The technician was very friendly and professional. They responded very quickly to my call for service.

[redacted]. of Horizon Services came to my home on 10/13/2015 to service our heat pump and propane heater. He was very clean and courteous . He went right to work and was very helpful when I had questions about our systems. We have white carpet in most of our house and he was more then careful about having to work in those rooms.

Very professional...Arrives on time...Convenient hours...Did a great A/C installation...They care about satisfying the customer!

Horizon Plumbing service Technician, [redacted]. Should up at my door on time and ready to work. He was friendly and well verse in his skills, he went straight to the problem. He offered me serval solution to repair the problem. Once again Horizon has offered Great Service!!!. I would use him ever time.

Kenneth was an excellent help to us. He was very knowledgeable about what the situation may have been in our home. He worked well and fixed our issue with the plumbing. He was very professional and personable the whole time. We feel we can ask for him verses your other technicians if needed in the near future. We greatly appreciate his work performance.

The Horizon Services Inc. HVAC technician, Frank D, was on time for our appointment. He is courteous, honest, & pleasant. This is the third year I have ad Horizon come out to inspect my heater/AC systems & I could not be more pleased.

[redacted] was our technician and he was excellent! He introduced himself and shook our hands, which is a rarity and a plus to begin with! He was very professional, knowledgeable, neat, and took time to explain the possible scenarios of our problem thoroughly. He also was very caring and polite, apologizing for our misfortune, since we just moved in to our new condo a few days earlier! Nice guy with a nice personality! Would definitely request/recommend him for service.

Jason P. was the HVAC Service Technician who came and showed my the issue with my heater. He was polite and friendly. I felt confident in him and with the Horizon company afterwards. The professionalism was refreshing from the previous service companies I've used. Excellent service from [redacted] He arrived early and got the A/C system checked out. We signed papers, he explained costs and coupons. I was very satisfied.

[redacted] was extremely professional and did excellent work. He spent much time reviewing what work was going to be done and why, and was also able to troubleshoot unexpected problems that appeared. My house is very old and poorly constructed in some areas, and this brought unexpected problems to the surface during the plumbing procedure. Any problem that appeared, [redacted] knew exactly what would be required to solve it and did it in a very timely fashion.

The technician was very nice; however, during 25 degree weather our furnace was not working at all. He stated that he would check the warehouse for the part and if not available, he would order it. We did not receive a call back the next day as promised and we were without heat for almost 3 days. After numerous calls back to Horizon, I was informed that the part wasn't ordered and their tech had to come back to get the serial number of our unit. The next tech they sent DID have the part on the truck and it was not an item that needed ordered. He repaired the problem and we had heat. Perhaps this individual needs additional training on the units.

[redacted] came and did a wonderful job fixing my Toto toilet.
