[redacted] and [redacted] came to my home for a service call to move a water heater for a waterproofing project that had to be done. I had a water heater replaced 7 years ago and already the unit would not supply decent hot water even though at times only the hot water faucet was on. Also, every time the furnace or air conditioner went on I could momentarily smell gas which would build up in the house. I am very sensitive to gas odors but the two relatives who live with me are not and did not smell the odor. Everyone I called in could not find a leak in the furnace but no one apparently checked the hot water tubing. Horizon techs, [redacted] and [redacted], came in and said they would try to find the problem. THEY WERE RIGHT| After detective work, they discovered that a coupling was not connected properly on the gas water heater and there was a small gas leak. When either the furnace or air conditioning went on the air flow was sending the gas odor through the vent system. I had the water heater replaced and they put in all new tubing, moved the water heater away from the wall which the other plumber put smack up against the wall so he did not have to reconfigure piping (the old water heater was skinny).They configured all new tubing to the water heater. When the air was turned on - NO MORE GAS ODOR to affect my breathing. The system has kicked on several times and there has been no odor. They also fixed two other problems that had not previously been done correctly. They were knowledgeable, thorough, courteous, and worked very hard.

I called Horizon when my central air unit stopped working. They gave me a next day appointment for a Sunday morning. [redacted] was the technician that arrived and he was clean, courteous, and friendly. He explained everything he found, made clear recommendations for repair, and worked efficiently to get everything working before he left. The process was very smooth and pleasant.

[redacted] came in a reasonable time, was very nice & professional. He was thorough. & fast. At that point we had plunged all day & he came in & got it right away, but he checked it out further & suggested we might need a new toilet. He was very friendly.

We had in the past an unpleasant experience in March 2015.The service man was ok but the price quote was outrageous but we accepted it.

[redacted]. from Horizon came to our house and determined that our clogged drain was a result of a broken pipe. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with and to discuss our options. We highly recommend him and are glad that he was the Technician who came to our home.

Horizon HVAC tech [redacted] was great. On time, courteous, and took the time to explain exactly what he found during our furnace service call. He made sure that the system was working properly and up to specs. Very happy with the service.

Our drain pipes were clogged and [redacted]. came and fixed it cheerfully and effectively at 8pm. It was as pleasant of an experience as it could be.

I have used Horizon's various services off and on for the pat two years or so and have always been satisfied. Their Technicians have always arrived on time, are neatly dressed, courteous and efficient. In fact I have selected them to do all my plumbing services in the future rather than the company that I have used for many years.

[redacted] was a wonderful Tech~he went above and beyond to get our drain cleared. He was early and stayed as long as it took to get the job done. He has a great personality and is in the right job! I will be asking for him again if we need more work done!

Jason [redacted] is a professional performing his job. He answered my questions about the heater to my satisfaction. He went above and beyond performing his job. He was an easy person to talk to. As far as I"m concern he can come back to work on my heater in the future. Thank you, job well done.

Horizon Services technician Pat D. was very informed, knowledgeable, polite, and courteous during my recent HVAC inspection and cleaning. He is certainly an asset to Horizon!

James visited our home today and did a great job of explaining what he was doing and why he was checking things out. He was very friendly and we had a great conversation while he was here. I will be calling soon to have him come back to make some of the repairs he suggested.
