My technician today was [redacted]. for Horizon Services. He was professional & courteous. He listened to me explain our AC issue & investigated our system, at both the inside & outside units. He performed the needed maintenance & explained the issue & what he did to correct the problem. All done very quickly. I appreciated his professionalism. He also took a moment to be social, just the right amount, without wasting time or asking too many questions--a good personality that will take him far in life, very important in the business world! Also thank you to Horizon for contacting us today to let us know they could send [redacted] out today instead of our originally-scheduled date of next Tuesday...that solved our problem 3 days early!

[redacted] was thorough, efficient, and informative in servicing my heating/ air conditioning system. Horizon Services continues to impress!

Horizon Services technician Pat D. was very informed, knowledgeable, polite, and courteous during my recent HVAC inspection and cleaning. He is certainly an asset to Horizon!

Our technician [redacted]. came into our home today 6/22/15 to service our a/c and heating and humidifier unit> He greeted me and placed his "booties" on. He was polite and answered all of my questions about the the replacement of filters and when is proper time to replace filters. We are very pleased with this service. Last year, we had some issues that I see that the company has corrected. [redacted] is a compliment to the Horizon family.

[redacted], Plumbing Technician from Horizon is the best if you are looking for technical expertise, care in assessing and fixing a problem and explaining every step and every option to the customer. He also demonstrates integrity (he could have easily have told me we needed a very expensive pump, but he was able to find a small fix to remedy our problem).

[redacted] arrived on time, explored the problem immediately, and discussed the issues with us in a helpful manner. He then offered a solution and did the repair quickly. A first-rate job!

Jason [redacted] is a professional performing his job. He answered my questions about the heater to my satisfaction. He went above and beyond performing his job. He was an easy person to talk to. As far as I"m concern he can come back to work on my heater in the future. Thank you, job well done.

[redacted] was extremely polite and really helpful. He was straight forward with his assessment of air conditioner and did not push any particular (or costly) service. I appreciate being talked to with respect and his superior customer service is a great reflection on the company.

Tech called before arriving. Put on shoe covers, to protect from bad weather. Appeared to do a through review of the heating system. Made a few minor adjustments to system. Went over all findings with me. Gave me options that I could add to make my 3 year old system better. No pressure to add options. A very professional job.

Kenneth was prompt and very professional and friendly. He also fixed my problem with my plumbing!!

I called Horizon when my central air unit stopped working. They gave me a next day appointment for a Sunday morning. [redacted] was the technician that arrived and he was clean, courteous, and friendly. He explained everything he found, made clear recommendations for repair, and worked efficiently to get everything working before he left. The process was very smooth and pleasant.
