I had an excellent experience with [redacted] at Horizon. He was polite, explained the issues with my plumbing problem, and recommended the solution that was the most cost effective. I had him look at a separate problem at the house and he was also able to fix that problem, including coordinating with the water company to turn off the main water source. The work was completed very quickly and he completely cleaned up after himself.

Horizon services came to my nieces home because their AC wasn't working properly. [redacted] arrived with Jimmy, and I can tell you that I have never met two more compassionate and caring individuals ever! They explained what needed to be done and what had been left intentionally by the previous owner knowing these first time homebuyers had been taken. He gave them the necessary information to get the service they needed. You don't find guys like that anymore. I'm switching to Horizon!

If there is any problem with a job, they are always ready and willing to make sure you are happy and they are always pleasant about it. Dealing with Horizon Services is always a positive experience. You can count on them for regular work and especially in emergencies, they come immediately.

He was extremely courteous, polite and, sympathetic regarding my A/C problem. After answering all of his questions to determine what was happening, [redacted] immediately knew what to do. He went to work and did what he had to do and my A/C was operating in no time at all. I'm usually somewhat apprehensive when dealing with service personnel, but [redacted] made this a pleasant experience.

Had my ac unit serviced by your company 1 month ago and it burn out a wire and your company sent out a worker next day. Your service tech [redacted] came out and fixed the problem in 5 minutes.Very professional company and workers. Would recommend to any one needing any kind of service.

Technician was extremely polite, friendly and considerate. Arrived on schedule and did a fabulous job servicing my oil burner. He was also very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Thoroughly cleaned up before he left and yes, he wore his orange booties.

The technician arrived on time, and diagnosed my problem and outlined a plan to complete the work.. It involved a replacement rather than a repair which I totally agreed to. He also did a total house inspection. The work was completed in a timely fashion.
