[redacted] was an extremely proficient and friendly technician. He was thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. I enjoyed watching him work on my equipment and having him in my home. He seems to enjoy his work and career and made me feel very relaxed in his company.

I have used Horizon's various services off and on for the pat two years or so and have always been satisfied. Their Technicians have always arrived on time, are neatly dressed, courteous and efficient. In fact I have selected them to do all my plumbing services in the future rather than the company that I have used for many years.

[redacted] was great at explain each step, the cost, and the expediency of the installation of a new gas water heater

After performing the annual maintenance on our furnace, the technician was very thorough in explaining our options and answering all questions.

Horizon always delivers as promised. The keep their appointment times, call in advance to let you know the technician is on the way and the technicians themselves are always prompt, friendly and helpful. We have had [redacted] on more than one occasion and he is a really nice guy, very informative and provides a sense of assurance that he will figure out what's going on and be of assistance.

Review: I hired horizon services to service my gas heater for $89 they asked me if my heater was working and I told them yes and their was no issues. the tech came and looked at my heater and said everything was fine . then the heater came on and he said their was something was wrong with it and he thought it was over heating and at that point he could not service it, I said how much would it cost to fix it and he told me around $800.00 (without even checking to see what the problem was) he then said that $800.00 was alot to put into my heater and I would be better of to purchase a heater from his company for $6,500.00. I then said no way, he then said that at this point he would have to charge me $79.00 for a service charge, I then asked how much would it cost to figure out the problem and he told me $179.00. I told him no way. I said you came hear and did nothing (no work) and you want to charge me $79.00 for aservice charge, I told him to call his and tell him that I was not paying for a service call, and that I called justto have my heater serviced and that their was nothing with my heater. he then said that since that I was not paying that they would put me on some type of list??? I dont know what he meant by that and he then left.. I then contacted another heating contractor ([redacted] heating & ac in wilm de.) and they came to my house on 1/14/15 and went over my whole heater and serviced it and they told me my heater was running fineand that they found no problems with my heater what so ever.Desired Settlement: I just want to let them know that I felt they were trying to take advantage of me and that I also do not need any hits against my credit. and I would like a phone call from someone high up in the company to call me so that we could both talk about my issues

This was a second part appointment with Horizon Services as part of a plan for heating and now a/c tune up. [redacted]. was my technician. Very friendly, knowledgeable and offered various suggestions for the possibility of a new a/c unit, and kindly explained it in terms that I could understand.

horizon member Services charged me multiple times then closed my account.

[redacted] was a professional from beginning to end, keeping me informed of everything he was doing. He explained everything before he did it. He gave me recommendations without any "hard sell", just giving me information which I truly appreciated.

My experience with the technician [redacted]. was a good one. He was professional and efficiently priced the project and completed it in a timely manner. Very courteous.

[redacted] was great! He was professional and knowledgeable. He made the repair to our air conditioning unit and went over the repair as well as our options for the future with the unit. I appreciated his friendly manner and his attention to detail in reviewing his work. He offered to go over the repair and options with my husband as well.

[redacted] W did a great job servicing our heating and ac unit. He was friendly, helpful and clean and had the replacement filters we needed.

On time, professional and honest.

My experience was very positive, [redacted] (tech) was very knowledgeable and informative. He walked thru what he was doing and why I was experiencing issues. He answered all my questions and gave valuable advice. His positive energy made the experience much more pleasant when having a hvac system repaired.

My heat was not working this morning. I called Horizon and [redacted]. was at my home within hours. He was extremely thorough in checking my heater. He repaired what he could and ordered what I needed. He explained my situation to me and my husband whom I called at work. [redacted] was neat and respectful and I hope he comes back to finish the job.

We'll done [redacted] and Horizon.

[redacted] from horizon was great - called to let me know he was on his way, was here on time and was quick and very nice while he was here. I told him he was just like the guys on the horizon commercials!

[redacted] was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He is an asset to your company.

Fixed everything and new faucet is excellent.
