I have tried reaching out several times about my order. I keep receiving emails stating it was shipped already. When that is not the case.
I ordered on March 30th, they took $52.65 from my account on that day. Two weeks later I started reaching out asking for information about the delivery process. No answer. I tried to reach back out a week and a half later. I got a response saying the item will be shipped out in a few days, well that never happened. I reached out again and this time was provided with a tracking number. When I check the tracking number it says the package has not yet reached the facility. At this point I feel like they are playing games. Either ship the product or give me my money back.

I received the product.

I ordered the package deal and I have not received a confirmation number. I reached out to the company by phone and email. I left my email and phone contact information and still have not received an answer as far as my tracking number nor when I should expect
My merchandise. I Find it extremely unprofessional that it's impossible to reach the company by email or phone number. I'd like my money refunded back to my account at this point.

I ordered something & have yet to get a shipping confirmation. Or any response to my reaching out.
Almost 2 weeks ago, on April 6th, I ordered a product (extra strength growth serum) that I thought I had done enough research about. After I ordered it, days went by without a response to my asking about it. Still no response, no emailed shipping confirmation, but my money's been gone for all this time. I wasn't worried until I saw all the complaints on here about ordering but never recieving. I just want my stuff, but if I'm not going to get it, I would like my money back.

Placed an order on 4-13-2020, was offered a special deal during the ordering process, accepted the deal $21.50 but charged the full price $43.50
On 4-13-2020, I placed an order and proceeded to check out page, after entering my credit card information, I was offered the same product at half price if I ordered right away. I selected to do so and instead of being taken to a page to allow me to review the order before submitting payment, after selection of the offer, the message read "Thank you for your order" I was never given an opportunity to see the price I was billed before my card was charged. I called them immediately only to be taken to a voicemail that directed me to email them. Upon doing so I received two replies, neither acknowledging their error and one that actually blamed me for being charged double price!

Desired Outcome

I want the complete total of what I paid $96.14 since this was clearly a bait and switch process. I attempted to upload the receipt also but it would not allow me to upload both documents.

MY LAST CONTACT WITH THE COMPANY WAS ON 4-16-20. I INCLUDED IT IN AN EMAIL AS AN ATTACHMENT. THE LAST STATEMENT FROM THEM WAS THEY COULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY ONCE THE ORDER WAS PLACED. I DID RECEIVE THE PRODUCT, ATTEMPTED TO RETURN IT AND WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO RETURNS ALLOWED. eXCUSE THE CAPS, THE KEY IS STUCK.

I will like a refund
First off I ordered items at the beginning of February of this year. I didn't get my items til the end of March. While placing my order they charged me 2 times. I've been emailing them, I've tried calling. And nothing. They are so rude, they don't listen, and the products do not grow your hair. Neither does the edge control work.

I will like my money back. The 13.90 that I was charged.

Missing part of my order that was stolen apparently.
I place a order on 3/14/20 received it 3/31/20, order#XXXXX, spent $67.68 in total reached out to them 3/31/20 because I didn't receive all my stuff. It took 4 days 4/4/20 is when they answered the email then another couple days to look into it. On 4/10/20 they responded that they investigated it and stated it seems it was stolen and they are not liable for any damage. Offered me a 20% discount and to purchase shipping insurance next time I order from them. That's a slap in the face and poor customer service, the product that was missing cost $36.99. I reached back out to them via email on 4/11/20 no phone number to call asking for a refund or for them to resend the product to me. I have yet to hear back from them. Customer service from them is very poor.

They don't have a live number and I'm starting to think this company is a scam . Shipping said 5-6 or up to 12 days but it's pass *** days. I would love my product or my money back. I purchased items from Hollywood hairbar.com on March 20, 2020 I have yet to receive my merchandise. I have emailed this company at least 7 times and finally I received an email stating that it was out for delivery, by way of the United postal service on Apr 7th. Today is now April 14th and now it shows that it is going to be delivered by UPS courier service. Unfortunately there is no other shipping information or an expected time of arrival. The company is paid in a timely fashion by we customers but do not make good on delivering the merchandise.

I ordered 2 bottles. Since the product is in glass bottles, they should be and packaged properly to avoid damage. One of the bottles cracked in transit and the entire bottle was wasted. I emailed them and basically got an "oh well" response. They were not willing to send another bottle or even provide a partial refund. I totally paid $30 for a broken bottle. Terrible customer service

On 3/7, I placed an online order for 3 products. Prices charged were different. Shipment info came 2 weeks later and I discovered it never shipped.
On 3/7, I placed an order for 3 products. Upon finalizing my order, additional products were offered for a fraction of the retail price. I purchased two. I later discovered upon reviewing my bank statement that I was charged nearly double the quoted discount prices. Fast forward to two weeks later, I finally receive shipping information for my order. After a week of waiting, I track the package using the link provided and discover that there is no record of receipt with UPS. I immediately email the merchant to inquire and demand an explanation and full refund. To date, I have not received a response to my repeated communications, the products, nor a refund.

The merchant finally shipped the items. The last of them arrived yesterday.

I order Hollywood hair bar and it was broken when I opened it. I have constantly emailed and I haven't received anything back I want my money back.
I have sent at least four or five emails and they haven't said anything yet and I just want my money back on my card I don't want another bottle.

This company is a scam. I order one bottle it took almost to *** to get a half empty bottle. I tried to call but of course they only allow emails. I sent in all the pics they ask for and still no response on what they was going to do about my bottle that was half way empty. Either send my bottle or return my money smh

I placed and order for growth serum and specifically chose and paid for the 3 business day delivery and it has been over a week with no product.
If you offer a 3 business day shipping and it's a week later, you should be able to tell the consumer why there is s delay. Instead I get a generic "here is you order message". I need the product expedited at this point or my money back.

Received regrow oil broken and all of the contents soaked up by the envelope it came in. No response from company for a replacement.
I purchased the regrow oil along with shippers insurance. The package arrived soaked in the product because the jar had been smashed during shipping. I took pictures and emailed, texted and reached out to the company via instagram for a replacement or refund. No response at all.

I ordered 2 bottles of Hollywood hairbar growth serum 2/24 #XXXXX.2nd bottle was supposed to be 1/2 price. was charged the full price for both bottles
I ordered 2 bottles of Hollywood hair bar growth serum on 2/XXXXXX order # XXXXX. Iwas supposed to get the 2nd bottle half price. Instead I was charged full price of 24.99 for both bottles. I emailed them to adjust the price but that was not done. I received the product but the price was not adjusted. Ther was a code you had to put when ordering but there was no place to insert the code when ordering. I put this in my email.

I have a problem with the way this business operates. I placed an order for a hair growth serum, and edge growth balm that I haven't received.
As of 3/27/2020 I placed an order with this "Hollywood Hair Bar" for a hair growth serum, and edge growth balm that I have yet to receive. I have yet to receive any tracking information on the product. Now it states to allow 7-14 for delivery and process is 2-5 days out and yet no updated email about my Order #XXXXXX. But money was taken out of my account immediately for the product...this is totally unprofessional as well as inconvenient. I would love to try the product but at this point I would just like a full refund and to never order from this place again!

Haven't received my 3 hair serum growth drops
I placed an order on 3/13, received notification in 3/22 that it was on the way. Order #XXXXX. It was picked up by UPS and I see the tracking says it was delivered to USPS on 3/31. USPS states they don't have a package. I want my product within the time frame in which they stated.

Not refunded on advertised free shipping. Would not assist in amending an order.
First, I was given a coupon code for free shipping. I copied it, attempted to use with spaces and without, but it would not give me the discount (I have a picture of this). I emailed the customer service and was told sorry, try again on your next order. During the purchase process, a window popped up to add a bottle of the hair growth serum to the order for an extra $21, I agreed and thought I would be taken to a review page to confirm what I wanted to order. Not only did the site charge my card $43.50 extra, it charged me for a second kit when I thought I was receiving one bottle. I emailed for a second time explaining the situation and was told no for amending my order and removing the extra bottles, even though it never confirmed the pricing or the qty of what I was ordering. I have asking them for a span of 5 hours to assist me and they refuse. Not only will they not amend my order, they will not refund me for the shipping on orders over $75 (I thought the order would be around $65, it ended up being $88 before shipping, but no free shipping). They are refusing to work with me at all. I emailed them literally 2 minutes after I saw the order was charged $95 instead of the $60-$65 that I thought it would be.

I just want to recieve one bestie kit, and pay the $49 and change from the original order. I would like my refund of the extra $43.50.
