We are VERY UNSATISFIED with there service department that we purchased through Warrantech of Bedford Texas. We purchased the extended warranty 3 appliances washer & Dryer front load and and a french door fridge all Samsung brand. They took an entire month to replace my front load washer was it was less than 1 year old and did replace it with a brand new one because they claim they could not find a service center for my area. We only live 17 miles outside of Baton Rouge that is not rural area!!
And now my only 2 year old Samsung fridge is displaying a code and the panel is frozen. They called said same story could not find anyone to service it in my area so was sending a new one and I would be notified,,,as of June 6, 2016 and have not heard anything. I called them and now after 3 weeks they are telling me that the same service repair people are waiting for me to call them and that I dont have to pay up front, but this was after I called them to check on it and after 3 weeks!! So first they say they cant find anyone to service and they are sending me a new and they would call me in 2 days to set up a delivery day and now after another week passed by on June 6, 2016, I call to check and they say they now found a place to service your fridge....sorry that no one called you to tell you this.....here is the number you can call to schedule it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they gave me a team leader instead named Latijtra and a real supervisor has to call me within 24 hours.This started on May 21st 2016 and as of June 6, 2016 my fridge that I bought extended warranty with is still UNRESOLVED!!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution]i can not except this, I have been without the appliances that I purchased from them for way to long. This has cost me more money trying to get HH Greg to honor their aggrearment. I understand that they are a big cooperate company that had absolutely no problem taking my hard earned money. But I can not just sweep this under the rug. I don't even understand what they are trying to cancel and refund. I purchased an extended warrenty so I would be covered if anything ever happened, not only did things happen but HH Greg has not been helpful nor have they been fair. They have sent me in circles, trying to get these issues fixed. I have been sat on the burner until they knew they could get out of making this right. I have taken a total of 13 days of work to allow them to send service to my home, only to not show up or call to cancel and tell me it will be another 2 weeks. They have even called and told me that they have all the parts ordered and will be able to fix the appliances. When they showed up they didn't have any of the right parts and told me they would need to order the right parts which would take another 2 weeks and then someone would call and schedule another service call. This happened right after I filed the compliant with The Revdex.com. I have given them so many opportunities to honor their agreements and policies. HH Greg has pushed me off so many times to make sure I'm past the allowed time to return. I have done everything I can to be patient and have tried to work with them but in the end this has cost me more time off work, unnecessary stress, and more money. I would like a fair resolution. I don't know what else to do, I have all the phone calls, emails, and notes of everyone I have spoken with and confirmation numbers. I know I have not been treated fairly as a consumer. Thank you again for your time.

As indicated on the back of our invoices, the return period is 30 days.We were unable to locate a record of the purchase to which he referred. Most appliances come with a one-year parts and labor manufacturer’s warranty. I purchased a refrigerator on December 10,2016. The delivery date was scheduled for December 19,2016. The day before the delivery I received my confirmation call and was given a window of time for delivery the next day. When the delivery day came, half way during the window of time I was told to be home, I was called an informed that the refrigerator was not put on the delivery truck from the warehouse and I would have to wait until December 26,2016. Now it's December 26,2016 and again, during the delivery time, I'm called and told the same "story" about the refrigerator not being put on the delivery truck. Then the person tried to tell me that they didn't tell me the same thing last week. I called their customer service and the rep told me they didn't even have the refrigerator I purchased in stock right now...but it should be here by Thursday December 29,2016. Forgive me if I don't believe that. This company will lie to you, hang up on you and act as though they are filing a complaint for you through customer service yet never ask for my name, invoice number or any detailed information. I have never written a negative review in my life, never. But this is beyond bad service.

Thanks a lot for taking my concern to HHGregg office.At first, I didn't get any kind of help/ support from the 2501 Wabash Store Manager or from the Customer care support. They were really unprofessional to me.Later I had sent a mail to "[email protected]" explaining about the incident happened to me.
