Placed order with Hollywood Hair Bar, haven't received product and cannot get an update on my order.
On 4/17/20 I placed an order (#XXXXXX) with Hollywood Hair Bar. On 4/22/20 I received an email stating my order shipped, with tracking a UPS tracking #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Attempted to track order on 5/4/20, UPS tracking site states number does not exist. I sent an email to Hollywood hair bar requesting an updated/corrected tracking number. Instead I received a generated email telling me to track my package...with the same incorrect information. On 5/13/20 I sent another email to get an update on my package, again I received a generated email instructing me to track the same tracking number. Found out the tracking number the provided as UPS was actually a USPS tracking number. The tracking number shows the package was picked up by shipping partner, USPS awaiting item in ***, ID XXXXX on 4/23/20 at 10pm. Next states arrived shipping partner facility, USPS awaiting item in Fife, WA XXXXX on 4/23/20 at 10:24pm. As of today the package has not moved. I contacted Hollywood hair bar via phone (# on website) (XXX) XXX-XXXX, I received a message, but was unable to speak with a person or leave a message. Unfortunately, the number does not allow you to do either. In the order confirmation email, they ask customers to allow 7-14 business to receive order, it's now going on 5 weeks and I still do not have my order or an update regarding my package. I've contacted Hollywood hair bar a total of 3 times now, 5/4/20, 5/13/20, 5/15/20 - no response. My order was $61.63, at this point I would like my items shipped overnight or a full refund due to the inconvenience.

One Jar broken on arrival. No replacement 3 weeks later
Order XXXXXX #I paid for a 4oz order, which would been my third order The company . Shipping is always lengthy with them but I deal. They send me 4 1 oz bottles to make up my 4 oz and one was broke. I recorded a video of this mins after USPS delivered, to show that it was broken and sent this to the company . They replied swiftly that they would send replacement but when came time to do it, 3 weeks later no replacement, and they ignored my recent emails Inquiring status and my Facebook messages. If this complaint doesn't get my replacement sent, I will be disputing charge my bank to refund me shipping and cost of broken bottle. You shouldn't play with ppl money like that during a pandemic and should stand by the product and putting customer first, cuz here you have a repeat customer who would stand by your business , that you are about to lose, all because you can't reply a email .

A replaced 1 oz of the broken bottle or I will dispute bank for refund.

Ordered on 3 May, haven't received product yet. Gave them a bad review, was blocked. Still haven't received the product yet and can't get a response
On 3 May I placed an order for hair serum, paid for the insurance and for first class package (3 business days) according to their choices. As of yet, I still haven't received the package. I gave them a bad review and was blocked from contacting them. I still haven't received the product. After looking them up on the Revdex.com site, I see I'm not the only person who has encountered this problem.

I have reached out to this company several of times regarding not receiving my order that I placed on May 3rd. I've gotten the same response that my order is being processed and will receive order soon. I recommended someone and she's having the same issue. I would like a full REFUND back to my PayPal account being that I have not received a shipping confirmation as of this morning . This is ridiculous and this company should be upfront with customers on the long shipping process. Order#XXXXXX

I placed an order over *** It took almost a month to get an order number and then once it was shipped after 2 weeks they said it was shipped and sent and delivered to my front desk receptionist and I do not have a front desk receptionist.

I ordered hollywood hair bar extra strenght 4/13/20,I received the package 4/24/20.the next day which was 4/25/20 I did the 24hr patch test in the front middle of my hair everything seem to be fine so I braided my hair as hollywood recommended and oiled my scalp twice a day (to my front middle) 22days later I decided to take my braids out and as I was combing my hair it was all coming out in the comb my front middle .it was so bad it was like I left a perm in to long omg .I have no hair in the front ,I'm left with complete baldness my bang area is gone .this product was supposed to be all natural ingredients,I've been using natural oils for yrs and never had this problem untill I used hollywood I'm devastated ..I've tried several times emailing n calling the company always the same thing no answer no reply..can someone plz help me

This is the WORST COMPANY EVER! I ordered from them on 3/2/2020. (Im very understanding that the covid is goin on & shipping may be delayed) I ordered 2 items lace tint & regrowth oil. I received the growth oil on 3/21/2020. Then I waited until April of 2020 to email their "customer service" about my other item. There customer service wasnot helpfup atall. It got to the point to where they stoped responding via email. I actually had to dispute the purchase with my bank due to the fact that its May 25, 2020 & I still havent got my other item & they haven't even reached out. OVERALL I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING from this SCAM COMPANY EVER AGAIN & you shouldn't either!

They are horrible in customer service the communication is not there the phone or Email they do not respond to. I paid for 3day shipping I made my order on Saturday the 16th of May here it is a whole week later and nothing no tracking number no response to my email ever. This is my second attempt to order from them never again I'm done they are unprofessional and don't give a *** to communicate with customers all they want is your money I'm going to be loyal to another hair serum company

I placed a ordered with HHB and it was canceled because my Visa Credit Card was at high risk.So I would like a refund back to my card.

placed an order on 4/23 it stated it was to be delivered 5/9. I reached out to the company and they stated that they shipped It so that's it.
I placed an order the end of April that stated it will be delivered on 5/9. Today is 5/19 and it still says delivery 5/9. I've reached out 3 times and their one response was that we shipped it out so our part is finished. Still no product. Order XXXXXX

I placed an order on 3/09/2020 in the amount of $98.99. As of 5/19/2020 I still have not received my order and was denied a refund.
On 3/9/2020, I placed an order in the amount of $98.99, order # ***. A week later, the merchant's automated online shipping said that my order was being processed and will be shipped shortly. A couple of weeks after that, when I didn't receive my product, I tried calling their phone number several times, with no success. After a month and a half of waiting, I still had not receive my product so I emailed the merchant on 4/21/2020 and I told them that the shipping delay was unacceptable and I would like them to cancel my order and refund my money. They emailed me back on 4/22/2020 asking for my order number and email...??? which was already attached. None-the-less, I emailed them back on 5/12/2020 providing the information they requested, and I again asked for a full refund. They responded back on 5/12/2020 saying that all sales are final so therefore they will not issue me a refund. They stated that my package was in transit and would be delivered to me soon. That was a week ago...still no package. It's been 2 1/2 months as of today 5/19/2020, and I have not received anything. I'm tired of the run-around and at this point, I just want my money back. This is unacceptable.

The customer service from this company is atrocious!!! They never answer, and I checked their Instagram page and whoever is in charge of responding to customers is so rude! They tell people to DM or private message about a complaint, but then tell others to email/call them. Everyone does all methods yet still can't be reached! The C.E.O. doesn't address any of this on her Instagram page, so this whole business seems unreliable. They use the same videos and photos for advertising repeatedly. It's just horrible.

Ordered from this company on the 29 of April. I never got a tracking number let alone no email to confirm.
Placed order April 29 my payment was approved on the 30th. Emailed them for tracking number the told me that my payment was flagged. My pay was approved I was changed. They sent a email on the 30th of April saying I will be refunded 7 to 10 business days it's been over the time. I've emailed them 5 to 6 time no answer. I call there mailbox is always full

My credit card was charged doubled and I want my money back.
I was online shopping for the hair growth serum. I ordered the best friend kit. Entered my credit card information and went to check out, then all of a sudden all these discounts to add items to my cart popped up. I accidently clicked on an item as there appeared to be a glitch it added it to my cart, then didn't allow me to even review my cart and charged my *** cents. I want my money back. This is a *** and this is not how you do business.

The company does not honor their processing/shipping policy.
I placed my order on 4/27/20 for *** worth of products and received a confirmation email stating to allow 7-14 business days to receive my order. Eight days went by (5/5/20) with no shipping confirmation, so I emailed to inquire about my items. They replied back and didn't give me any kind of time frame. I waited until it hit 14 business days from when I placed my order (5/15/20) to email them back to see if they had any updates since I should've had my order by now according to their policy.

If they can't get my order to me by the end of this month, which is 34 days from when I placed the order, I want my money back. 34 days is more than enough time for a customer to be waiting to receive an order from a business, even dealing with COVID-19.
