Peter at Home Performance alliance went over and above when I was dealing with the possible purchase and installation of my windowsI have not actually purchased yet due to travel and a family incident however when I get back home I will certainly contact him and have them do the job the companies professionalism and product knowledge from him all the way down to the sales person was top notch

April 29, 2018, we signed a contract for them to supply windows for $11, We paid them $at signing We paid the balance on 7/5/$7964, when the job was finished Two of the windows were the wrong windows and were installed with a promise that they would be warranted with the right windows put in Eight of the ten remaining windows were very hard to open, and they promised us they would be fixed by 8/7/ Then the date was changed to 8/27/18, and then the date was changed again to 9/17/and no later than 10/2/ Nothing has been done as of October 4th, I called on 10/4/and left messages for Carlos; and as of today, 10/6/18, I have heard nothing I have paid my part of the contract, as agreed They have not kept their part of the agreement and will not answer my calls or emails The windows are still not working properly

I'd like to change my review to a positive oneThere was a misunderstanding and Peter was able to explain and clear things upI am not able to get my windows replaced at this time, and my contract was able to be cancelled and deposit refunded in a timely manner

Salesman was friendly, explained about product, answered all our questionsInstallers & workers that came after final inspection were friendly & did their jobTold us if we had questions or problems to let them know & they would answer & tell us why did this, or if we saw a problem they corrected it

Peter Vvice president of home performance alliance was very helpful and understanding when I cancelled my contract to have new windows put in my home until I did a little more research and got bids from other companies to compare and make an informed decisionI had issues getting the email through to cancel and he stayed on the line with me until he got the emailNice guy

Solicited at home for purchase of new windows/installation Agreement was contingent on approval of loan from bank recommended by Home Performance
I was required to sign contract stating that if I did not cancel within days I would be 100% responsible for payment + liquidated damages However, they knew that loan application takes a minimum of two weeks to process It was a sconsidering the oral contingency agreement for the loan At the time of signature it was unknown if one was approved, second if approved what APR would be given They improperly make reference to day right to cancamended by FTC when signing contract with contractor Secondly, they pressured me to utilize their lender knowing that it would take a minimum of two weeks to be provided an approval on a loan Eventually was approved at a very high interest rate that would have cost 3x the cost quoted Due to the fact that the agreement was contingent upon approval and acceptance of loan terms

We ordered a new sliding glass door Unfortunately, due to an emergency, we were unable to continue work on the house After discussing these unfortunate circumstances with HPA management, they refunded us our complete down-payment Thank you HPA and MrV, VP-Customer Service We appreciate your willingness to work with us Great customer service!

Home Performance Alliance replaced all of our windows with Hurricane windows
We paid $33,dollars for the product and installation Two windows have had problems and the company has been to or home times starting February 9th and each time they have advised us that the part does not exist to repair the broken window spring I have called at least times and have not received any response to my complaint The windows have a lifetime warranty The patio French doors were also installed backward showing the hinges outside, which can easily be broken into by removing the door hinge from the outside I advised the company that I want all of the windows replaced, which will have parts available or for the company to repair the broken window and produce in writing that the parts will be available for the windows that have been installed NO RESPONSE

Had a great experience..no pressure..the sales rep explained everything and the crew did a great job...very happy with our choice !!!

HPA came to our house and provided a good presentation, but after really considering the financial burden the new windows would have put on us, we decided to cancelSent a certified letter within the cool off period and received a call back to confirm the events of the presentation process as well as verify whether there was anything else that they could have done So, HPA does care about their image and in our case, they did right by us

We have been dealing with this company sinse February
They came to install windows in April and didn't hear anything to finish job for days
After days they called and told us they were ready to complete job so we have benefit of doubt and let them come out a week ago..got to house and they didn't have right permit or blueprints! This is by far out of control! They want money for a job that has to be completely redone! They have to take windows out and reinstall as they r completely put in wrong ! Won't pass inspection! This company has taken three loans out in husbands name without consent with us! Something needs to be done! ASAP!

Purchased Windows April and installed them in April Nver finished the job and we have called them times a week sinse and no response no emai
Purchased Windows in April and installed in April 27th with the job incomplete..left Job and haven't been back to finish..still have a slider and back door unfinished ..also have flys living in our windwows due to them being in complete..my wife has made calls a week and no response ! Worst job ever! Can't put hurricane Shields up bc they haven't finished the job

Completion of installation of energy efficiency windows, one glass sliding door and missing parts
We made the purchase in December of and the windows were installed in February of this yearAt that time one of the sliding windows was missing two screens and the glass sliding door screen was to small.Also one half of a double hug window has a manufacturing flaw and needs to replacedIt is now June and nothing has been done
After the windows were in place the county of Hillsborough falled the installationThat has since been corrected and has passed inspection
The company seems to be very disorganized because every time we talk to them they ask us what has to be completed.They never call to keep us updated, we always have to contact them

This job has started 1-16-and of this date 5-3-it is NOT completed
The inspector FAILED this job and now all I get is a run around, there is never anyone that answers the phone, we'll call you back in hrs, BULL

They tore up my front (main) window and now it sits
screens do not fit properly, sad
This company is totally not reliable, thats right NOT RELIABLE!

Had windows installed by Home Performance AllianceThe sales person gave me the great sales pitch to convince me to purchase windowsThe guys that installed windows did a great jobThere was manufacture defects on of the windowsThey promised the necessary parts would be ordered and replaced and stay informed by phone callsThis never happenedEvery time I call to get updated, I just get a recording and no return callPaying cash for windows was not a wise choiceGot put on the back burner after they got my moneyTried calling the sales person, Dan, who also did not return my call, probably does not work for them anymore either because his phone number does not work anymoreI think I have been scammedI would not recommend these people to do work for anybodyI thought a company from a larger city would be reliableBoy was I mistakenSomething should be done to improve customer service after installationThere is a window company in my city and could have got them to do the jobLearned the hard wayToo bad it cost me a lot of moneyI wish it was just over a bad meal or something simpleBAD DEAL

If I was to write a review I will be here for daysToo much too say, bad customer service, took them forever to finish the job but only a couple of days to send the billUntil this day job is still not done I lost track of amount of phone calls I have made to get someone to finishEvery time they come they do it wrongService manager Josh very rude
I have lost time from work to make myself available to be at the house for them
I made the mistake to referred my neighbor right while they were working on our windows she has had it worse then me I am so embarrassed and really regret referring them I work with people renovating their homes and I will never refer anyone to this company Had to choose star because it wont let me move forward without any starts
They sell it to you telling you that your electricity bill is going to go down well guess what it didn'tStill the same
