I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]Hhgregg wants me to call and find a dealer that can work on my receiver, they want me to pay for shipping, which would be a lot considering my receiver weighs around 20 pounds and still don't know if they will pay for it or not. This isn't the way a extended warranty should work. They need to find me a dealer that can work on my receiver, they need to send me prepaid shipping boxes to that address and they should pay for it to be fixed, not expecting me to pay and they may or not pay me back, I DO NOt TRUST THEM !!  If they can't do this then I should receive a full refund 89.99 plus tax.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Best Regards,     [redacted]

Today is May 18th and the dishwasher is still broken. 
The last technician was there on May 11th and stated that he had found the reason it was flooding my kitchen and replaced a part that should fix that issue, however I am not able to confirm this yet as the Control Board was bad and he had the wrong one to replace it with so again I am waiting on a part again (getting a new part has taken 2 weeks or more every time in the past). 
Revdex.com -  Please advise whether I should change this complaint to be against Frigidaire at this point.  I think it is more than realistic to expect that they replace this thing after 6 repair visits, taking 4 months so far, that have not fixed it.  I am still extremely disappointed in hhgregg for not assisting me in getting the manufacturer to replace this piece of garbage that they sold me, but since they apparently do not care, I am thinking I need to make a complaint against Frigidaire.
Do I need to start a brand new complaint, or can we use this information to open a new one?

And I cannot believe that you all are willing to waste way more than $36 in coming to get this dryer and giving me a refund in full that was promised by your customer care center rep and have Lowe's match your price and get my $699.99.
 
And no one has still addressed that the verbiage in the price match policy doesn't refer to befor tax purchase price but refers to SELLING PRICE and the selling price the day I bought it was $739.99 and NOT $699.99. 
 
I simpky ply cannot believe that HH Gregg is that money hungry over $36 you would lose the $760+ sale.
