Will not return emails or phone calls on a warrantee claim
I have been calling and emailing for one year on a warrantee claim I keep getting the run around with no resultsOne of my windows was broken and was suppose to be replaced under the lifetime warrantee

On July 27thI signed contract with Home Performance Alliance to install five Dura Shield windows at my house
The sales man who came to my house with paper contract was MRAaron JMRAaron Jassured me that within six to eight weeks the project will be complete
The price for the five windows $4,
It took them three months to start project1st they installed four windows and they said that they don't have the fifth windowsThen I called to MRJosh and asked him about the fifth windowsHe told me that, they don't have it at store, they are going to order it
After that they came twice to install the fifth windows but on both occasions, they came with wrong size windows
On NOV.21ththey came and installed the fifth window but wasn't Dura Shield window productIt was different product windowit is a bad window
Again, I called to MRJosh and told him that fifth window is not Dura ShieldHe kept arguing with meRepeatedly said that he can't un

Complete lack of professionalismDoes NOT complete work in promised timeHas not completed jobWont return calls

It was A pleasure to have Chad in our home, He knows a great deal About his craft We were blown away by all the information And the fact that we had no idea there was black mold in our child's bedroom who has been suffering from horrible allergies We are very grateful And the fact that Chad was with us every step of the way, And answered all of our phone callsleft my husband and I feeling very comfortable and secure The install went flawlesslyAnd we immediately saw the savings from the wind mitigation and energy savings just as chad promised We are looking forward to completing our house within the next year and will definitely stick with HPA They have our family's blessings

I have a signed contract to the terms of 9000$ over months 0% interest - I have a approved contract from Green Sky credit confirming contract terms
After having a signed contract and a deposit of 1000$ cashed by company, confirmation from credit company that the 9000$ loan over months at 0% interest confirmed and in writing, a second project manager signing off on 2nr measurement of windows and financing - I get a call today to tell me they will not and are not any longer offering 0% financing - tried to offer me a different deal - I said no refund my 1000$ down payment person I spoke to said his name was Bob Graly (Gracy) XXX-XXX-XXXXI called my sales rep - he had no knowledge of thisthis is fraud plain and simpleI would not let this company hang a post it note on my door much less tear out my existing windows and replace themI only want my down payment back and yet another complaint filed on themshame on me for not checking on them with you first

We got a call from this business the night before the appointment (4/19/2018) as been following up on a previous appointment they couldn't fulfilled back in December 2017, which I didn't remember we had madeAgain it was for 45minutes to hourThe salesman showed up at 4:20pmWe like to involve in conversations with our guests, you can find out a lot about their character, but it was after 8pm when the salesman leftHe gave us the estimate, because that was the only thing we were looking for and the fact that the estimate was good for yearWhen I told the guy that I had to look into it and make a decision (over $17,000) he called his boss and they put the charade about to help us to take a decision that nightI gave him my reasons not to do it at that momentHe was politeHe left and took with him the estimateI had asked him for his business cardHe said will leave it with the estimate, I never got it either I decided to check their reputation on Revdex.com and found out that they have been in business for years but he told me his company has been in business for yearsReliability at this point? I contacted the business to get a copy of the estimate, they couldn't find our name or address initiallyThe person who answered, after she found our whereabouts, said was going to leave a message for the salesmanIt is a week later and we got nothingThat tells me that we were not truthfully interested on my businessI am reading the reviews and estimates given and believe we made the right decision of not making a decision that nightI will get some other estimates and I believe I can get a better oneThese companies think that all customers are the sameI doubt that they will trust me with a job worth $17,000+ according to the estimate, to make a decision as soon as they meet me without considering other options or checking on my reliability and previous customers' experiencesThere was other element that I evaluated that night and that element really set my mind not to do business with themThanks for letting them know of my review

I recently had my windows replaced by HPA There seems to be a lot of conflicting reviews of this company and I wanted to share my experience First, the windows are some of the best on the market As a builder myself, I am very happy with this product Second, HPA, overall, has been very good The problems encountered seemed to be around customers being able to contact HPA directly When searching for them online, most contact information related to their company does not connect you to anyone and you never receive a call back When I experienced this for myself in trying to enquire as to the status of my final inspection, I read countless reviews about the company being unable to be reached, which concerned me at the time After a complaint, I received a number that put me in direct contact with the company Since this time, I never have a problem in speaking to a representative, and the customer service is prompt and attentive I have already decided to use HPA again for the balance of my windows

I had all the windows in my house replacedThe process went smoothly and I was very happy it only took 1/day for installationThe house is cooler but even more I can't believe how quiet it isThen, less than years later, a car ran into my houseOne of my windows was destroyedHome Performance did the most amazing thing and replaced the window free of chargeThey researched several questions I had, then ordered the window and had it ready for my contractor to install once the new wall was builtThank you!

Alliance Home Performance, is a great company, they are truly professional They installed several windows and everybody envolved was great to work with, they went out of their way to help us and take care of us I was very impressed and would highly recommend them for your window replacement
They are like friends that you have in the window business! I am extremely pleased with the company and the whole proses while working with them

Poor customer serviceFailure to deliver product in a reasonable amount of time and billing issues before completion of project
On May 21, we signed a contract with Home Performance Alliance for replacement windows, and hurricane screensThe windows were received and installed in a timely fashionThe receipt and installation of the hurricane screens has been an problemThey arrived to install the screens and were unable to because the screens were made in the wrong sizesWe told a week and half to weeks to rectify the problemWe are now about months past and still do not have the screensWe have had little contact from HPA, unless we contact them firstI asked them to cancel to the order for the screens and amazingly they showed up the next day to do an install and showed up with the wrong size screens againAt this point, I emailed our sales rep and asked what HPA was going to do to make this right for usWe were offered a not so free cruise, which I told them

I need Home Performance Alliance to complete the job and keep the appointments they have set with me
I contracted with this company to install new windows and the windows are beautifulHOWEVER, since they were installed I cannot get anyone to come out to finish up the job Appointments are set and no one shows upNo one seems to answer the phone; you leave messages and pray that someone will return your call The customer service is terrible!!!!! I would never recommend this company to anyone

I was very pleased with the concern for my order It was handled with great dispatch and above and beyond expectations I am very pleased to have done business with such a caring firm
