Windows installed one year ago today and still waiting for completion and final inspection from the county
Windows installed 4/26/and still awaiting completion and final inspection from the county One of the windows did not fit properly they came back and made an adjustment but it still was not correct We left for the summer but I continued to call to have the problem resolvedI was assured that it would be taken care of but of course nothing was done Returned in October and again started calling about the window Every time I called they had an excuse that they were new and would take care of the situation Finally they sent someone out to plug the screw holes and complete the job but of course the one window was still incorrectThe gentlemen that plugged the windows took a picture of the window that was not right, and said someone would call A few weeks went by and of course no phone call so again I calledThe excuse was that they too were new and that the previous

Contract was signed on 12/21/it is now 5/17/and the project is still not completed
Project has not been completed to date Repeated attempts to contact customer service have resulted in nothing being done Two windows and an impact resistant door at a cost of dollars were supposed to be installed First window craked after three daysA manufacturing issue customer service indicated After a lengthy delay, installation of new window took place Then inspector arrived foer routine procedureThis took place on 4/29/ After first installation attempt, I still have trim pieces and holes that need filled Customer service is absolutely terribleNo courtesy, call, no follow up, nothing! Although they market a quality product, actual installation and project completion is dismal at bestI have already paid significant monies for this project to no avail Treatment of customers appears very low priority

This company has not finished the job they startedThey do not return phone callsI have made as many as calls with no response
My windows were ordered on Oct 9, They finally installed all but two windows January 2, I have been trying to contact them to get a date on when they planned to finish but I have had no luckI have left messages, I have talked to the person who answers the phone, who promises to check into it and call me back but they never do

The Marketing company, Dynamic in June of 2018, was in my neighborhood distributing some information leaflets of installation of windows for HPA
A salesman came on Saturday, he gave us a demonstration, he compared the HPA window, with one that sells Home Depot, it was checked with a lamp that imitates the heat of the sun, that the Home Depot window let the heat pass through the gas contained in the double panel, its window barely warmed up, we convinced ourselves to acquire the windows, it tells us that the Home Depot only saved up to 70% of electric power and that of HPA, around 90%, let us know that through a program from the State of FL, and the Department of Energy, they were giving affordable prices to the homeowners, to change their windows, which were a bit above Home Depot, but with better construction quality in the energy savings and impact of hurricanes, gave us the option to install two types, one without impact with a value of $ 400- $ 500, and with impact with a value of

I purchased windows which were installed on 3/5/Contract was signed on 1/26/with a down payment of $5,000.00.Balance of $10,was paid upon installation of windows.Inspection was completed on 4/2/ and trim was put on about months later.From the day of installation, I noticed that of my screens were rippedI phoned the territory manage (Joe T.) who told me that the replacement screens would be ordered and then installed when the trim was doneI had to call numerous times regarding this and the completion of the windows (installing the trim)When the guys showed up to do the trim, they had no replacement screens, nor any knowledge of themOne of the men took a picture of the model # and size of the window for proper replacement screensI did not hear anything regarding this and called again and was told someone would get back to me by the end of the dayThis was on July 3rdI called again on July 9th and left a message but got no call back

July - Our 2nd bedroom window was damaged by an unknown source We called Performance Alliance A representative came out and measured the window and stated it would take 4-weeks for the window replacement to be sent from the manufacturer
August - We called Home Performance Alliance, and left messages The receptionist stated the window was on order
September - After multiple phone calls with the company, we found out the window had not been ordered from the Jul inspection
September , - Gina came out, inspected the window, took measurements and stated the window would be orderedShe also took pictures and stated there could be a delay due to Hurricane Irma, hitting Florida that Sunday

I purchased hurricane, impact windows and the contractor failed to set up an installation dateI called the company office many times and I also emailed the supervisor and I received no response

I had some issues, but Peter took care of of them immediately He is fantastic man and went out of his way to straighten things out

Peter was very helpful and a very understanding personHe resolved my problem

Just wanted to take a minute and say what a great experience we had with Home Performance AllianceMy wife and I purchased a year home and we wanted to replace the windows for several reasonsAfter doing some research we were not sure if we could afford to do this or notBut to our surprise the team at HPA was able to put together a package that we could afford
From the first sales meeting to the final project completion we were always informed as to status and key datesThere were couple of very minor issues, which I expected when replacing all of the windows in a year old homeThese issues were addressed in a very timely manner and to our complete satisfaction
HPA is a company that both my wife and I have recommended to family and friendsBottom line, they did a great job for us

Home Performance Alliance showed exceptional professionalism and thoughtfulness throughout the process of assessing whether or not to install new impact resistant windows in our house Even though we didn't go with them, I thought it was worth letting others know they followed through on and did everything they said they would when asked, and for many builders and contractors that is asking a lot it seems nowadays Their service and support was very good

they suckered me into getting the widows and this has been a long process due to everything was wrong
first they told me I couldn't cancel the order because it was already inprocess after days or so .then I went on signing the papers like times I told them I had already signed this the last person was the installer and he said this is so it can start the process I was at work there was an adult at my home so they oviously lied to me the first time this started in sept/19/they finally came nov/9/to install first the windows in the front was not what Amanda Gtold me it would be so I can keep my beach theme and the rest of the house would be regular that upset me then they put a clear window in my bathroom and a frost one in my room which it should of been in the bathroomso I had to wait weeks so I can get that replaced to the correct windows mind you I still have to wait for the inspectors to come to inspect when all this is done.so they came back put the corre

Home Performance Alliance is the worst business I have ever dealt withThe work and workers were very unprofessionalNothing was done to protect the inside of our room while they hammered away the cement and stucco to put in larger windowsThe man who did the work was vulgar and swearing loudlyHe had no idea what he was doing and kept calling people to ask questions about how the job should be doneHe was sloppy with his stucco mixture once he finally got the windows installed and ended up ruining the glass of one window by wiping it wit a rag covered in the stuccoHe left garbage and spilled the stucco over our bushes and walls and spattered it all over the window frames of the new windowsHe actually broke the glass in windows, and we waited several months before the panes were replaced
It took many, many calls to the company to get any results, and many times no one answered the phone and no one returned callsOne person after another would make promises of when our work would be completed, and often no one came for appointments we had made
After the job had not been completed to our satisfaction, the sub-contractor left with the paperwork when we refused to sign a completion form as the work was not doneOur inspector from the county refused to pass the inspection the first trip due to incorrectly hung hurricane covers, and again due to a broken window paneFinally he passed the inspection but we still had to clean all of the grey plaster/stucco off our window frames, a job which took several days of scraping and scrubbing
I would hope every person reads these numerous reviews and complaints by people who have been duped by Home Performance Alliance and stays clear of doing business with themThe company is not reputableAnd now we have been informed by the Attorney General that they are investigating the company

I had Home Performance Alliance come out to my house to quote me on a few windows and a sliding glass door recently At our appointment, I walked the salesman around the house quickly to explain what I was looking for Unfortunately, when I brought him into my home office, he was a little too eager to check the window sill and accidentally pulled my blinds down off the supports He did apologize and gave me Peter Vphone number to get everything sorted Long story short, I didn't buy any of their products (not due to quality), just not the right timing I contacted Peter about the issue, who was very nice about the whole thing and told me he would give me the replacement cost of the blinds I had been very busy lately, so it took me some time to find the cost of the blinds and get him a picture of my damaged blinds However, Peter actually called me multiple times to remind me to give him the info The reason I'm actually writing this review is because I was impressed with the effort Peter went through to pay ME He could have just let it go, and I may have just forgotten about it in time When the time comes and I do buy new windows, I will definitely be going with them Ultimately, I received a $gift card to replace my blinds over the weekend Good company

Sales person entered a deed restricted community which is posted no solicitation.Told residents the President of the community OK'd him
Sales person lied to neighbors telling them the President of the community gave him permission to solicitHe also told neighbors the company is run by the state and was offering free home inspectionsWhen he approached my home, I told him there is no soliciting allowed and he needed to leaveHe told me it was ok because he had permission from the President of the communityWhen I told him I was the President, he ran to his truck and left the areaI filed a complaint with his company and will do so with the state of Florida as well

The appearance of windows is not consistent to what was advertisedI have visible jagged holes in the framing they now say they can't conceal
