[redacted] is first very professional and knowledgable. His visit today was to review my heater. He understands completely how the HVAC systems should operate, how they should be sized, and what impacts a faulty system can have on a homeowner. He takes the time to clearly explain in layman's terms, using simple, clear metaphorical references to help a client understand the condition of the system. Unfortunately, my heater is a Ducane about 10-15 years old and has to be replaced. But he showed me the inside of the heater and explained the cost of replacing parts first, not trying to sell me a new heater, but just giving me the information I needed to make the decisions. [redacted] is very sincere and forthright which you can tell by talking with him.

Service performed on A/C unit was performed with great care and did not miss anything. Everything was explained clearly and simply. Would not use any other company except Horizon. The service provider, [redacted]. was friendly and easy to understand.

He performed the needed maintenance & explained the issue & what he did to correct the problem. All done very quickly. I appreciated his professionalism. He also took a moment to be social, just the right amount, without wasting time or asking too many questions--a good personality that will take him far in life, very important in the business world! Horizon came to service my air conditioning units and I couldn't be more happy. The work was done quickly and professionally. The technician was wonderful. He assessed the situation, made service recommendations that were appropriate and completed the work very efficiently.

Our technician [redacted]. came into our home today 6/22/15 to service our a/c and heating and humidifier unit> He greeted me and placed his "booties" on. He was polite and answered all of my questions about the the replacement of filters and when is proper time to replace filters. We are very pleased with this service. Last year, we had some issues that I see that the company has corrected. [redacted] is a compliment to the Horizon family.

The issue we had with our sump was resolved to our satisfaction. The technician, [redacted], was very thorough in his explaining of everything and very professional in handling everything.

As usual, Horizon customer service and their technicians are simply the best. [redacted]. showed up an hour EARLY for my AC service request. First thing he did was to ask me a few questions as part of the troubleshooting. I appreciated this approach as I was fairly confident in what the problem was. [redacted]. actually listened instead of just starting blind and we quickly confirmed and agreed that it was just a blown HVAC condenser capacitor. He not only replaced the capacitor but clipped and stripped the connecting wires and installed all new connectors. Very nice. This is why I use Horizon regularly. Professionalism, courtesy, promptness and reliability. Well done, [redacted].
