This company was a nightmare!! When I spoke with sales repin Novhe knew I had another company yet to give me a price on total house replacement, which he said NO PROBLEM, if we ( Home Performance Alliance Inccan't beat their price they would give my money backWELL let me tell you, I got severely sick past my days to break contract, had to even postpone other companyWhen I was well again Home Depot ( other company) came in, measured ALL windows an was $10,LESS than Home Performance Alliance, I almost fell through the floor, so I cancel my contract with Home Performance Alliance, Then I received threatening texts, phone calls ( which I still have on my phones) which I am gonna use to get my money backThe so called president Gary Dreally showed his *** by threatening me, an his sales repDave Lippy also!! I wish I could play the voice mail messages for you to save ANYONE from going through what I was put through, there again I STILL HAVE THEM an when the time comes a Judge will hear them, this company shouldn't be allowed to be in business !! I will say HOME DEPOT did a BEAUTIFUL JOB (wish I could show you) their contractor they assigned to do work was FABULOUS!!!!!!! How would I rate this company Home Performance Alliance? A company from *** !!!!!!!

This was the WORST experience with a service provider we have ever even imagined!!! Everything that could go wrong from the installation to the lack of customer service went very wrongThis company does NOT return phone calls, they do not care how much of an inconvenience it is to make several recalls on the installations nor do they care about the mess the installers leave behind! We found dirty rags in window sills, broken blinds, a broken marble window sill, a NASTY Mountain Dew spit bottle FULL of tobacco spit in our master bedroom left under the edge of the bed by the windowWe have tried to reach the Director of Operations John Son several occasions and he will not respondHe gave us his word he would make it right when he heard our complaints and walked our job to see for himself what was going onThere has been no compensation not even an apology for their terrible customer service and it has been a year since the windows were installed and there are still issues that have not been resolved

I would just like to take this time to tell you a little about the experience we had dealing with Home Performance Alliance, Inc They did an outstanding Job in every way, from the sales presentation, to the measurement process of the window replacement and finally to the installation! We are still waiting for the final inspection & we are positive it will go as smooth as the rest of the process!, Each facet of the job was done with expertise, professionalism and in the time frame promisedI couldn't be happier with my new windows and Home Performance Alliance's total commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction! During the installation I was blown away by the cleanliness of the installers!! They left my home immaculate, you couldn't even tell there was major work done! The thing that also impressed me & my husband was the friendliness of the installers Julian and Mark They were the best! I would recommend this company without any hesitation Great job guys!!!

My representative was so hopeful in showing me all the products that were available to me The whole experience was so easy and no pressure which is what I like The installers did a great job with the window installation, I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and neighbors I plan on doing impact doors with them down the road

It's a good window product but HPA took close to months to install windows and a sliderThe frame for the slider went to Naples instead of my condoNO apologies from the company, ie Missy, Cat, Chris (operations manager) or Peter (VP)I had to call them to reschedule.NO COMMUNICATIONS between office personal! Peter (VP) promised to call me back, NEVER heard from him again, same with Chris (who said he ALWAYS answers his phone)!! Would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! One star rating is too high, 1/star is more like it

Ordered windows 4/21/2018, was told it would take weeks to makeIt took over weeks and windows were not installed until 7/13/of the windows were supposed to have opening sashes but did notManager said order change was discussed with me, but I was never contactedwindow was installed with a failed seal, no its a warranty issueThey said one reason for the delay was that code required hurricane shields, which have not been installed yetThey were able to pull the total funds for the job before it was inspected, I thought I had to send in the voucher from Green Sky( but that must be some kind of scam)They don't return callsNow its October, almost months for the projectWould like the job finished

I just had windows installed in my recently purchased homeAs I'd heard, it was wise to check pricing along with quality with at least companiesBeing "ME" I got information from "5!" This pretty much new to me and only being a FL resident for a yearI took my time and not only worried about pricing, but quality of the entire window, it's safety features, looks, ratings and warranty very important! With that said, I made my choice for ALL reasons above going with Home Performance Alliance (HPA) I love my new windows beyond any of the expectations I hadAbove that the installers were amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, with a very good work ethicPeople you honestly become friends with! On top of that, the main office from VP down were the same, while also nice, friendly and always responding to my calls or questionsI usually, no I NEVER do this as far as submitting anything good or bad but just felt so compelled to do soThank you for giving me the opportunity to express myself and experience!

Product is defective, horrible service
Our sales rep Jordan Slied to us regarding the productHe indicated 100% satisfaction or your money backThe windows are defective and we cannot get him or the company to return our callsHe guaranteed our electric bill would be cut in halfYet, our bill has remained unchangedThe windows installed have defects that we brought to the attention of the organizationThey finally, after three months of contact, came to inspect and have never returnedOur house is now humid and coldAdditionally, Jordon told us told us our loan through synchrony bank would be a 0% interest yet that is not the case

Soft lite windows seem to be a good product but dealing with Home Performance Alliance was problematicStarting with schedulingNot as promised (on time)Installation was good but it was one man installing big windows one screen damagedDid not pass final inspectionAdded screws and reinspection passedNow it's ten months later and screen is still not replacedWe were told we would get a discount ($150.00) because of the problemsThis didn't happen eitherGo to another contractor

No one told me not to remove the stickers on the windows so when the county inspector came he rejected the inspection

I was in need of replacing my windowsI was at a home show in my community and approaced this company A estimatea Salesman named Brian came to my home and made it seem like the deal of the centuryHe was my first esimate and I thought I like the product so I ordered two windowsAfter getting getting a second quote and finding out that their windows are thousands of dollars over the next competitor plus the windows he sold me we're not the best ones that fit my needs but ones that he wanted me to buyI requested a change order for the windows that fit my needsExpecting the windows that were to be installed when they came in to be the ones that I had ordered for me instead the salesman never put in the change orders and I was delivered the wrong windows..Expecting decent customer service and the sincere apology instead I got something rather rude and never any follow-upit's now weeks after the first wrong incident and still they d
