[redacted] was professional, on time, and had a great personality.

He made a few suggestions but did not in any way pressure us to complete them. As he said they were only suggestions. It was like having a friend in the house.

[redacted]. was very helpful with the whole process from the time he stepped through the front door, until the time he walked back out. He explained everything he was checking for to try and diagnose the problem. When it was determined that we may need to replace the heater, he set everything in motion to get someone out to get us a quote.

Just like the ad says....on time, polite professional service!!! [redacted] located the issue explained the problem and fixed it. He explained the service plan and the benefits. Great job and I highly recommend Horizon....no more waiting for someone will be there sometime between 8 and 4!!!

I recently had a service call from [redacted] from Horizon Services. [redacted] was very polite and knowledgeable, and he completed the repair by installing a new thermostat and control board for heat pump which appears to have been damaged during a power outage and power surge which affected numerous homeowners in the Newark, DE area.

Unfortunately, he arrived late; but to my surprise, the Horizon service policy is that if the technician is late, then the service call is free...and this call was free.

I was very pleased with [redacted] and the other Horizon employees who arranged the scheduling so that my issued was resolved as quickly as possible!

I had an emergency repair on a Sunday. My hot water heater started leaking and Horizon was quick to come out and install a new water heater. The technician was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and expertise. All questions were listened to and answered.

I had [redacted]. come out for a drain clean out. It was a second visit from Horizon, under the "one year no clog again drain warranty". I got a phone call to let me know he would be on his way, and arrived on time. He was friendly, kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and definitely worked to be assured the drain had cleared, and if it had not, guided me through what would need to be done, because of the length of the pipes. [redacted] knew what he was doing, had tarps laid as not to damage rugs from dirt, etc., used shoe coverings as well. All of those things other companies I have not seen do before definitely make a difference. I will call Horizon again, for any of my plumbing needs! Thank You [redacted]!

[redacted] was very knowledgeable and able to provide recommendations and options for the repair and for future service. He was prompt and completed the service in a timely manner and was able to help schedule an appointment with a consultant for replacement for later that day. Given the timing of the required service, the promptness and attention to detail and speed was much appreciated.

Always keeping me posted on what they were currently doing along the way. The whole process from the time I made the call, the tech arrivals, removal of old and installation of new and the techs driving away took 3 hours and 45 minutes. WOW! I am very pleased.
