Horizon Plumbing Service. We had a partially blocked drain that was backing up from the second floor shower and overflowing the bathroom sink. [redacted] was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand the flow of our plumbing system and proceeded with the snaking that the system needed. He also discussed practices to prevent future clogs such as what to really put in the garbage disposal, how to clean and the approach we should keep the system clear. He was an excellent plumbing technician.

[redacted]. did an efficient job on the refitting of three toilets. He left each bathroom in good shape, and he did his work with a happy and positive disposition. [redacted] had to return the next day to finish the job slightly differently to make me totally satisfied, and he did so in a timely and friendly manner. The technician came for my annual inspection of the heater system. He, James G. on time very cordial and explained everything he did in detail. I would highly recommend Horizon and I will continue to use their services. This was my 4th experience with Horizon and each time has been a positive experience.

Kenneth did a great job fixing and cleaning our drain. He got it done quickly and efficiently and knew exactly what he was doing.

[redacted] believes that the issue may be in the wall and that it may be best to contact the township before moving forward. [redacted] will return once the township inform us what the next step should be.He was very informative and made my wife and myself feel very comfortable. WE had service to our Ac/heat unit on 6/5/2014. The tech arrived on time was very professional and friendly. He explained everything in an easy to understand manner. He was great with my 2yr old daughter as well who was very curious about him and what he was doing and fired off non stop questions as soon as he arrived. Great experience

The individual who came to do our semi-annual service on our A/C was ON TIME, put his booties on, was extremely pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. Previous experiences I have had with other businesses that were giving the same service was like night and day difference. I would never use anybody else than Horizon.
