Stacey was wonderful working with usShe made us excited to get new windows for the houseWonderful customer service!

Ryan stopped by to meet me and go over some paper workHe was very helpful and explained everything moving forward with my new windowsHe seems to be very knowledgeable and is a very good asset to your company

My name is ***I recently in the past two weeks contacted Home Performance Alliance and met with one of their managers Matt; who came to my homeHe was on time for the appointment, professionally attired, and I found him very pleasant and product knowledgeable(I previously co-owned a small business in Maryland) After measuring my windows, etc; Matt demonstrated the performance of the Duramade windows that would be installed and some Kevlar shields for several smaller windows I signed a contract at that time and wrote a check for $10K as a down-payment with the intention of financing the remaining amountDuring our interactions I never felt pressured or uncomfortableIn short, two days later and only after
speaking with a close friend who is a realtor familiar with my neighborhood and considering other financial needs, I decided to cancel the contract I called and left a message for Matt on his cell phone and at the office I faxed and emailed a letter of cancellation to the company office containing a request to please refund my down-payment in a timely mannerThis brought prompt return calls from Matt and company Vice President Peter Vhead of customer service After explaining how and why I came to my decision, both were very understanding Both wished me well and MrVmade certain that my refund check had been sent by Ups, provided the tracking # and called to make sure the check had been delivered to me Overall, I found their management geared toward top notch customer service with a truly genuine human touch

We had a very good experience with JasonM He was very precise in his presentation of the windows and the energy efficiency of his productHe was very pleasant and patience with us and answered all of our questionsHe is a great asset to this company

Home Performance Alliance (HPA) installed replacement windows, new front door, and new rear sliding door on May and The company is supposed to send a crew to complete the exterior and interior trim and plug work once the windows pass inspectionThe city inspector came to inspect the work on May and everything was okayed on that dateI called HPA on that date to schedule a crew to complete the workIt took three weeks with multiple phone calls, until June 11, for a representative to tell me that the work could be scheduled on June However, that day doesn't work because I will be away and the company could not give me another date at this timeI was told it might be another to weeks and would have to wait until they see where the schedule of work takes them
There are also other problems with the workThe new front door and two of the windows do not lock properlyI was told by the installer that I would need a new front door and two window sashesI have lef

It is hard to believe this company can continue to existIts attention to detail and coordination of a project is terrible and it is too bad because they have a very good product to sellI had all the windows in my house replaced (13) and three sliding glass patio doorsThe window installation went fairly wellIt started the week after Thanksgiving and was completed in a couple weeks with my help to coordinate some minor activitiesThe sliding patio doors project started the week after Christmas and here it is June and there is still one item not completedI could go on and on about their inability to communicate and coordinate the tasks along with my numerous phone calls, text messages and emails that took place over this time periodThe leading sales pitch was that my house was going to be a "showcase house" for the neighborIt is nothing but a sales pitch that has no meaningDo not use this home improvement company its not worth the hassles

Did not meet contract, employees do not know what's going on, Company is a disgrace!!!
On 1/12/We met with a salesman from Home Performance Alliance Mike Castiglia, we wrote a contract for brand new windows and hurricane shields for a total of $16,as well as for our house to be a showcase house, we gave $1,deposit and the rest was suppose to have been financed with interest for months after the windows have been finishedAll of the windows were suppose to have been finished by the end of FebruaryWell long behold that didnt happen, Two bathroom windows didnt fit as well as hurricane shutters for other windows did not fitThe company rep said it would take two weeks for them to come back meanwhie the finance company was calling times a day for us to start paying them, and everytime was a different person not realizing that someone else already calledEverytime we called the window company it was the same thing no one knew anything and on top of that they

Outstanding Job in every way! From the sales presentation, to the measurement process of the windows to be replaced, to the installation, to the final inspection and approval - each facet of the job was done with expertise, professionalism and in the time frame promised I couldn't be happier with my new windows and Home Performance Alliance's total commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction!

The salesman,Robert Cwas very informative, very polite. He did everything he could to help finance our new windowsThe windows were installed well before the time we expectedHowever after the county inspected the installationWe never had a follow up to finished the inside trimThe installer blew us offThe office someone named, Dave promised the installer would be hereAfter four phone calls, no one has ever returned our calls or finished the installationDave even promised he would come and finish the installation himselfMy last phone call to their main office, no one wanted to answer my callI allowed the phone to ring for about ten minutes before a young lady answered the phoneWe had windows installed with screensEIGHT OF THE NINE SCREENS HAD TEARS IN THEMThey have never been replaced! The installer left broken glass on the inside floors! On the grass, driveway, and on out lanai The new windows were all smeared with sweat! I would never recommend HPA to anyone who requires quality work and to have their contracts fulfilled

Peter was very punctual in returning my deposit after the Condo Association turned down my request to replace my windows Pleasure to work with the staff of Home Performance Alliance

AWFUL!! This was the worst experience we've ever had with a company The customer service was a nightmare from confusion regarding how and when to install the window, repeated improper and untimely filing of permits, unreturned phone calls, confusion among staff regarding the project and their inability to answer our questions or update us on the delays Then in the end, it took several weeks and several phone calls to have them come back and do the finishing work to complete the jobWe hired them on March 1, ( payment required up front) and it was finally finished Aug 4, One hurricane window replacement I will say the providers who came out to do the actual work ( when they finally showed up) were courteous and did a good job Butoverall a horrible business Cape Coral FL

12-6-A young man named Stephen Dcame to our home in Jacksonville Flto show my wife and I there Dura Shield windowsStephen was very knowledgeable of the products they have and made us feel at lease about buying themOn 12-21-another young man,Michael came out to measure the windows for orderingThen on February not sure of date the installers placed all windows, doing a wonderful jobThe city inspector came out the next checked every window and asked if I had any concernsI have been contracted times form Home Performance Alliance to check on how things wentWe are very pleased with the job and windows

Contractor completely misrepresented product, financing, scope of work to be performed etc
Contractor ordered and delivered wrong windows, at which time I was told I needed egress windows by code, which I have since found out that I don't) There was block work that should have been included in scope of work and was not discussed at signing of contractThe building permit called for simple equal change out of existing windowsThe contractor told me we should not use wood to adapt structure to windows, then showed up with wood to do the jobIn addition, the financing was presented to my wife and I in a most confusing way (we are both in our 80's) The contractor also attempted to get me to agree to keep the wrong windows that were deliveredThey were NOT the ones I ordered, don't fit my house and don't have the grates between the glass, which is what I specifically wantedIn conclusion, I feel this contractor took advantage of an elderly, vulnerable couple and we should not have to

Contract on 6/30/to have windows installedAfter multiple times to install, as of 1/20/still missing windows and sliding door incomplete
Contracted 6/30/for windows & sliding doors replaced1st install was scheduled on 8/to which did not happen because of breakdown of truck9/& 9/- installers came to put in windows but were missing sliding glass door and the eyebrow windows did not fitInstaller remeasured windows and was advise by Josh (svc manager) that the windows and sliding door will take weeks to come in to which he put a rush on the order9/- We noticed permit incorrect so we spent hours at the permit office correcting the permit9/26/- installer came to install hurricane shields (to which we were not notified he was coming)Missing shield 10/16/- called Josh to get update and was advise still on order should be about weeksTold him we would be out of the country end on Oct and will touch base with when get back to sche

I contacted this company on 6-13-regarding lifetime replacement of glass in one of their windows they had installed in our homeI sent the requested information that day I contacted the company on 8-1-at which time they told me the window showed it was ordered but they could not track the window down On 8-7-17, they requested another picture of the window sticker, which was sent to them that day along with a picture of the windowOn 8-8-17, I verified that the information had been received and she sent an email double checking on order and would advise me when she heard backOn 8-28-I sent a follow up requesting status and received no answerOn 10-31-I sent a picture of the window starting to crumble and explained I had company coming at Christmas and needed the window repairedResent label and window picture to now the third person handling this matterOn 11-18-17, again followed up and was told window was expected on truck the next weekFollowed up again on 12-

Home Performance Alliance did a outstanding jobThe staff was courteous, the installers were professional but the manager was exceptional Peter Vetere handled all the issues and resolved themThey kept us happy and satisfiedThe price was competitive the salesman was through and the install team was great

I met a person from Home performance windows at Dunkin Donuts, which I like a lot he explained to me about his products, I was able to replace my old jealousy windows with new storm windows because of the climate in Florida, I am a military veteran I believe in safety and security,...the new windows installed allowed me to have a nice look and feel as such...thank you home performance for doing a good job...btw you owe me coffee and donuts...lol

Where to beginThe sales man lied, Company not willing to negotiate on price after failing inspection, windows not working as promised
The salesman Bryan c Slied to us about the savings and said that the company would pay for our windows if we didn't save a specific amount on our electric bill after a year, which was a lieThe windows are not performing as promised, we can feel the heat coming through during summer and the ones Bryan showed us didn't allow the heat throughWe were told by Bryan that the inspector was coming and he would give us our paper that guaranteed our savings which was a lieI was told multiple times the inspector was coming and took off work only for no one to show upIt took months before an inspector showed up to check the installation of the windows and it failedThe customer service and communication is horribleWe signed a contract on 5-31-and it is now Jan-19-and the job is still unfinished and our complaints have gone unanswered. They

The company itself I had several issues with including correct install dates, having to reinstall a window as the custom window I ordered wasn't brought out the 1st time aroundIt just seems that there's a lack of connection of customer service between all departments (i.eSales to Person who verifies measurements, to person who schedules installs, etcOn the other hand I did escalate my concerns up to the manager Peter V& he was very understanding and great to work withYes, he was not able to do exactly the solution I wanted but he was able to send me a gift card & be the middle man to make sure that what he said was withheld & he was absolutely true to his wordIt would be awesome if the rest of his staff could be the same in this areaThere just seems the need of a streamline of communication with the customerIf I did a review solely on my experience with Peter it would be a but the question here is "How would you rate your experience with this business?" & that encompasses all aspects so it brings down the rating to Neutral a
