that it was in working condition. Thank you for your help in this matter. If I have any issues with the T.VI will hopefully not need any further help and that HH Gregg will make sure that everything is right.
