Hisense was contacted March about the internet not connecting to our SMART TV and the TV restarting itself as frequently as minutesOn March we received an email asking for proof of purchaseAs soon as I emailed the proof of purchase (to the email Hisense supplied), I receive an auto-respond that my email will not be responded toOut of concern, I called Hisense the following day and they told me they would send out a technician out to fix the TVHisense told me a technician would contact me Friday or Monday to schedule an appointment for TuesdayI called the technician on Monday and they told me they could not out Tuesday because the part would not be there till WednesdayThey earliest they could see me was the FOLLOWING TuesdayNot even an hour after the technician left, the TV starting restarting every minutes multi timesI contacted the Hisense twice the following day and Hisense told me they would need to UPS my TV (that Hisense would provide the shipping label)

I purchased a 40inch Smart Roku TV from Hisense on MaMy TV just stopped working after it kept going out and reseting itselfI sent the company on the website the information they requested and they refused serviceThey stated that product only had a warranty!! The unit has a manufacturing date of February (I sent their customer service a picture of the information from the unit) and has a year warranty
Hisense will not honor the warranty and replace the unit

My Brand new 65" TV that I bought a little over days ago brokeI've contacted the manufacturer that supposedly offers this great year warranty for this specific modelThey confirmed there is a problem with the TV after inspecting the photos that I've took and requested that I ship the tv back to themFirst of all, I don't think it's reasonable to ship a inch TV they should just send a technician to do it onside, especially it will take few days for them to receive it, then few days to fix and then again few days for me to get it backI already lost almost weeks with all the emails and phonecalls back and forth with their service departmentSecond, I don't have the box to ship such large tv in and they would not provide me with oneAt this point I think they should either send me a brand new TV and I will return this one back to them in the box that it will arrive in or at least send a technician to service it at my home

Refusal to Uphold Warranty with defective Hisense tv

The SMART part of the unite has never operated efficiently
At the end of the one year warentry HISENSE told me I have to service the unite and pay for it
I have ask HISENSE for a Refund several times for the purchase price
My last contact with HISENSE TV's Limited
to resolve my money refund ended with me servicing the unit
If all HISENSE TV's attempts to repair it failed would it be feasible to try agine?

I bought a Hitesne Sero (model m470bsa) in September of I used the tablet for I month while I was traveling and since then I never used itI tried to charge the tablet and each time , I would see a picfure of a battery for one second and then it would disappearI paid $for my tablet and now it is ineffectiveWhen I called Hitense, they repeatedly told rne it was out of warranty and that I would need to take it to anelectronics repair shop and that there was nothing that they could do for meI then read numerous reviews and saw that many others have had similar issussI believe that the issue isn't with the adapter or the micro usb cord that came with the tablet, but that the problem is that the battery is deadThey told me that I could mail the tablet to them *d puy $for them to replace the batteryI

Called 5/about issue with TV no longer having sound, picture, or staying onSpoke with Hisense for minutes to get the issue resolved They said they would have a tv repair technician come to my home and fix the TV
5/I called back and spent minutes on the phone since I had not received a call from a technician to find out they needed a physical address, however my phone number was correct, but they didn't call me in those days to get the information they needed
5/ the technician came out and said the TV was beyond their scope of repair, therefore I called Hisense and they advised me to send the unit in get fixed to the GA location
6/spent $on packing material to ship the TV via UPS to GA location
6/called to get a status on the TV to find out it was a panel issue that was replaced
6/TV was received back to my home
6/family left on vacation and left TV in box it was received
7/family returned from vacation and hooked tv up, now for the internet n
