Had my annual heater inspection today. The service representative from Horizon was extremely thorough, very courteous, and was a pleasure to speak with. [redacted] represented his company well. Kudos to Horizon for hiring good people and training their employees to be true professionals.

Horizon services came to my nieces home because their AC wasn't working properly. [redacted] arrived with Jimmy, and I can tell you that I have never met two more compassionate and caring individuals ever! They explained what needed to be done and what had been left intentionally by the previous owner knowing these first time homebuyers had been taken. He gave them the necessary information to get the service they needed. You don't find guys like that anymore. I'm switching to Horizon!

We were pleased with this service call. The heater runs so much better since the tune up.

[redacted]. ,the service technician who took care of my problem, should serve as a "Role Model" for all service technicians!!! He was extremely courteous, polite and, sympathetic regarding my A/C problem. After answering all of his questions to determine what was happening, [redacted] immediately knew what to do. He went to work and did what he had to do and my A/C was operating in no time at all. I'm usually somewhat apprehensive when dealing with service personnel, but [redacted] made this a pleasant experience.

The technician was very professional and knew exactly how to fix our problem.

[redacted]. was really helpful, honest, and easy to work with. He addressed our concerns, didn't pressure the upsale, and got our system fixed real fast.

our Air conditioner had stopped putting out cold air. We called Horizon to find out what was going on with the system. Technician [redacted]. responded. After checking out the system he provided valuable information as to what needed to be done.

[redacted] had our system operating once again on one the hottest days this year.

Needless to say we very pleased with the quality service and professional service [redacted] provided.

[redacted] was efficient, considerate and knowledgeable. He installed a new hot water heater and necessary upgrades to bring the existing system up to code. He was knowledgeable about all aspects of the installation. Upon completion, he explained patiently and clearly the functioning of the system.

Gentlemen I had wonderful technitian come out, he was very patient , answered all my questions and fixed my issue. My husband and I were more than pleased with the service we received. he was very respectful.
