I am so happy with my windows! great customer service, answered all my questions!
installers were on time! I give them A++

We had a rocky start but once the windows were put in and inspection completed it was smooth sailing! The windows held up during Irma wonderfully!!! I love my Windows

If I could give this place less than a star rating, believe me I wouldHPA's customer service is the WORSTI regret letting their sales team strong arm us into signing a contract before we could do any research on this companyLooking back, we should have cancelled when we had the chanceYou can never, and I mean NEVER, get ahold of anyone in the officeWe had windows installed back in May and have had terrible interactions with this company ever sinceFirst off, once the windows were installed we scheduled our inspection--or so we thoughtGuess the city did not get the memo, as I took a day off work to wait around for no one to show upAfter months of trying to get ahold of them to reschedule, someone finally called us back and got our appointment togetherUpon inspection, the inspector mentioned that some of the windows needed additional certification, as they could not see the screws that were supposed to be installed to pass inspectionAny guesses on if we've heard back from HPA on that? The answer is a resounding NO! Now, with hurricane Irma approaching Florida, my husband and I go to get out the hurricane shields that we ordered along with our windowsWe open the bag to find not shields but Frustrated, I called HPA and to my surprise, someone answeredHe mentioned that when they don't include all of the shields, it's typically due to a sizing issue at the factoryPlease keep in mind, they installed our windows in MAY! They have had months to correct this issue and yet here we areMy husband and I were recording video/taking photos for our insurance company in case something were to happen and we noticed that they only added screws for the shields to the front two windows! On our order form it CLEARLY states windows and hurricane shieldsI have been trying to call HPA all day with NO ANSWERI get sent to their voicemail system regardless of which department I try and get ahold ofSo as a last resort, I try and call the sales rep that helped us purchase the windows in the first placeHis phone goes straight to a voicemail that hasn't been set upGuessing he no longer works for HPASTAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY/ This is by far one of the most expensive mistakes I have ever made in my lifeIf I could do it all over again, I would have slammed the door as soon as they tried to schedule their sales pitch

My husband and I are considering having our windows replaced We have contacted a different company (my aunt is using the company I am complaining about)After doing some research and discovering the issues this company has had (checked out Revdex.com)I contacted my aunt She in turn, contacted the company and they explained away all the issues in question My aunt then gave them MY phone number The woman that contacted me, immediately began throwing the company we are considering using (Window World) under the bus and proceeded to tell me that they are having to replace my aunt's neighbors windows that were installed by Window World I then contacted said neighbor only to find out that Window World did not install her windows and she was NOT having them replaced She was extremely incensed that this company would just throw her name out there like that The woman lied to me about who the owner of the business was and

windows had a defect from manufacturing , manufacture acknowledge the defected product and its been going on over a year now not fixed yet
