I purchased a Hisense product that does not perform as advertised
I purchased model 55h8c on 1/23/ It is a Hisense product that was sold through Best Buy
The product's website prominently advertises that the product features HDR (High Dynamic Range) processing The claim is supported by the quick start guide The website, quick start guide, and specifications sheet all also boast buiapps including Netflix and Amazon
Both Netflix and Amazon provide HDR programming
On or around March 21st, I became aware that I was not receiving HDR content I contacted both Netflix and Hisense
Netflix informed me that this model does not support HDR
Hisense advised that I needed to upgrade my firmware After receiving an email to update firmware, contacted hisense again They informed me that I already had the most current firmware, but that HDR is not supported via the internal applications Furthermore, I was advised that HDR processing is only supported vi

September I purchased a smart TV with a year warrantyThe TV blew up , I called the company who said they would send out UPS label for me to send it backThe replacement TV was delivered weeks later damaged and not in working conditionThey asked that I send pictures of what the TV was doing and they said they would send another UPS label for me to return it, however it has never arrivedI made several calls to them and they say they will send out another label

I was really excited to purchase a 4K sharp television on the date November 24, the date of Black FridayUnfortunately, two months into owning the television, the screen began to malfunctionThe pixels inside of the television are either dead or stuck and it is causing the images to be deformed/smudged along with pixel lines to display horizontally and vertically throughout the screenI contacted the support whom responded to me they would not service the television due to it seeming as if there was physical damage or a cracked screen, however, the television has no physical damage, the screen is not crackedThe television has malfunctioned and I am out of approximately $due to this incident

I have purchased Hisense TV's and all have broke down the same way, They all have power supply issuesThe inch brokedown after months and when I called Hisense claimed it was out of warrantyThen I purchased a inch it started shutting off after monthsI exchanged the TV and Kohls said that if the new one breaks again, I am to call Hisense now the inch brokedown again and they sent out a repairman weeks ago and the tv shut on and off the same dayHisense TV's all have power supply issues and it needs to be addressedI want a refund for the 32" and for Hisense to repair my 39" I have called Hisense several times regarding both TV's and they do not want to own up to their power supply issues, this is the third TV all broke the same way

I purchased a product from this company on November 23rd of (inch LED TV) I used it several months before I was temporarily reassigned, and I had no issues with the product When I recently returned from a detail assignment out of state, the product no longer worked I attempted to contact Walmart for warranty repair issues and they could not find the product date purchase, based on Model, Serial Noor PCU I contacted HISENSE and they basically told me to get a new TV I spoke with several associates (AKIRA, MICKEY and MATHEW) and none could help.It's disheartening to know that high-value products (above $1000) purchased in the USA only work a few months, followed by major corporations looking down a hard-working consumers, basically telling them that they're screwed when just trying to repair a product that they purchased with their hard-earned money I just want my TV to work And NO ONE in my area services these TVs

Purchased a Smart Tv on 7/08/Aug 29, the color went outSound worked but it had no pictureThese televisions come with a two year warrantyBeing it was out of warranty by less than two months, and being that the television was only TWO years old, I thought maybe this company would try and work with me on repairs or replacementI called Hisense, asked for a supervisorSupervisor kept apologizing for the inconvenience then proceeded to tell me that there was nothing that they would doTwo year old TV will now go in the garbageRepair cost would be $plusI refuse to put any money into a television that went out after only two years or with a company that is not willing to work with me

this is my second replacement the tv is doing the same thing coustomers service is way to hard to understand.This tv is always freezing on boot up and when in an app the tv is around months old

In June, I contacted the customer service department to request replacement filter covers for my Hisense dehumidifierThey sent me the filter covers which also had the filters attached to them (which I did not need, I only needed the filter COVERS) but they sent right side covers and I needed one Left and one rightWhen I contacted them to have the correct one sent I was told several times that someone from their management team would contact me and to have me send photos of the product so the manager could see that they were incorrectWhen a manager did contact me, he told me that the people in the warehouse said the parts are interchangeable They are notThe photos clearly show thatThe filters themselves are interchangeable but the covers are NOT and the covers are what I needed replacedThe manager then said he would investigate further and if he found in my favor he would send the correct partI still have yet to have this resolved and keep gettting the same message e

I bought a brand new fifthwheel rv on Jan12,
The refrigerator is a Hi Sense product and broke Jan26, My warranty covers for this product to be fixed/and or replaced if it malfunctions or breaks They have sent out a technician to put different parts in it different times and it still doesn't work This has been going on for almost months They never return my calls Always stating it will be escalated to supervisor board committee they will discuss what to do So far I haven't received any information or help with this I have spent over $in just ice alone and have lost a total of over $in food spoilage because they put parts in it and it worked for a few days then stops working Not to mention that it is dangerous for the temp of the food to drop below degrees and my husband and I have experience stomach issues from this situationI really don't know what else to do other than seek an attorney for some type of solution I do know

Our church purchased a Hisense de-humidifer for our children's Sunday School room in the downstairs of our building because we have had an ongoing leak and the carpet stayed wet
The de-humidifer worked fine until the end of the first year and then it stopped automatically turning itself off when it was full which resulted in even more wet carpet
I called Hisense and they were very accomodating and gave me instructions for returning the product which included cutting off the power cord
I followed all instructions and they did say that they got everything they were supposed to and were working on replacing it but they never could give me a ship date
It's been months and every time I call they tell me they will call me back but they never do
I have called at least twice a month, so six times
I will never buy another Hisense products again
