These people are crooks. Paid for a product that I never received and they refused to send me another product or refund my money. DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! Very bad business practices !!! Zero customer service

Horrible, vindictive, harassing owner selling harmful products that ruin hair, and she keeps lying and ripping people off.
I was interested in purchasing product until I did a bit of research, thankfully, I learned about the 'F' rating and all the people who had gotten ripped off. The CEO *** has been harassing me ever since I reviewed her product. Beware of both her, as well as her products!
It deserves every bit of a 'F' rating!

I placed my order May 14th,on May 17th I received a email saying the package was on its way.May 23 I emailed them to tell they never sent me a tracking number for the package. May 24th I emailed again asking for a tracking number,May 25th another email asking for a tracking number.I keep calling the business no answer.June 1st. I emailed again to say I never received the package.They sent me a email saying the package is being shipped and they gave me tracking# this tracking mumbertold me I would receive it on June 2nd.It never arrived.I called the post office on June3rd they told me the box did not have a shipping label on it with my address and I will not receive it .The post office told me to contact them so they could correct their mistake.June 3rd I called no answer, Iemailed telling them to correct the issue still no response.My last email was to tell them to cancel the order I paid *** again they
Did not respond.looking at there Facebook pageI see there are other people who are having the same problem with this company

This company is running a scam and this product is harmful to some. I ordered the hair growth serum on May 16, 2020. I was told it would arrive in 14 days. I contacted the company 3 times when I did not receive it. After I told them I would report them to the Revdex.com they finally sent the product. I used it twice. The first time the smell bothered me since it smelled like Lemon Pledge Furniture Polish. I used it again the next night and ended up having to wash it out because of the severe itching. I now have a sore scalp and my hair texture changed. The writing on the bottle is so small I couldn't read it and no information was included in the package, including shipping information. I didn't find out until today that the product could cause irritation to some people. My advice: DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I give it zero stars.

I didn't receive my products. They won't answer the phone. No refunds.
I order over 100 dollars worth of product. First they confirmed the order. They state 15 days for shipping. I waited 20 no updates on my order. I outreached to them and they could not provide any info, told me to be patience. They emailed a tracking number weeks later and the tracking stated it was already in PA. The post office states they never received it only the electronic invoice, they said the container was empty. They said to call the shipper for a new order or refund. No refunds. No one answers my phone or emails. My product are still not here and the tracking shows that. Hollywood hair bar is not helping me with the matter at all and they state no refunds but I never got the products. That's not fair they just took my money and not any responsibility. I want a refund I want my product I want to talk to a person or a manager and they cannot be contacted. They only responded to two emails. Here is the tracking number

This business is a scam. They still hair growth videos and pictures from smaller businesses and have people who constantly delete any negative comments or reviews they receive. Please do not buy from them.

I have not received the product or a refund for the damaged item.
On April 8th 2020, *** I purchased the 3-Step Extra Strength Regrowth Kit which included Regrowth Serum, Regrowth Shampoo and Regrowth Hair Tea for a total $106.94 that was to be delivered in 7 - 14 business days. On ***, I received the order in the mail and when I opened the box the entire contents of the shampoo had spilled inside. I immediately emailed the company with pictures of the product and requested that item be replaced or my monies refunded back to me. I received a response immediately and was informed that the item that was received damaged would be replaced and forwarded to me immediately. On May 14, 2020 still not having received the product I contacted the company again through email and I have yet to hear back from them. I purchase the Regrowth Kit as the items were to be used hand in hand and in my case that was not the case.

The complaint has been resolved. The company finally sent me the product that I ordered

I have not received the product that I order even though the money was taken out of my account and and email was received stating it was on the way.
I ordered (***) one of their products on May 14, 2020 and got a confirmation email 3 days later stating "Get excited, you shipment is on the way." It aslo stated that I would be recieving a tracking number within a few days. On May 18th,2020 the money ($30.49) was taken out of my account. This total included the amount of posted that I paid to receive the product earlier. On May 23rd, 2020 I reached out to the company to get an update on the order and for the tracking number because I still hadn't recieve their magical email but the only information that I was provided from their customer service rep was the same as before...nothing. It just showed a map of my location and stated that the order was confirmed. I waited a few more days before contacting them again and did so on May 27th, 2020 but this time I asked about the process in which they can refund the money that they took out of my account. Once again I got a quick response but they failed to address the refund part while apologizing for the delay and stated that the issue was due to not processing the order. All the while they were still beating around the bush saying that they are ensuring me that the product will be shipped out soon along with a tracking#. Even though someone has been responding to my emails, the information that they are providing seems to be one that will keep me running around in circles without a real answer to the issue. I have always supported businesses, especially ones that sell hair products and have never had any issues with 1. getting a tracking# and 2. getting the product. I have been more that patient with this company and respectful when addressing their customer service dept. Now, I don't feel that I will get the answer to the questions and have chosen to cease any and all emails and instead have chosen to file a complaint against them. I am no longer interested in receiving the product. Although my hair is healthy with a good length, I always try to show some support for the next person who is building their company. This company has practices that are unethical and the right thing for them to do is to either provide the products as promised in a timely manner or follow through with providing a refund when requested.

I am no longer interested in recieving the product from this company. They just need to do the right thing and provide me with the full refund amount of $30.49 in a timely manner. It didn't take them a long time to take my money, therefore I am requesting that it don't take them a long time to put it back into my account.

Never received product, emailed customer service and was told I couldn't cancel.
I ordered on May 9th 2020 on the Hollywood hairbar site. The order number is *** and it's already paid for. I check my order once a week and it still says unfulfilled. I contacted customer service via email which I ask if they can cancel my order, I was told that it was confirmed so they couldn't. But it hasn't been process and it's almost a month. I read some of their reviews on facebook and Instagram. Their website states 5-7 business days to get the product, Facebook no one really said how long I did see whoever runs that account are rude to the customers, and on Instagram I saw that it can take up to a week and so people it's been over a month. I feel I have a right to get my money back since it hasn't been processed nor has it been fulfilled. I don't know if I'll ever get the money or the product. But I would like to see if you can help. I paid $69.00 for the product.

I placed and paid for my order on 5.14.2020. Here it is 5.31 & still no product. I've even emailed them but still no product

I reached out after I hadn't received a confirmation email and also inboxed via Facebook messenger and was told that my order would be expedited and I still haven't recant product at this point I would just like a full refund or my product

I KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG BECAUSE I'VE HAD THE SAME HAIR CARE ROUTINE FOR THE LAST 5 YRS, AND THE ONLY "NEW" THING ADDED TO MY REGIMEN WAS YOUR HAIR GROWTH SERUM. I IMMEDIATELY RESEARCHED YOUR INGREDIENTS, AND FOUND THAT OVER 23 OF THE HERBS IN YOUR PRODUCT ARE LOADED WITH PROTEIN!!! TONS UPON TONS OF PROTEIN!!! I ordered the 3 step regrowth kit on April 15th at the cost of $69.00 and $0.98 for insurance. It is now May 28th still NO PRODUCT DELIVERED
On April 15th I ordered the 3-step regrowth kit. My order number was #XXXXXX. The cost was $69.00 and the insurance on the product was $0.98. My tracking number was #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. They offer an app called SHOP to track your order. I bnegan to contact HHB on May 22nd to inquire about my order showing in the app as never being shipped. I wanted a refund. They told me that they don't allow refunds per their website. Then they begin the process of saying they can reshipp the product to me. They had me reconfirm my order information on May 24th and told me to email back in 72 hours. I did respond on May 27th. They responded but gave me what appears to be another bogas tracking number with no movement of product.

I just want a refund, it seems that this comapny is scamming people by taking peoples money and not sending out products.

The bottles dont have the ssme ingredientsbprinted as in the website. And they were small I order the shampoo, oil and tea. But overall I feel like my hair is growing and its healthiee than ive had it in a ling time and its been only 2 and a half weeks.

April 30, 2020 I ordered from Hollywood hair bar, it is now May 27, 2020. I have not received my order.
I was given a tracking number, contacted both UPS and USPS. Both were used for delivery. Neither can locate my order. UPS Mail Innovations delivered to Post office, and Post Office says the package is not there.

I received my order 22 days after placing it, first issue, Secondly I only received half the order. I've made several attempts to contact the company
I placed my order on 5/04/2020 I received shipment confirmation on 05/17/2020 and the package arrived on 05/27/2020. I made several attempts to contact the company to gain tracking information prior to delivery and was unsuccessful. Also, instead of processing one order they processed 2 orders, one in the amount of $180.88 and and another in the amount of $45.50 and then another $2.00 for shipping when the site clearly stated free shipping for orders over $75.00.
When I received the order on 05/27/2020 only half the order was received. I've tried calling and was directed to email two emails sent earlier today no response. I want The rest of my order or a full refund for the aggression. I'll take a refund for what you didn't send 1 3-step regrowth kit and 1 hair regrowth serum best friend kit.

I purchased three items from this hair growth online company and all of my hair fell out I'm asking them for a full refund they are ignoring me.
I ordered two hair growth items from Hollywood Hair Bar online company at first before all of my hair started to fall out so I placed an order for an additional hair growth bottle but than my hair started to fall out so I tried contacting by in boxing them on Instagram where I found the company at than I tried emailing them quite a few times but they have ignored my emails and yesterday they sent me an email saying that they would give me half off on my next purchase from them after I asked for a full refund on all three items they are refusing to address the issue at hand.

I want them to be held accountable for their bogus business that they are operating online they can not have a product out here that is hurting the people hair is a beautiful thing it's not right it's not fair to do this to unsupected buyers I want to put this business on noticed.

I am shocked after reading some of these reviews, I placed an order of $93 May 7th, it's June 30th and I still haven't received a confirmation order number. I emailed they just said they are behind/delayed ð??³, I am giving them until June 7th, and I will start working with my bank to get my money ð??´ back. This Company seems like a scam to me , I should of done a little research prior to attempting doing business with them .
