I purchase a Tv on 7/7/and it blow out on 6/3/2016, I contact Hisense on 6/3/and told them the tv went outHisense diagnose it over the phone and sent out repair person on 6/17/which the tv can't be repairedHisense now wants me to ship this tv by UPS and now it will take another 2week and I have no t.v to watchAll I want is a new tv

I have a active Case number*** , my tv was picked up for repair Dec22, Today is Jan15, and I still don't have my tv backThe company guaranteed I will have it back 7-from the pick up which was a total lie ! I keep calling every week to see when I will get it back and there's still no update on when I will get itI keep being told someone will call to handle the situation I still haven't received a callI don't know what else to do the tv costed me over 600$ and I haven't been able to use it ! This company is horrible

I have tried to contact Hisense USA on multiple occasions about service on my TVI supposedly have a four year warranty but when they don't answer my emails or run me around without fixing my problem the warranty is uselessMy television has issues with its picture quality and they blame it on my cable providerMy smart television is two years old and they have stopped supporting itI havent received a firmware update in a year and a halfI try emailing them and my emails are returned without being delivered

I purchased inch tv in 8-16, the set stop working 6-I contacted hisense and had to send to GaI did so now they saying it was received damaged
the set was well packaged and the screen was protectedThey want us to pay for UPS packaging, my husband has to package items daily at his job and it was package good, it was noted "fragile" and "this side up on the boxWe were told this voids our warranty and now we are out of our money and no television

I am writing to you as am not getting anywhere with Hisense USA I purchased a TV at Walmart about months ago When I got home to my mother's house and set it up I noticed there was no remote control for the TVI went back to the Walmart I purchased it and told them of the issue They told me I had to contact the Manufacturer that same same I contacted the Hisense Customer service to advise them of the problemThey instructed me to that I had to write to their corporate offices to request the remoteFor which I wrote a letter to their Suwanee GA officesAfter weeks and no response I contacted customer service again they told me that it was not their problem that tv did not have a remote and to go buy oneI stated that was not correct and the person just hung up on me I had several contacts with Hisense and they kept telling me that they had a software change and that my complaint of the missing remote may have been deleted or lost and that their corporate office will

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Second time my 50 inch television broke have waited two months for a replacement, finally get it and it is a 40 inch tv. I will never ever buy a product from this company again.

I would not recommend buying a Hisense product! Their customer service is terrible and I have had nothing but issues with the TV I bought less than a year ago. !st, my [redacted] stopped working. Now my picture keeps going dark. Tried calling them multiple times, but they are always closed. Called them March 14, and they said they were closed for a holiday! What holiday???? Called them today, and they said they were closed because of extreme weather conditions!!!! I suffered through extreme weather conditions in Iraq and Afghanistan but still made it to work every day. Really??? Stick with [redacted]. You may pay a little more, but you get what you pay for!

On July 17th the 50" television we bought in November went blank. I called the customer service numberand was emailed a shipping label. When we returned from vacation, we shipped the television for repair.
It was returned on September 11th with a damaged screen. I called Hisense and was told to return the television and it would be replaced. I did wait a few days to return it because there was a miscommunication between myself, Hisense & UPS on what to do about the television. When I called and got it cleared up I shipped the television for replacement.
On September 22 I spoke to a manager named Ryan, who assured me everything about my claim was good and was guaranteed an arrival date of no later than October 1st of the new television.
October 1st has come and no television. I called again and spoke to Naomi who said there was a delay at the warehouse due to end of month inventory and it would be an additional 3-5 business days. I asked about a refund instead and was told that would take 6-8 weeks!
Basically, we've been 3 months with no television and at this point I would rather them keep it and refund my money. I'm waiting on final resolution before lodging a formal complaint.
I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ONE OF THEIR PRODUCTS AGAIN!!!

Positively the worst business I have ever dealt with anywhere! Our 11 month old television stopped working, and we were told lie after lie. After a month, they sent a service tech out and he could not fix the television. He recommended it be replaced. HiSense agreed to replace it with a new TV. We inquired as to whether it would be a NEW TV or a refurb and were told it would be new (in fact, the customer service rep said she would NEVER send out a refurb). We were told it would ship out right away. It took an additional two weeks to get it sent, during which time customer service continued to lie about where our new TV was, and when it finally arrived, 11 days after it was promised, instead of being new, it was indeed a refurb. Still trying to get in touch with them.
