Placed an order on 3/ 28/20 to date order has not been delivered nor a refund given.
I placed an order # XXXXXX on 3/28/20. I paid the *** shipping insurance. It's been 50 days and no delivery of my order. I have reached out to the company 4 times. When I gave the tracking # that the company provided I was told by the USPS that a shipping label had never been created.
On the company's website the shipping policy stated that orders not received in 30 days will be reshipped. This was my last request and I have not heard from the company.

I would like to receive the products that I ordered within the next 3 weeks or a full refund.

I placed an order with Hollywood Hair Bar on 04/27/2020. I paid *** which was withdrawn from my account the same day, for three products that has not been shipped. I reached out to customer service via email on 05/08/2020 in regards to order. I received an email back the same day with them stating they are working hard to fulfill all orders; which is great but it is now May 17th and my order is still unfulfilled.

I would like to receive the 3 items I ordered or a full refund of *** back to my bank account, Thank you.

This is the worst company to do business with, when I received the oil it had no seal the ingredients are not the same printed on each bottle, the customer service needs more training rude and unprofessional the oil did absolutely nothing...Iam not sure if it was safe to use on my hair since there are different ingredients..

An order was placed with this place on Sunday 5/10. After the payment went through I realized the discounts/promotional codes were not deducted. I began to research this place on line and came across that they're not true to their word, scam, never delivered products and/ delivers damaged goods. Within hours I emailed them to cancel order and to please refund my money. On their website it states orders placed on the weekend will not be processed until Monday-Tuesday. They emailed me back to say no refunds and all sales final. I explained to them that my ordered was placed less than 24 hours and I'm aware that the order wasn't processed yet. They insisted that they will not refund my money. I asked numerous times as the order wasn't processed. They then stopped responding. All I want is my money back! What kind of a 'business? refuses refunds on UNPROCESSED orders?

I paid *** for an order and only received 1 item after I emailed them. I contacted them multiple times the refused to return my money or give update.
On April 16, 2020 I made an *** order to the Hollywood hair bar. When it reached the 29th of April I received 1 item from my order and it was the lowest costing of the 2 items I ordered. I then emailed the company as the order was supposed to be a gift to my mother and I didn't want to give her half the order. They wouldn't answer my text or emails for 4 days. Then on May 4th they finally responded and told me they'd give me an update on my order in 48-72 hours. I got back in contact with them because Mother's Day had passed *** asked if I could have my money back because my item wasn't being sent to me and they're telling me no. I've spoken to many others who've had the same problem with them and not receiving their orders.

I would just like my money back if I'm not going to be given my purchase. I didn't want to take this step but it's the only option left since they have refused to take any action.

Overcharged for promotional items and charged for extra items I didn't add to order.

I just place an order for the serum (Buy 3 Get 1 Free) and balm (30% off *** and I was charged for 2 balms instead of one. I was charged *** for one and *** for the other one. I will like to be compensated for the extra charge of the balm *** The website is adding unwanted items to cart and charging more than promotional sale price.

On April 20,2020 I placed an order with Hollywood hair bar in the amount of *** for hair products I didn't receive.
As stated above,I ordered almost *** worth of products from Hollywood hair bar.when I received my order on May 8,2020 my order was not all there. So tried to call them and had no luck. So then I emailed them to complain about my order not being all there.they only responded one time to ask me to send them a pic of the items and the packaging and I did so.and I have not received another response from them.I did try to email them again but they didn't respond back yet nor have I received the rest of my items from order yet.

They charged my debit card for order *** without my permission and I want the money put back on my card.
On 5/10 I placed a order for the growth serum I put my credit card number in but I never confirmed the order but I got a email stating that order *** in the amount of 45.99 has been charged to my card. I emailed the company to let them know that I didn't confirm that order I only confirmed order *** . They are telling me that they don't do refunds but as I ask them how you take money if I didn't confirm that particular order. I tried to call but the number *** is not in working order. Bottom line is all I want is my money back. The company when they email you they don't even leave a name. This very unprofessional.

They told me the company made a label but never shipped the product....2 weeks later I've been trying to contact them with no response from any one...I wrote them through email, through messenger and on their product page and still no response from them at all. Then only time they responded was to tell me my shipping details! I told them that USPS never got the product and they shipped it.I never got a response back..I am highly upset because I was tempted to chose a different hair care business but chose to go with them just to get scammed!! I have screen shots of everything if needed.

I received a email on Dec 29, 2019 about my order I purchased back in November of 2019. My original order was a bottle of serum oil and the honey Moisturize kit. Hollywood Hair Bar sent me a bottle of oil and then emailed me and told me that the rest will be coming soon There was a tracker number provided in the email, however it didn't work. After about 100 emails, I finally get in touch with someone last month in April via Fb messenger. They apologize and promised they would sent me out the rest of my order. Please note around the second week of April I received a package from them. When I go to open the package I discovered a spill bottle of shampoo all over the box. It was still not my correct order. It was a bottle of opened shampoo that spilled all in the button of the box. I email them again letting them know I received the wrong order and the order they sent was damaged. I didn't get a response for about a week or so and then I get someone different who tries to tell me I received my order already. So I text them to let them I received an order however it wasn't my correct order. And all I want is my HONEY MOISTURIZE KIT. That I paid for with my hard earned money. They correct to ignore all my messages or fb messages and posts. I need help to get my order or a refund. It's not right they get my money and not send me my product. This beyond unprofessional

Upon checking tracking, the package has not moved locations for over a week. I contacted customer service to *** TWICE on two separate dates and have yet to hear back. And I'm writing because during this covid 19 pandemic people like me are subjected to order online and it's becoming really Frustrating because it's hard to even get in touch with the merchant. I order this product late feb 2020 and I still haven't received it I sent an email to the merchant asking where is my item I tracked the package and of course it says delivered but indeed it hasn't and for what ever reason my neighbors and I have been having a lot of issues with the mail service and where they leave our packages. So once I realized how long it's been since I order this I just asked for a refund because I never got it and the way the mail is right now is super ridiculous. So I'm coming to you guys because I'm not gonna just get ripped off of my money I paid for it I have no reason to lie about getting a delivery.

I ordered four products from this company on 3/12/2020 and only received 3 of the 4 in the mail. I've emailed them 4 different times, no response yet.
I purchased four products (3 bottles of hair oil and 1 bottle of spray) from Hollywood Hair Bar on 3/12/20 order#XXXXX. I received the 3 bottles of hair oil on 3/22/20. I did not receive the bottle of spray that was for $16.99, so I immediately tried to call the company at the phone number provided on their website Phone: (XXX) XXX-XXXX
Address: ***. The phone goes straight to vm but does not allow you to leave a message. I did send my cell number via SMS. I left a message via their website as they requested on the vm, email them with your concern or send a messsage via their website. I have done both on 4 different times 4/17, 4/22, 4/26 & 4/28. They responded once on 4/21/20 via email which stated: "Hello ***, I have escalated your order number to our concerned department and will kindly request you to contact us back in 48-72 hours from now for an update."
Then the next time I received a message from them was on 5/3/20 asking for a review of their product. There was no mention of my request of a refund for the one product that I never received.
Therefore I am submitting my complaint to the Revdex.com for poor customer service and possible theft.

Charged for shipping. On Tuesday, 4/17/2020 at 1:30 AM, I placed an order for the "extra strength growth oil". As I was checking out a screen popped up asking if I wanted to order another bottle for a lesser price *** I thought, well ordering one bottle is around $ *** why not order an extra bottle for *** I clicked on it and it immediately charged me *** for the bottle I originally wanted plus *** for discounted bottle, for a grand total of *** Once I received the receipt a *** was added for shipping. Bringing the total to *** I immediately emailed them and message the owner on Facebook, I received a generic email stating there was nothing they could do to help once the order has been finalized, also the website had a bogus wheel for customers to spend to receive additional discount or free shipping, I spined the wheel, I was given a bogus code. NO FREE SHIPPING WAS GIVING TO ME... I Wouldn't mind letting them keep my hard earned money, had they #1 ship my product in the 5-6 days ( order
on 4/17 receive on 5/2) and I received the same oil I purchased for the *** ( yes I purchased the oil before ) why would they do that to people? I'm here because I feel like I have been scam, I could have gotten two bottles for *** and save

A refund for my the shipping and money for the*** dollars bottles because it is the same oil bottle the same for double the price. There is nothing special about the ones received.

This company is a scam!!! They are stealing people's money. I did not get what I pay for and they ought to be ashamed of themselves. I received *** dollars worth of oil (2 oz) when I *** dollars, can someone please tell me how is that fair? At a time like this.
