Horizon always delivers as promised. The keep their appointment times, call in advance to let you know the technician is on the way and the technicians themselves are always prompt, friendly and helpful. We have had [redacted] on more than one occasion and he is a really nice guy, very informative and provides a sense of assurance that he will figure out what's going on and be of assistance.

The technician was very friendly and professional. They responded very quickly to my call for service.

My tech was [redacted]. He came out for routine maintenance on my A/C and did a great job; cleaned out the condensate pump and replaced some corroded hoses. He also explained how we will need a new unit soon since this is the second year that we required refrigerant, which indicates we have a leak in the system. He was polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone.

Had a wonderful experience with an A/C Tech J[redacted]. Polite, courteous, took the time to explain the problem and actually fixed it in less than an hour. He's a great representative of Horizon's ethos of customer service.

I appreciated his friendly manner and his attention to detail in reviewing his work. He offered to go over the repair and options with my husband as well.

I had my routine annual inspection of my heater on Thursday, September 24th by [redacted]. He arrived on time and was very professional with his work. He also brought with him a replacement fan and motor as part of a Lennox upgrade. Both the upgrade and the maintenance work were completed in a timely manner.

[redacted] W did a great job servicing our heating and ac unit. He was friendly, helpful and clean and had the replacement filters we needed.

[redacted]. of Horizon Services came to my home on 10/13/2015 to service our heat pump and propane heater. He was very clean and courteous . He went right to work and was very helpful when I had questions about our systems. We have white carpet in most of our house and he was more then careful about having to work in those rooms.
