We were promised hurricane windows to be installed in weeks timeWe are paying interest on a product we still don't have! I need to call repeatedly
My wife and purchased Hurricane energy efficient windows from Hime Performance Alliance in October and were promised order and installation of the windows would be in weeks time

We have had to call repeatedly to HPA corporate offices to get answersNobody within HPA keeps us in the loopThis process has taken so long that our loan through Green Sky has to be renewed and it almost cost my wife and I another hard credit inquiryThe only reason it didn't is we continued to call and call speaking with a number of different VP's trying to track down information on where our windows are and why are they not installed, still! Why has nobody called us? Why doesn't anyone give a customer courtesy phone calls to inform us what is happening, delays,

We loved our sales person He was very sweet and friendly Our windows were supposed to be installed in April We didn't hear from the company and called them The called in June and wanted to come the next day Well we needed time to remove curtains etc so we declined When the windows were installed, the first one was cracked There are several damaged screens and one window doesn't open at all My husband says he remembers the salesman saying they were a different frame which we didn't get The hurricane shutters are not put up yet either
We got a phone call asking to do our final inspection and they called us an entirely different name! You would think that after spending all this money, they would give us the courtesy of knowing our names!

MISREPRESENTATION AT TIME OF SALE
I was told at time of signing a contract to replace windows in my home that the company (H0ME PERFORMANCE ALLIANCE) WOULD FINANCE THE COST OF THE WINDOWS OVER A YEAR PERIOD AT a cost of $75/mo to meI agreed to a credit checkI was then informed by LIFELOCK that someone was applying for an auto loan and also for a credit card by yet another company Neither of which was authorized by meI informed LifeLOck and Home Performance that I was stopping all authorization of any loansI later was informed by Home Performance Alliance that it was standard procedure for a finance company to "call" an inquiry a loan application and that Credco a company that they use calls a credit inquiry an auto loan as standard procedure.I did not request an auto loan, nor a new credit card In fact they said they use such companies to get the best rate I did indeed have a credit card issued to me by Synchrony Financialone of Home Perfoemance companies that t

Big time run around ! Stay away!
I had Home Performance Alliance install windows and sliders and although the contract was signed and an 11,800$ downpayment was made in November 2016, it took until March for them to installThat in itself is not what I am upset over as much as the fact that windows were replaced by wider ones ( per my request) and the installer did not place a header above either of them ( the contract specifies additional fees for doing that- which was fine) The inspector failed the "open inspection"as they had closed the sheetrock and when the sheetrock was taken off there were no headers to support the weight from the roof above After many many calls they sent the same guy back out to place the headers and after him being grumpy and unmotivated he reluctantly placed one of the headers ( not done like in their preconstruction drawing and it may or may not pass inspection) and the other header he again did not placeNow it is weeks later, I still cannot call the inspector back as the other window has no header and no one is answering my phone callsI have sent a letter to the company with photos of the missing headers weeks ago and still no response! I cannot believe that a window installer would EVER consider installing a window with no header and as a solution simply cut the by s that are coming down from the roofOf course they had DEMANDED payment right away even though I pointed out that the inspection was not yet doneThey told me not to worry as they also wanted to "close the permit" so they would stay on top of things
I am at my wits end and my option is to either hire a lawyer ( which I hate to do) or at least go to the county and ask what else I can doWithout the open inspection, I cannot have anyone install the sheetrock and the house is a mess with the studs around the window being visible!
What a mess!
I would stay away from this company! I paid 35,000$ only to get the runaround for over months!!!!

PHA has terrible customer service, there are several ordering and delivery errors and they do not follow through as promised

This is the worst business my husband and I have ever dealt with in years of life! Stacy, the sales rep, was wonderful and was the only reason we finally made it through this month ordeal We had many windows installedIt took months before the windows were even ordered or work permits filed The man who came out to measure for all the windows was so rude that I literally got in a disagreement with him before he left my house because he was very rude to me My husband complained about him to Stacy and she noted it saying that "he was new." The installers were ok and very polite The owner Steve was a Nightmare! I can't believe how hateful he was to my husband - calling my husband and yelling at him and threatening to call the police because my husband had not yet paid the rest of his bill ( the window installation was not yet finished)My husband had to hang up on him several times late at night because "Steve" was out of control and obviously needed money really bad! I am so happy this experience is behind us Don't Even Let This Company In Your House To Give You An Estimate!!! You will regret It!!

I just had windows installed in my recently purchased homeAs I'd heard, it was wise to check pricing along with quality with at least companiesBeing "ME" I got information from "5!" This pretty much new to me and only being a FL resident for a yearI took my time and not only worried about pricing, but quality of the entire window, it's safety features, looks, ratings and warranty very important! With that said, I made my choice for ALL reasons above going with Home Performance Alliance (HPA) I love my new windows beyond any of the expectations I hadAbove that the installers were amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, with a very good work ethicPeople you honestly become friends with! On top of that, the main office from VP down were the same, while also nice, friendly and always responding to my calls or questionsI usually, no I NEVER do this as far as submitting anything good or bad but just felt so compelled to do soThank you for giving me the opportunity to express myself and experience!

Had Windows put in my villas and was told by the sale lady that I would get a rebate or discount from Duke Energy that it was required by law Well come to find out Duke does not give rebates or discounts for villas So I called Home Performance to tell them they that it wasn't true should not be telling us that if it isn't true, they (John) formed me that Duke does give rebates and discounts and they are not telling me the truth and also they do not say for sure Well I was told by the sale lady that it was the law for Duke to give them So now I have paid all this money for windows and I am out a discount or rebate I feel that Home Performance Alliance should make good on this since that was one of the reason the sale person was pushing by telling me it was the law If anyone is going to work with them make sure you call Duke or TECO to confirm before they sign anything I love the windows but should be able to trust them to tell the truth

My wife & I made an appointment after meeting their rep at the Home Improvement show hosted at the RP Funding Center in Lakeland in Sept We had an exact date & time scheduled for today, 10/at 10AMWe received annoying calls this past Saturday morning while at a family function to confirm the date and timeAt about 2:PM on Saturday, we received another call that they could not keep the 10AM appointment and wanted to come at 2PM, which was not a good time for usI told them, we would call another time to rescheduleYesterday, Sunday we received another call that they would be coming today at 10AM at which time I said we had made other arrangements and would not meetAt 9:45AM this morning, we were contacted by our security company that someone was here to see us at which time I advised Security that they cancelled the appointment on SaturdayIt is apparent that they have a problem with scheduling as is stated in the Revdex.com review

I have been looking to install new windows since I moved in in Apr I had a few quotes and then HPA showed up on my doorstepI agreed to have them come out and listen to their quoteThe first quote was very high and was just out of my budgetThen Chris came along and gave me a better deal for what I was looking to get done and I took itAbout months later everything was set up to be installedThe installation was quick and easyThey were a good teamThey did windows in about 2-hoursThey were clean and friendly, I was very satisfied with thatAfter the installation they set up for the inspector to come in a timely mannerAfter that the guy who put in the final pieces came shortly afterIt was a quick processCustomer service was a little off for me, but once the VP MrPeter Vgot involved everything came together very nicelyI am very happy with the service and I am 100% satisfied with the product I receivedI have a front window that I would close that area off because it made my house so much warmer, with the new windows I can leave the blinds up and that area open and it stays very coolI would recommend this company in a heart beatAnd I will be going back to them to get all my doors replaced!
