request.We contacted the rebate processing company and informed them of the error in the original rebate submission. They are issuing a replacement rebate card and sending it to Mr. [redacted]. You didn't request a picture or anything to observe the type of damage, yet your have the audacity to imply I could have damaged the stool. All that aside, the disconnected seat top could have been easily reattached with screws. But the torn seat, picture attached, I guess I could have sat in it and torn the leather perfectly from the buttons, in addition, dent the button??? I think not, this is manufacturing/poor craftsmanship. Something you have not addressed. These stool are of very poor quality. hhgregg does not stand behind the products they sell because it appears you're well aware of that you're furnishing the consumers with sub par products. I still am seeking consideration for a refund of all 3 stools due to the poor quality and the one that was received damaged. There was not a review on your website to attest to the quality. I wrote an unfavorable one and it is still not being displayed. I'm sure someone had the same experience and you'll have done the same thing in not displaying the poor review to bate unsuspecting customers in. 
Please note....I've been trying to submit my response and keep getting an error saying the page is temporarily down or has move. I'm trying to send without the pictures attached. If this make is to you. please provide me an alternative option to send the jpg. that may be contributing to the error. Thanks

For dishwashers, the basic delivery service includes drop-off, move the old unit within the home, and haul away old unit on a one-for-one basis. The minimum charge for the installation of a replacement dishwasher is $149.99. I am sorry for any misunderstanding. If she has any questions, our Call Center can be reached at (800) 284-7344.

I went in to the HH Gregg location located in Novblesville IN to shop for TVs. I was met with a sales associate who showed me a few TVs. I liked a Sony and the sales associate suggested that a floor model would be cheaper. When I inquired about the price, the manager give me 100 off the the brand new unopened box price with a 5 year warranty on the floor model since it was a floor model. I thought that it was fair deal since the TV was $100 cheaper and with a 5 year warranty. Told the sales associate and the manager that I need a day or two to think about it. A day later I was searching on their website and noticed that the same TV had dropped a $100 in price. So now I was thinking that the floor model will be cheaper by $100 since the brand new TV was the same price as a the floor model TV that they had offered me with a 5 yr warranty. When I went back in and asked what the price would be now on the floor model since the price on the new TV had dropped a $100. They decided that they would not offer me a 5 year warranty on the floor model after all. The manager didnt even have enough courtesy to come to me and apologize regarding not matching the same offer they had offered me a day before.
Is this how HH Gregg treats potential customer? Ive bough plenty of electronics from them but will refrain from shopping at any HH Gregg locations.
