I am glad I switched to Horizon a year ago. I plan to continue to do business with them. I am pleased with their service and annual service plan. Most of all their technicians are very professional. [redacted] serviced my home today and took time to explain things to me in addition to being professional. I highly recommend Horizon.

He was super-nice and professional, made sure to cover his shoes when coming in the house, explained everything well, tuned up our a/c quietly and efficiently then gave us advice on maintaining our system. The system needed more coolant than our service deal gave, so the "repair" was somewhat expensive, but we were prepared for that, and the cost is on par with what we were expecting. Everything's working great and we're ready for the 90-degree temperatures forecast for this week. We took the service plan so we'll see Horizon again next year - thanks [redacted] J! :-)

[redacted], the Horizon Service Technician arrived at my house before the scheduled time and quickly checked if there were any issues with my A/C system. After not seeing any issues, he then checked the electrical panel and saw that the breaker for the A/C had a couple of loose screws. He quickly resolved that issue and verified that the A/C unit was working properly and not tripping the breaker. I have had nothing but positive experiences when dealing with Horizon Services.

Workers were nice, polite, and more than willing to help. They also seemed to be experts in their fields. Great experience!

I was extremely satisfied with the work done. I was in need of a technician immediately and one was sent to my house within 15 minutes of making the call to Horizon. The tech got right to work and cleaned everything up to look even better than it did when he started!

[redacted] and his partner [redacted]. are outstanding representatives for Horizon Services. They showed up early, were neat and clean. They were also polite and very knowledgeable in their craft and company policies and procedures. They gave me a reasonable estimate prior is starting the work. They were very through while inspecting and noticed that my water heater was leaking. After I gave them the go ahead, they worked and a interdependent team. I have seen teamwork like that since I was an installation/repaired supervisor while working in the Bell Telephone System. I’ve used Horizon System in the past and experienced the same type of professionalism.

His expertise allowed us to save a lot of money as we had received several estimates to replace the entire unit when all we actually needed was a part. We will continue to reccomend Horizon services for all plumbing and HVAC needs, they have provided superior service to us in the past.

[redacted] were fantastic. Very friendly and professional, they took care of the issue quickly. Nice guys. I'll definitely be calling them back if/when another problem arises, plus refers to friends.
