They were honest about the issue being only a small repair and didn't try to talk me into anything more than I needed. I very much appreciated [redacted]'s explanation of what the problem was. I have used Horizon Services for my HVAC needs as well; always very happy with their service.

Technician was extremely polite, friendly and considerate. Arrived on schedule and did a fabulous job servicing my oil burner. He was also very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Thoroughly cleaned up before he left and yes, he wore his orange booties.

A recent visit from our Horizon Services plumbing technician, [redacted], was straightforward and professional. [redacted] quickly determined that a specially dimensioned fixture was necessary to accomodate our request to replace a malfunctioning toilet. [redacted] returned the next day with the the proper fixture and professionally installed the toilet without issues. [redacted] is an excellent Horizon Services representative. We will certainly spread the word of our positive experience employing Horizon Services.

Very polite, got the problem solved quickly

Horizon Services has been our plumbing service provider for many years... for good reason! They are a reliable and trustworthy company. You know exactly what the problem is and how much it will cost to repair it or replace it if necessary. The technicians are professional, expert in what they do, show up when they they say they will and are careful and tidy when doing their repairs. They respect you and your home. If there is any problem with a job, they are always ready and willing to make sure you are happy and they are always pleasant about it. Dealing with Horizon Services is always a positive experience. You can count on them for regular work and especially in emergencies, they come immediately.

I had an excellent experience with [redacted] at Horizon. He was polite, explained the issues with my plumbing problem, and recommended the solution that was the most cost effective. I had him look at a separate problem at the house and he was also able to fix that problem, including coordinating with the water company to turn off the main water source. The work was completed very quickly and he completely cleaned up after himself.

Excellent. Called at 0830 on Memorial Day Tech was here by 0945. Found it was condensity pump and had repaired in know time.

[redacted] was professional and polite. I was comfortable discussing options with him. A fine representative of Horizon.

We had [redacted] work in our house twice. Once he was replacing hot water heater and did an excellent job. He explain all the options and the heater grades. We picked what was the best fit for us. The work was done fast and clean. We have a light carpet so he put the shoe covers on, to make sure the carpet stays clean.

The second time [redacted] did the plumbing inspection. There were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed. [redacted] and his co-worker Tony made all the necessary work. They had all the parts that needed to be replaces with them. All work was done under 2 hours and they cleaned after themselves. Once again they wore the shoe covers. They both were very professional and down to the point.

I would recommend either one of them to do any plumbing work in any house.

The whole Horizon experience was very good. You can call any time of day and they always answer the phone, no machines to talk to or messages to leave.

Had my ac unit serviced by your company 1 month ago and it burn out a wire and your company sent out a worker next day. Your service tech [redacted] came out and fixed the problem in 5 minutes.Very professional company and workers. Would recommend to any one needing any kind of service.
