The individual who came to do our semi-annual service on our A/C was ON TIME, put his booties on, was extremely pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. Previous experiences I have had with other businesses that were giving the same service was like night and day difference. I would never use anybody else than Horizon. We are very happy with the expertise and how we are treated. Thank You.

[redacted]. was a valuable source of information about our heating system. He tuned up our heater and provided a complete report of the heater's condition. I look forward to working with him again, and would recommend him to friends.

His name is [redacted] he came in right time. he did great job . this company is great they know what is the problem wright away They installed a new clean system he is very friendly, helpful, quick and clean. I was very satisfied with how quickly the problem was located and solved once [redacted] was sent to fix it. I would highly recommend Horizon The service man was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered my questions about my A/C maintenance. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Horizon.

They installed a new air conditioning unit last summer. From quote process to final installation everyone was friendly, helpful, quick and clean. They did a follow up service a couple weeks ago and they continued to impress me.

James visited our home today and did a great job of explaining what he was doing and why he was checking things out. He was very friendly and we had a great conversation while he was here. I will be calling soon to have him come back to make some of the repairs he suggested.

Review: I called Horizon Services, Inc. on 12/29/14. I spoke to a representative and she took all of my information (e.g., address, ph#, destination of heater, heater issue, age of unit, etc.). She explained to me, for $79.50, a service technician would come to the property and provide a diagnosis of what is wrong with my heater.

Once Bill (service technician) arrived at the property, he briefly troubleshot the furnace. He called me on the telephone to explain to me what he thought the problem could be. After briefly explaining his thoughts on what it may be, he then said, if I want him to dig deeper to find the proper diagnosis, the initial fee of $79.50 would increase to $166.00.

Without having much time to think this through, and the fact that Horizon Services, Inc. already had me for $79.50, I told Bill he can go ahead and dig deeper to diagnose the problem.

After Bill received my "ok" that I would pay the $166.00, we ended the call. He then called me back to tell me the diagnosis. He voluntarily continued talking and told me the heater's life expectancy is 10-13 years, and he already knew the heater was 12 years old. He went on to say the heater was in bad shape.

I immediately called Horizon Services' office and asked for a Manager. Jamie came to the phone and was nothing short of curt, condescending and accusing me of having someone else to do the repair cheaper, after I told him I was misled.

So, my primary concerns are as follows:

A) If the company is not going to diagnose the problem for $79.50, why would the representative state they would do so?

B) Under what circumstances would anyone only pay the $79.50 diagnostic fee, and why wasn't I given this option?

C) Given the fact that Bill knew the heater's age, life expectancy & "bad shape" condition, why would he not have shared this information with me prior to charging the higher fee of $166.00 so that I could have made a more educated decision re: paying more for just his diagnosis?

To avoid the above from happening to future customers, I am requesting that Horizon Services, Inc. change their practices/sales tactic by removing one of the two initial fees ($79.50 and $166.00), as this causes a customer to be misled in believing the $79.50 would cover a complete diagnostic examination and result to the customer.Desired Settlement: I'd be happy with a full refund because I would have never allowed Horizon Services come to my property had I known their true prices/fees.

Our drain pipes were clogged and [redacted]. came and fixed it cheerfully and effectively at 8pm. It was as pleasant of an experience as it could be.

I called my mother-in-law to get a referral to a reputable company due to water backing up from the shower. I was referred to Horizon services by my mother-in-law. She was very satisfied with their services. To air on the side of caution, I typed their name into the Google search engine. I viewed the web page which was bright and colorful and displayed signs or workmanship and professionalism. The website answered a lot of my questions because of all the useful information available on the page. I placed a call to the number on the page and was immediately greeted by a professional. She asked what type of problem I was having and gave an estimate of what I would charged. She then transferred me to scheduling whom scheduled me for the next available appointment on the same day. I was told I would receive a call shortly before the technicians arrival and guaranteed that he would arrive within the time frame quoted. She assured me he would not only be on time but that he would carry himself in a professional manner. My Horizon services were provided exactly the way she described over the phone. He was on time, he was professional, and my problem was resolved much quicker than I had anticipated. Due to past experiences with professional plumbers, I never imagined I would have my problem resolved in the same day. Horizon truly exemplifies the meaning of professional plumbing services and Kenneth H. sealed the deal. Great work guy!!! :-)

Horizon came to service my air conditioning units and I couldn't be more happy. The work was done quickly and professionally. The technician was wonderful. He assessed the situation, made service recommendations that were appropriate and completed the work very efficiently.

I will definitely be using Horizon again!

Promp,t courteous clean work

[redacted] arrived on time, has a friendly personality, presents himself with a nice appearance, and is very professional. He figured out what was needed, but unfortunately didn't have the had the parts needed to complete the job on hid truck (it was a frost proof outdoor faucet with a "non-standard" length). He contacted the parts warehouse and had the correct part delivered to our house within an hour! He completed the job, cleaned up and was finished within 3 hours! A very good experience - he's very professional and a pleasure to deal with!

The issue we had with our sump was resolved to our satisfaction. The technician, [redacted], was very thorough in his explaining of everything and very professional in handling everything.

Excellent service, timeliness and communication.

Horizon HVAC tech [redacted] was great. On time, courteous, and took the time to explain exactly what he found during our furnace service call. He made sure that the system was working properly and up to specs. Very happy with the service.
