I bought two bottles of their hair serum. I was not allowed to enter free shipping promo code during checkout; they refused to cancel/refund order.

After informing the customer service department that the free shipping order was not applied, I requested that the $4.74 shipping charge be refunded. The customer service representative refused. I requested a cancellation of the order, the customer service representative said that it was against their policy to cancel orders. Is that even legal? I don't want the product, and I don't want to be charged. I ordered the product 10 minutes ago--what kind of scam is this?

Ideally, I would like a refund of the shipping charge. It's only $4.74, honor your original promotion of free shipping.

Back in December I ordered a product from Hollywood Hair bar upon receipt I only had half of the order I've been contactng them.

I've been contacting them since December 21st and they promised to send my products and have not sent it to me yet I spent a lot of money for this stuff and never received it only half of the order they keep promising me they going to send it and they never do now I can't even reach anyone since February they have not responded I send emails they don't respond to them I sent Messengers and they respond a week later or two weeks later to say they apologized and they sending out and never received it yet as of April 6th 2020 I have not received my product the last time I send an email to them was March 16th have not heard anything from them yet my order number was XXXXX that was the order number I just sent them pictures of what was in the package when it came the ex with my order number twice I gave it to him they apologized and still to this day April 6th 2020 I have not received anything from them since December when I ordered this *** back in December

I would like for you guys to send me my product in fact for all the frustration and aggravation that I've gone through the reaching people I feel like I should get double the product yes in fact I want to order instead of the one that would make up for all this I've been going through since December with you people

I placed an order 3/7 and the company immediately charged payment. I was advised items had not shipped on 3/28. With no ship info. I request a refund.
On March 7, 2020, I placed order #*** and payment was immediately charged. On March 27, I requested shipping update and was told on March 28, items had not shipped and no further ship details were provided. I requested cancellation of order and refund on March 29. Business advised on March 30, they do not refund and still provided NO shipping information. This is unacceptable as I was very patient considering COVID-19 and allowed extra time to follow-up. The business NEVER reached out to me with shipping update.

The order confirmation states "Please Allow UP TO 7-14 BUSINESS Days to Receive Your Order! Normally orders deliver within 5-7 business days but Depending on Demand some orders may be delayed a few more days than normal! Processing Time: ALL ORDERS TAKE 2-5 Days TO PROCESS PRIOR TO SHIPPING This Timeframe is ALL Depending on Demand! If you place your order over the weekend your Orders Processing time starts the following Monday-Tuesday. Shipping Transit Times All standard shipping orders have a warehouse processing time of 4-5 business days in addition to the carrier transit times."

This business should not expect to indefinitely hold my money without delivery of the purchased product.

December 9th 2019 I ordered a steam flat iron. They never shipped it. I callled ups and they said Hollywood bar made a label but item wasn't shipped.
My complaint is Hollywood bar prepared a label for my steam flat iron to be shipped to me at ***. I never received it. They never shipped it and according to ups they prepared a label but never shipped it out. I disputed it and still never received my money back. I have sent them numerous emails because you can't get in touch with them over the phone. They never was concerned or gave me a real response of where my flat iron is so now I'm out of $98.00. I am still trying to dispute this situation with my credit union but they too aren't getting a response from Hollywood bar hair. This is bad business and needs to be shut down.

There's no resolution from this business. They are not trying to resolve this matter. I want my refund since I did not receive a steam flat iron from them that I ordered.

On Monday, 3.23.20 at 11:28pm, I placed an order for Hair ReGrowth Serum Best Friend Kit x 1. When I got ready to check out a screen popped up asking if I wanted to order another bottle for $18.95. I thought, well ordering one bottle is around $24.00, why not order an extra bottle for $18.95. I clicked on it and it immediately charged me $43.50 plus the amount of my original order of $45.99. When I saw that my total order came to $90.47 plus shipping for a total of $95.99. I immediately tried to cancel the order and it wouldn't let me. They also stated that an order of $75.00 or more you get free shipping.

I immediately emailed customer service and told them what happened and got this response:

Hello, I just ordered the best friend serum, and then was told I could order the serum for $18.50. The total price does not reflect that. Is this a scam? Please do not charge my account for 95.00, as the friend serum was about 50 and now I'm paying 95? I will contact the Revdex.com about this.

I would like to inform you that we are a 100% legitimate company so please do not worry. Now regarding your order upon checking into our system it looks like you placed an order for 1 x Hair ReGrowth Serum - Best Friend Kit for $45.99, 1 x Hair ReGrowth Serum - Best Friend Kit for $43.50 and 1 x Route Shipping Insurance for $0.98. Which comes upto a total of $90.47
now the shipping charges are $3.52 + $2.00 which is why your order has come upto a total of $95.99.

Also I am really sorry to inform but once the order has been placed online by the customer's end I cannot make any changes on it as it gets saved in our system automatically. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

I didn't receive my complete order from this company and I'm not getting a response from anyone regarding it.
I ordered 6 bottles of hair regrowth serum and edge control but I only received 2 bottles so 4 of them is missing. My order totaled *** and I only got 2 bottles. I need answers, the rest of my order, my money back or something. I understand mistakes happen but nobody has responded to any of my emails. I noticed that people on facebook are getting responses on their page but when I post about my order it get deleted. That's bad business.

After making complaint with Revdex.com I started receiving emails from seller about shipping of my items. My order was received 2 weeks after the complaint.

I placed an online order (#XXXXX) with Hollywood Hair Bar on 3/19/20 at 9:47 AM. I requested the seller to cancel my order at 10:10 AM but has refused
Good Afternoon - I placed an online order (#XXXXX) with Hollywood Hair Bar on 3/19/20 at 9:47 AM. I requested the seller to cancel my order at 10:10 AM after reading that this site was a SCAM by multiple customers. The seller has refused to cancel my order and to not charge me. Order #XXXXX was placed & I requested cancellation within a matter of less than 30 minutes. Therefore, the order had not been processed (states 2-3 processing time on website under FAQs: ***). I emailed the seller at *** to request my order be cancelled. In which I received a response, "as mentioned in our policy once the order has been placed online by the customers end. I cannot accept any cancellation or refund requests." I would like to point out that nowhere on their site does it mention what they quoted in their response. I have multiple screenshots to prove as of today, it does not state anywhere on their site that they DO NOT accept CANCELLATIONS. Please don't allow the seller to take my money unlawfully. It is morally wrong especially at a time like this during this Global pandemic.
I paid $182.72 with a VISA debit card for 6 items total (which included a shipping insurance) to *** and would greatly appreciate if they cancel the order and I am not charged for products/services that have not been rendered.

I ordered 2 bottles of regrowth serum 3weeks ago. All I received was a confirmation email and the money was deducted from my bank account.
I ordered my package on March 5,2020. I received a confirmation email but I've yet to receive a tracking email. I reached out to the company by email on March 12,2020. I politely asked about order #XXXXX, still got no response. I then reached out via instagram direct messages on Friday March 13 just Incase they didn't see the email and since they are very active on Instagram. I nicely asked what the normal time period should be for shipping. Still did not receive a response. I called their customer service number Twice, which it said that their mail box was full and asked if I wanted to leave my number in which I said yes. Now I'm frustrated and posed off by the lack of customer service. That's $48 worth of product all because I wanted to try something new and support a black owned business. I've been excitedly waiting to hear something because on their Instagram and website it shows a lot of people with great results. I wanted to be apart of the family. But how can I if I am not being contacted about my product ? Their last post on Instagram was two days ago, which means they saw that they have been contacted.
