[redacted] was efficient, considerate and knowledgeable. He installed a new hot water heater and necessary upgrades to bring the existing system up to code. He was knowledgeable about all aspects of the installation. Upon completion, he explained patiently and clearly the functioning of the system.

[redacted] was extremely courteous and efficient. He came for a routine tune-up to my heater. I've been in my house for 9 years and I've had several HVAC techs come into look at heating unit because my bedroom is always colder than the other rooms. [redacted] is the first one to discover that my ducts were not connected to my heating unit, so he repaired that. I'm assuming it will make a big difference, but he's hasn't been gone long enough for me to know yet. If this works, he's a hero!

Had my annual heater inspection today. The service representative from Horizon was extremely thorough, very courteous, and was a pleasure to speak with. [redacted] represented his company well. Kudos to Horizon for hiring good people and training their employees to be true professionals.

A recent visit from our Horizon Services plumbing technician, [redacted], was straightforward and professional. [redacted] quickly determined that a specially dimensioned fixture was necessary to accomodate our request to replace a malfunctioning toilet. [redacted] returned the next day with the the proper fixture and professionally installed the toilet without issues. [redacted] is an excellent Horizon Services representative. We will certainly spread the word of our positive experience employing Horizon Services.

Our service tech, [redacted]., was prompt, courteous and knew exactly what to do

to correct our problem. We had a window for his visit which was shortened up followed up with a second call to let us know he was on the way. This is so important as no one wants to sit at home all day waiting for service person.

Horizon Drain Technician [redacted] drove 50 miles in a snow storm to my home on a Friday night. He worked vigorously and tirelessly to clear a clog in my sewer pipe. [redacted] was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.

We have used Horizon in the past for a variety of services and each time they don't disappoint. [redacted] was professional, performed the job efficiently and made recommendations for future consideration. The cost was reasonable and I would definitely recommend [redacted] and Horizon for future services.

We had [redacted] work in our house twice. Once he was replacing hot water heater and did an excellent job. He explain all the options and the heater grades. We picked what was the best fit for us. The work was done fast and clean. We have a light carpet so he put the shoe covers on, to make sure the carpet stays clean.

The second time [redacted] did the plumbing inspection. There were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed. [redacted] and his co-worker Tony made all the necessary work. They had all the parts that needed to be replaces with them. All work was done under 2 hours and they cleaned after themselves. Once again they wore the shoe covers. They both were very professional and down to the point.

I would recommend either one of them to do any plumbing work in any house.

The whole Horizon experience was very good. You can call any time of day and they always answer the phone, no machines to talk to or messages to leave.

Overall pleasant experience.

Excellent. Called at 0830 on Memorial Day Tech was here by 0945. Found it was condensity pump and had repaired in know time.
