I had my routine annual inspection of my heater on Thursday, September 24th by [redacted]. He arrived on time and was very professional with his work. He also brought with him a replacement fan and motor as part of a Lennox upgrade. Both the upgrade and the maintenance work were completed in a timely manner.

He also explained how we will need a new unit soon since this is the second year that we required refrigerant, which indicates we have a leak in the system. He was polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone.
