The technician was honest, on time and courteous. He explained everything he would do and let me know up front what might require additional cost. In the end my heater only needed a cleaning.

We had our new heater and air conditioner serviced for the first time today for the yearly maintenance. We found the technician SMC to be very helpful in explaining the thermostat settings for the Winter and Summer humidity settings. He also showed respect for our home by wearing shoe covers since it was wet outside from the rain.

Fast service and very knowledgeable technicians. I am very happy with the service I received and I love the fact that they have extended hours and don't charge extra for same day service calls.

[redacted] was an absolute pleasure. Genuine concern and terrific disposition. He insisted on staying until the problem was fixed despite several attempts. If only we could clone him, repairs would be so much less stressful in PA.

I called Horizon for a heater repair because I have a long history with them and because my heater wasn't working correctly and there was snow and ic in the forecast. The technician was here within a couple hours, despite the bad weather. The technician who came to my house was [redacted]. He was courteous, explained all the needed repairs in detail and showed me the worn parts and compared them to the replacement parts. Very informative, polite guy!

Horizon technician [redacted]. was there on time, respectful of my property (eg wore shoe covers in the house) and very professional and efficient in performing the inspection. He advised and left a summary of equipment upgrade options I might consider and offered to schedule a follow-up on upgrade options if I wanted. Very satisfied with technician Tom W. and my overall experience.

[redacted]. returned to perform an agreed upon preventive maintenance repair. The entire job was completed in less than 20 minutes after an on time arrival. It's refreshing to have air conditioning on a sultry day.

We had an AC unit tat would not cool [redacted] diagnosed the problem as a faulty connector. He had the part on the truck and the work was done in a half hour. Very satisfied.
