One star is to many for this companyWe were told it was a two day job well we are on month fourThey sent three windows that were wrong sizeThey ripped out one window in the front of the house before checking the window was correct size, well if was the wrong sizeThey ended up filling the gap with a piece of plywood and wasn't sealed properly and that room ( master bathroom) got infested with ants due to the poor quality of workThey told us it would be two weeks before the new windows would be in well after a little over two months and poor communication and lies I contacted the attorney generals officeWell now I get a call from the company with all kinds of promises but no satisfactionThey have been to my house times and the inspector has been here times and they are not happy with this company at allThe inspector brought his boss out with him and they told the company rep that was here they can no longer pull permits in the city until they payed fines and addres other issues with other customersWe paid $ dollars to have a pest control company come and spray because of the ant infestation we were dealing with in the bathroom after waiting days and no communication from Home Performance AllianceThen they said they would give us $ for compensationOnly after arguing with them they took the price off the windows we still didn't have installed properly yetI can go in and on how horrible this company and the work quality is but it just angers me to no end I am way past stress limits with this poor excuse for a companyStay away from HOME PERFORMANCE ALLIANCEPoor work poor communication poor management all they want is your hard earned money

HPA does not respond to any request for any contact and I am told, by the supplier, that they should be responsible for honoring the warranty

girls knocked on my door about days agoThey said they weren't trying to sell me anything, but they wanted to schedule an appointment so they could show me the value of what their company does and their company's productsI told them that was fine, and I was NOT looking to purchase anything and not a position to buy anything nowI set up the appointment because the girls were so sweet and sincere, and I've been in sales my entire year career, so I understand where they're coming from
The next day, Jason, the sales rep shows up right on timeHe was wonderful, introduced himself, shook my hand and showed his identification

We had a sliding door installed on Jan 5th
Since January this company has been out to our house time to fix our door but yet again today 2/23/they came out and still have not fixed the door we are paying for something that isn't even finished I have to call them to get them to come back out because when the repair man leaves and tell you that will be back that is a lie unless I call them I would not see them but as you can see none of it really matters because times still not fixedthey have been here times and have done nothing at all and I mean nothing so they said they will be back next week

I must say that Home Performance Alliance, Incis lucky to have Peter, the VP of the companyMy father decided to reach out to the company after seeing an ad for the companyThey were very kind, helpful and informativeThey came to a reasonable contract to install the windows throughout our homeThrough no fault of Home Performance Alliance, we had to cancel the contract before the work was performedPeter was not only understanding to our plight, but he went above & beyond and allowed us to rescind Home Performance Alliance did not have to cancel a signed contract so you could imagine how blown away we were by the level of customer service provided This is the type of company that you rarely see nowadays in a business world where corporations treat customers like dollar signs and not human beings
I look forward to giving Home Performance Alliance my future business when our unfortunate circumstances change I would HIGHLY recommend HPA for your home improvement needs! Thanks Home Performance Alliance and a SPECIAL THANK YOU to Peter!
