I not sure what it time you houseI know the plugs & trim: the window is crackedAnd I what to comeI with I will call the news team
Slot if these

Home Performance Alliance installed the wrong windows, ruined the outside framing, took out a window they shouldn't have and replaced it with plywood
I signed a contract with Home Performance Alliance for windows 1/6/ Installers came on 3/29-3/They had a very difficult time and ended up damaging the trim all around each window It is very unsightly The living room & dining room windows were installed without grids which I orderedwindows were broken and a screen was rippedThey took out a bathroom window that wasn't supposed to come out and put a board in its place of the locks on the front windows cannot be openedCaulking is pulling away from the sidesHadn't heard anything from them so I called 4/23/Was transferred to someone in Finance. No one answered so I left a message No responseIn April I called my salesman, Steve DtimesNo response4/25/I called HPA & left a message to have someone call me backNo responseCalled again 4/

We loved the windows and signed a contract with a depositShortly thereafter we found out my husband has a major health issue that could be a financial burden to us
We called the company and explained our situation and they cancelled our contract and refunded our deposit In doing so they lifted a huge burden from our shoulders
It's nice to know there are still compassionate people that run big companies that put their customers first
A special thank you to Peter ***

This company provides terrible service and uses unprofessional high pressure sales tactics!! They are in the business of taking advantage of people
My initial impression of this company was pleasantI disregarded the high pressure, the "deal only lasts today" message and really tried to understand what they were sellingI truly made a huge mistake
After I signed, I have had no luck with contacting anyone from this organizationOur sales person, Stacy, ignored our phone calls and has disregarded all of our concerns surrounding this contract; even to this dayAfter much frustration and additional research on this company's reputation, I tried to cancel the installationRyan, a member of this organization, had a knee-jerk reaction and said there would be legal recourse because breaking the contract was not an optionI was SHOCKEDBecause their knee-jerk reaction was legal action and they had no interest at all in working with us at allI was not even approved for financing

Replacement windows were installed in mid-February Hurricane screens never delivered Permit inspection process never completed
Following installation in mid February 2016, measurements were taken for hurricane screens which were to be delivered a few weeks laterIn March someone from the office called to set up an appointment for the permit inspector to come by When I told her that I had not been given a permit package, she said she would mail the paperwork to me Then I mentioned that the hurricane screens had never been delivered, which she was unaware of I have heard nothing from the company since March, received nothing, when I try to call the number I have for them, I only get an answering machine None of my requests for a call back have been responded to

Okay for Windows, stay away from there doors
My experience with HPA started with a salesman knocking on my door within the 1st few months of (February or March, not sure exactly)He showed me the windows, which I was already sold on the technology before he cameI told the salesman I wanted all of my windows replaced with their windowsI also asked if they made doors with this same technologyHe responded yesI found out after the installation that this was not factual howeverThe windows and doors are from separate manufacturers with different technologyThe glass in the door is not nearly as good as the windows at keeping out heat, in fact it seems worse than the previous single pane glass door that was installed priorI was promised a complete installation, that I would not have to worry about anything from start to finishThis was at best an exaggeration, but really just a flat out lie
Also, while I requested that all of my windows be replaced, the salesman forgot one of my windows when he filled out the order formBy the time this was noticed over a month later, it was apparently too late to change the order to correct this mistake by the salesmen, so of my home windows is still the old window
The door itself was ordered without ever showing me any optionsThe salesman did not have any brochure at the time, but claimed either he or someone else would be back out to show me optionsThe next person to come out (March I believe) was a tech who was there to measure the windowsWhen I brought it up to him that I was expecting someone to show me door options, he told me the salesman should have come back out, and that he would make sure he did to show me the brochureI did confirm with him we were leaning towards wanting french doors with blinds, but we still wanted to see optionsTo this day we have never seen any door options, instead the installers brought with them a set of french doors with interior min-blindsRegrettably, I did not examine these doors before installation
The 1st installation occurred near the end of April, The installers were nice, but did a very mediocre jobThe window installers did a lot of damage to the stucco around the windows when they removed my old windowsThey then covered this damage up with excessive caulking to fill in the missing stuccoThe end result was every window having white caulking splattering away from the window, several inches in some areas, against my light tan paint
The door installer was much worseHe spent the better part of days working on installing the doorWhen finished the door was not aligned properlyOver the next months it would take separate installers coming out to correct this alignment
As of this review, it is now the end of June (30th)I am currently waiting on a stucco contractor to come to properly repair the stucco and drywall damaged by the installation crew (currently scheduled for early July)Following that an agent will be coming out to add the hole plugs to the holes in the doors and windowsFollowing that they will be sending a professional painter to touch up my interior and exterior paint where the installers failed to do a clean installationBe aware, HPA normally doesn't do any paintingI had to complain, going up to the Vice President of the company (Peter V.) about the low quality of work, and how me needing to hire a professional painter to fix where they messed up my paint, damaged my walls, etc, would mean they were not doing a complete installation, and I was promised a complete installation from the outset
In the end, with Peter's help, all of my biggest issues with the work done to my house are being resolvedHowever, it has taken months of headaches and stress, and filing complaints to get the Vice President involved, to reach this pointHopefully this will all be finished in July, but honestly, at the pace that this company works, I fully expect it to be August before everything is finished
Regarding the quality of the product itselfI am very happy with the window qualityThey do a great job of keeping out heatI can put my hand on the interior window with the sun shining directly on it on a hot summer day and the glass is cool to the touch
The door on the other hand is another storyThe glass and surrounding air (interior, a range of 2-feet) gets very hot when they sun is shining directly on it on a hot summer dayThe door itself is a pair of french style, full pane glass, with interior blindsThe door is made of fiberglass, and at the time of install is an off-white colorThe door requires painting (Not done by HPA) or it will turn yellow over timeThe door looks and feels cheap
If you can stand very poor customer service, and are willing to voice your complaints when the company makes mistakes, then the windows might be worth itHowever, take the time to research other options first, something which I regrettably did not do

I worked with Jason M., he was very professional, had great product knowledge and followed up with me after installationThe windows look fantastic and I am very pleasedKudos to Jason and Home Performance for a job well done

Nothing is as they said would be
Ripped screens months still not fixed..Kevlar to put over windows holes do not match up..Hurricane Irma will be here in days..Anchors come out of the walls when trying to take the screws out to put what kevlar does fit..Kevlar too lose on the windows they fit..Touch the kevlar and you touch the windows..This is just the past innocent..Do I need to talk about the issues I had had right after the windows were installed? BTW we paid $13,for windows..We are suppose to have a lifetime warranty..That's great and all but you have to be able to get them to come out..* months later still waiting for screens

Salesman here from 10am until 3:30pmWould not take no for answer after we kept telling him no because wife had lost job after **+ years
Started 1-16-after we finally broke down and purchased windowsTold to go online and sign documentsTold salesman (Neil B) I would not do this after I saw some of the docs and saw they had on there I made $a monthThis was a lie because I only make $a monthTold them to cancel the order but was told I couldn't because the windows were already being madeSo the company called and said the windows would be installed on 3-11-I asked approximately what time and was told around 9: I called around 10am or so and was told installers had a small job on the way to HolidayIn the meantime I had to take down all the vertical blinds (9) to be readyFour guys showed up around 4:in the afternoon but said they could not start job They said they had been working all day in ***I don't think *** is between ***

I recently wrote a complaint about not being able to get a response from the Company after the Job failed Inspection I am happy to report that soon after writing to the Revdex.com the Home Alliance company sent Julian to fix my windowsJulian did a great job , took one of the windows out again to install it properly Now the window looks solid and I am happy to report that it passed the open inspectionJulian seemed to care about doing the Job properlyI wish they had more installers like him and wanted to be fair and report this back to the Revdex.com and Home Alliance!

BE CAUTIOUS!!!! Their sales pitch Is FULL of information but can also be persistent & aggressiveWe had HPA come out to our home for a quote due to it being a requirement to receive a $gift card that was won at their vendor boothWe were already pricing windows for our home anyway so why notThe day before, we received a confirmation call; We confirmed appt time & was told that the sales rep would be about an hour & have the $gift card upon arrivalThe sales rep arrived mins before 7pm (on time) & beganShe starts telling us that in our area we had to have hurricane proof windows/doors to be up to code- (our 1st eyebrow raise)We informed her that we had been given different information from our homeowners insurance companyShe proceeds with the pitch (hours in now) & kept saying how proud the company is about this & that blah blah 'you can google it!? Then she gives us the price...$41,812.00!!! windows & sliding doorsTo say we were shocked is an unders

I would highly recommend Home Performance Alliance to homeowners needing to update their windows and doors The professional presentation of options available to me for windows and doors, in the privacy of my own home, was truly unparalleled The personal guarantee from the window specialist to "contact him for any issues or problems" gave me a great deal of confidence that I had made the right decision to upgrade my home
The installation was done in one day, as promised, and the installer respected my home by meticulously cleaning any debris that was the result of the installation
I love the ease of opening and closing the windows, as well as the added security of the locking mechanism The life time guarantee is another added value for me as a homeowner
My home is now secure, energy efficient and beautiful as a result of the upgrade of windows and doors
Dunedin, Florida

I contracted for new windows with Home Performance Alliance and due to a family situation, requested out of my contract several weeks beyond the grace period Peter Vis a hero for this Organization and went above and beyond to help me through a difficult time With kindness, integrity and great communication, Peter and team earned my star rating!

After a very professional presentation by their sales person, I signed a contract to have my windows replacedI had second thoughts about it after realizing that I will be selling my house within the year to travel full time in an RVI emailed and faxed in my intent to cancel within the business days and received a very courteous call from the owner, who personally refunded my deposit and wished me wellI would recommend them for window replacement

This company trying to force me to purchase windows at an outrageous cost
They make you sign a so called cotract before disclosing all the information on the loan and product.Starr SXXXXXXXXXX listed as project manager was the saleslady that came to my home.waited from6/2/Til 6/12/to inform me of my options for tbis purcbaseNeither one shown to me on paper only by phone after I contacted ger myselfI refused to choose neither one and sbe said I am obligated to pick or im responsible for at least e0% of the toal cost

order windows 1/17/still have not recd them
Salesman Russ Dsold me # windows placed order on 1/17/Order was to be delivered by 3/5/Widows came they were wrongHe came out again to get the order correctedThe engineer took the measurements for the correct windows they were delivered wrong againCalled the office spoke to Josh he said he would have Russ contact me waited two weeks no call

I have to say Thank you to Home Alliance for a great job
The process from the beginning was not pleasant, but the outcome is BEAUTIFUL

This company advertised free products to get in the door then try to sell 13k worth of products for you to get the free product at cost which is
I contacted a company offering free solar attic fansI asked specifically what the catch was and if I HAD to purchase anything to receive the free itemI was told no just allow them into my home so they can show me what they could do for meI was in the market anyway for hurricane windows so I thought why not and I could get a free solar attic fanwell they came over their rep was very rude pushing and prying to make a sale trying to commit fraud on the finance application and was told no theres no way they give away free solar attic fansI do have all the proof saying they are free

Although we changed our mind on choosing windows, they were very timely in making sure our refund was done as soon as possible

Home Performance Alliance did a great job installing our new windowsThey were very professional and cleaned up after installation
