Horizon Plumbing Service. We had a partially blocked drain that was backing up from the second floor shower and overflowing the bathroom sink. [redacted] was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand the flow of our plumbing system and proceeded with the snaking that the system needed. He also discussed practices to prevent future clogs such as what to really put in the garbage disposal, how to clean and the approach we should keep the system clear. He was an excellent plumbing technician.

[redacted] was very polite and efficient. He was on-time and considerate of my home.

The technician came for my annual inspection of the heater system. He, James G. on time very cordial and explained everything he did in detail. I would highly recommend Horizon and I will continue to use their services. This was my 4th experience with Horizon and each time has been a positive experience.

My technician, [redacted], was pleasant and efficient. He took the time to explain to me what he was going to do, explained a problem he found, and the consequences of what could happen.

Horizon Drain Technician [redacted] drove 50 miles in a snow storm to my home on a Friday night. He worked vigorously and tirelessly to clear a clog in my sewer pipe. [redacted] was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.

WE had service to our Ac/heat unit on 6/5/2014. The tech arrived on time was very professional and friendly. He explained everything in an easy to understand manner. He was great with my 2yr old daughter as well who was very curious about him and what he was doing and fired off non stop questions as soon as he arrived. Great experience

[redacted] was extremely courteous and efficient. He came for a routine tune-up to my heater. I've been in my house for 9 years and I've had several HVAC techs come into look at heating unit because my bedroom is always colder than the other rooms. [redacted] is the first one to discover that my ducts were not connected to my heating unit, so he repaired that. I'm assuming it will make a big difference, but he's hasn't been gone long enough for me to know yet. If this works, he's a hero!

to correct our problem. We had a window for his visit which was shortened up followed up with a second call to let us know he was on the way. This is so important as no one wants to sit at home all day waiting for service person.

Good experience, no hidden cost. Technician was polite and knowledgeable.

The technician arrived on time, and diagnosed my problem and outlined a plan to complete the work.. It involved a replacement rather than a repair which I totally agreed to. He also did a total house inspection. The work was completed in a timely fashion.

I have been depending on Horizon for the past 7 years and have NEVER been disappointed. Every technician has been extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They have always provided options in ways to handle the situation. Customer service and dispatch are very responsive and accommodating.
